Lenny was speechless; he wasn’t overwheld with shock since he had sowhat expected it.

But.....he was still shocked nonetheless.

It was a simple theory to him.

Since his Rune Class was empty and his Fallen Rune wasn’t specialized in any attack-type, defense-type, support-type Fallen Paths.

It was simply an anomaly on its own.

Not focused on a single aspect, so he had concluded that by imagining a particular Fallen Rune and its class.

He would simply gain it.

And that was what he did.

Lenny grinned as he went through his personal information displayed on the transparent crimson panel.

Lenny nodded in satisfaction, the Rune of Flas he had imagined was added to his list of Fallen Runes.

His lips curled into a faint smile, he assessed his Stats next.

~

[Uploading Player’s Stats]

-Strength: 0.5

-Speed: 0.5

-Intelligence: 2.5

-Mana: 3.5

-Endurance: 0.5

He gently careesed his unbearded jaws, "As an Awakener, all my Stats will reach it saturation limits once it hits 10" He softly exhaled, "I should be able to increase it after becoming a Rank 1 Regulator"

Lenny’s eyebrows furrowed. "My Mana Stat increased by 1.5 after I obtained the Rune of Flas, it must be temporary, right?" He concluded.

He descended from the tree branch, making his landing on the ground. His eyes burned with determination.

"Let’s test out my new Rune," He grinned. His Intelligence Stat had also increased by 1.

Increasing his knowledge of the Flas without the need to struggle, he channeled his Mana.

Carriers of the Fallen Rune were those who bear the mark of the Fallen Rune, unable to access their Mana Cores and draw out Mana.

Unable to access their Stats.

They were still mundane humans, the only difference was that they had a better future compared to those who weren’t cursed by the Fallen Realm.

Awakeners were able to draw out Mana from their Mana Cores and utilize it with precision.

This ti, he didn’t use his Mana to augnt himself and strengthen his offense and defense.

He converted his Mana into unbridled raw flas, etched with Mana.

At first, it started with a spark.

[Rune Mastery: 1%]

Another spark erupted, this ti it spread.

[Rune Mastery: 2%]

Flas erupted from his pores, as if his soul was set ablaze. They crawled up his arms like living tendrils, wrapping around his limbs like pyre-wrapped chains.

[Rune Mastery: 7%]

The fire danced across his skin, a ravenous beast devouring every inch of him.

He felt at peace despite being engulfed in flas. He felt in control, surprised by the strength a Rare rank Fallen Rune could muster.

He realized how deeply he had underestimated the Divine rank.

Since his Mana Aptitude is passive, His Imagination of Runes, not bounded by the laws of Mana Aptitude.

But restricted by the rules of it’s rank.

Which ant since the Rune of Flas is currently at the Classic rank, even if it doesn’t consu Mana Aptitude and he can use it effortlessly.

It could only muster the strength required for a Classic rank Fallen Rune.

The flas spread across the area, burning the bushes around. The scent of burning bushes drew the attention of the Common rank Apocalypse creature.

The Bull of Behovena.

Prompting it to track down the beautiful radiance of the heated flas.

The bull stood like a mountain, its crimson hide seeming to absorb the sickly red moonlight and radiate with primal Fallen energy.

Its horns curved upward like twisted pillars, long and sharp enough to impale a shadow.

The tips glinted with a deadly sheen, as if honed to perfection. Dark, fathomless eyes watched him, devoid of rcy or emotion- two black holes drawing him in.

With a loud snort, the raging bull dashed forward. Its horns are positioned and ready to decimate Lenny.

Lenny fell back, frightened for a second by the rampaging charge of the Common rank Apocalypse creature.

Lenny breathed deeply, responding to the infamous charge. He manipulated the flas, creating a vast wall of flas.

The Bull of Behovena clashed with the wall of flas, easily destroying it with its horns, not hesitating even for a single second.

It’s sprinted forward, it’s eyes locked in on its target.

Lenny frowned, "It’s stronger than that fla wall huh? I should use sothing other than" He bounced back, creating a large distance between himself and the raging bull.

He was still a new Awakener, with his Strength Stat and Speed Stat still at 0.5.

He had no hopes of challenging this monstrosity in a direct confrontation. He would be crushed within seconds.

This was why he focused on range attacks.

His eyes observed the rampaging bull draw closer, covering the distance between them like it was nothing.

His lips curled into a faint smile, Lenny waved his hand into the air, birthing a spear from the sea of flas that engulfed him.

He launched the spear with a thrust, directing it against the Bull of Behovena but it evaded the spear.

Not slowing down a bit in its charge, "Tsk" Lenny kissed his teeth in annoyance, "Another one" He muttered.

This ti, he created two fla spears, launching them simultaneously against the raging bull.

But the Bull of Behovena was swift, evading the thrusting spear of flas unleashed against it.

Its eyes flickered, snorting aggressively, it increased its speed, its horns glowed, emitting a deathly crimson hue.

"Fuck it!" Lenny growled, it was too late to create more distance as the Bull of Behovena was upon him.

He sidestepped, evading the horns of the rampaging Common rank Apocalypse creature.

Its reaction speed was on a different level as it quickly turned, unleashing another attack.

Unfortunately for it, a second was enough ti for Lenny.

He fell back nearly instantly, evading another life-threatening attack. He breathed in deeply.

The Bull of Behovena wasn’t giving up. Its eyes burned with fury, locked on Lenny once again.

It unleashed another attack.

Which Lenny deflected, He released more fla spears against the nimble Bull of Behovena.

Lenny wasn’t shaken as he understood that the Apocalypse beasts from Level 3 to ten were all intelligent creatures.

At least, Level 3 Apocalypse creatures possessed both intuition and instincts at the sa ti.

Making it quite intelligent in terms of battling against its enemies or prey.

Lenny understood that; he was thanking his stars since the Apocalypse creatures from Level 6 were extrely smart.

With a few even learning the ability to speak in hopes of deceiving their prey.

Lenny was weak physically so he was still focusing on range attacks, firing more fla spears.

A few had struck the Bull of Behovena, injuring it in the process.

But it wasn’t enough to bring the mighty Common rank Apocalypse creature down.

Lenny grinned, he fell back once again. This ti, he didn’t fire another fla spear.

He softly exhaled, "Gotcha" He winked, with a broad grin. And before the Bull of Behovena could make a move.

A large explosion ripped through the woods, sending clouds of smoke into the air.

All his fla spears were physical weapons but also detonation bombs as well.

It never faded once evaded, it simply was struck to the ground. Lenny surrounded the Bull of Behovena with his fla spears before activating the detonation.

Just as he watched in satisfaction as the Level 3, Bull of Behovena burned.

He received the whisper of the Fallen Realm..

[You’ve slain a Level 3 Common rank Fallen creature: Bull of Behovena]
