The slender-faced young man was nad Dung Tieh, a Three-star Fire Attribute cultivator. He had just utilized his Earth Rank Fire Condensing Arts.
His mastery of the Fire Condensing Arts was modest, yet powerful enough to make the black smoke detonate with a terrifying force.
