"You! You! Where is she!? My Queen!?" The only remaining male Three-Winged Venomous Lizard scread as he surveyed the environnt.
"Dead..." Davis shrugged again before hesitatingly articulating his words, "Severed into two?"
"You bastard!!!!" The Three-Winged Venomous Lizard fud as his throat screeched!
These people were too much! His eyes turned bloodshot and his spine wing shook! Just when he was going to attack the human, a silent, dark glowing ball of obscurity suddenly appeared and made contact with his forelimb, enveloping him!
The Three-Winged Venomous Lizard let out a cry of shock!
The second portion of his body that was enveloped was his head! All his cries and muffled curses were instantly suppressed as its tail thrashed around like a flail.
Venomous haze from its species ability was also released but it seed to no or less effect on Nadia’s dark attributed attack!
Davis blinked, feeling that he had rather given Nadia a big helping hand by provoking the male Three-Winged Venomous Lizard, turning his attention towards himself. Using that little chance, she successfully took down the male Three-Winged Venomous Lizard.
Without any surprises, the ball of darkness imprisoned the male Three-Winged Venomous Lizard despite using the venomous haze, the species technique because Nadia continuously supplied nurous balls of darkness, attacking all of the places of his body, entirely suppressing him as a result!
’Once caught, it becos extrely difficult to escape... Just like a quagmire...’ Davis analyzed, however, he wasn’t scared of it because he had the counter technique for this darkness attributed technique.

And needless to say, the more powerful and deadly, death-like energy of Fallen Heaven’s.
Within half a minute, Nadia took back her dark energy as it disintegrated in the atmosphere, however, the male Three-Winged Venomous Lizard’s corpse beca a nauseous sight to see.
It was as if all its scales were skinned or lted off, only leaving with its bloodied flesh. It had a small hole beside its curved and bloodied horn and inside it, its brain seed to be lted as well, resulting in its quick death within half a minute.
"Not bad..." Davis comnted and neared the corpse. He used Fallen Heaven to absorb its Soul Essence and stored it into his Soul Sea.
He then stored the corpse and looked at Nadia with a smile before looking at his own torn and tattered clothes. He magnificently looked like a beggar but Nadia seed to pay no heed to it but instead stare at him in pure curiosity.
At this ti, the real Nadia erged from the shadows along with Evelynn above her back.
Evelynn’s expression appeared joyful but he knew that she wept for him when he observed her with his Soul Sense at the ti he thought Nadia left her alone.
"Then? How do you beco one again?" He looked at Nadia and asked.
At the sa ti, he kept absorbing the nurous Soul Essences just waiting for him to be absorbed into his Soul Sea. While using his soul force, he brought all the charred and skinned corpses towards him and once it neared him, it all disappeared into his spatial ring.
As if responding to his question, the doppelganger compressed into a dark light and shot towards Nadia’s back. The compressed dark light then made contact with her tail bone which then beca into a thick and lush black tail as it extended parallel towards her other tail.

Nadia inadvertently let out a groan which sounded like a moan.
Davis blinked as he hadn’t rather expected this but he quickly asked as he was curious of another matter, "That’s it? There are no consequences?"
"Who said that?" Nadia growled as she displayed her four huge canine teeth in embarrassnt in response to her moan before, "There are consequences, every species ability has its consequences but I’d rather not tell you, hurr!"
She snorted, leaving Davis a little confused as to why she acted like that. He felt that there was no need to get embarrassed either.
He shrugged and flew into the air, wanting to experience Nadia’s fluffy fur so he felt tired from expending his energy a lot but then his head abruptly turned as he looked into the distance.
Without a word, a dark translucent gaseous soul force instantly ca out from his body. Davis cast Dark Concealing Shroud Art and enveloped both him and Nadia in it along with Evelynn.
Nadia beca scared by his sudden action and shuddered in fear as she felt that she had beco trapped in his mysterious powers for her slight transgression. She felt as if her whole body had been plunged into a cold abyss.
At this ti, she felt a newcor scale on her back while his voice radiated into her perky ears which have now drooped from fear.
"Let’s go..."
Davis said as he had a solemn expression on his face as he looked towards the distance. He narrowed his eyes and then saw Nadia who was shuddering.
He urged, "Nadia! What’s wrong? Let’s go!"
Only then did Nadia shot off into the direction which Davis pointed towards, making him inwardly heave a sigh of relief.
"What happened?" Evelynn who sat to his front asked in worry.
She had beco familiar with this ominous power of his, so she wasn’t scared or aversed to it, unlike Nadia who seed to be trembling a little from experiencing the death-like energy.
She directly felt as if this power held supremacy and sovereignty over her, her powers.
Davis chuckled and explained to Evelynn.
Earlier, he had his soul sense extended, hence, he managed to discover that a Lord Beast Stage Magical Beast was on its way rather stealthily hiding its tracks.
But now, once the Magical Beast discovered his soul sense, it quickly shot towards him as if it were on hot pursuit, hence, Davis quickly cast his Dark Concealing Shroud Art and mounted Nadia to escape.
Now that he had changed direction, he doubted if the Lord Beast Stage Magical Beast would even manage to find them. Only their last location would be known to it and once it arrives, they would be long gone.
Even in the off-chance that it did find them, he was not afraid since he rather felt that he could kill a Low-Level Lord Beast Stage Magical Beast with just the normal prowess of Fallen Heaven.
He was well aware that he wreaked havoc in the Three-Winged Venomous Lizard Clan, so he rather felt bad on destroying their combined prowess, reaping nurous lives and souls for his gain. Hence, he at least wanted this chief clan leader of the clan to stay alive.
There were always other clans and powerful Magical Beasts in this mountain for him to hunt.
But if the chief clan leader insisted on courting death, he wouldn’t say otherwise and comply with its wishes.
"So that’s what had happened..." Evelynn visibly heaved a sigh of relief.
Nadia also no longer trembled and learned that this was a concealnt thod of Davis. She had beco extrely scared thinking that he was going to punish her for not telling the consequences of her species ability, Dark Tail Doppelganger.
Now she felt embarrassed and irritated for displaying weakness in front of two humans.

At this ti, there ca an angry shriek that echoed throughout the foggy basin!
Davis and the other two could quickly tell that it was none other than the Lord Beast Stage Magical Beast that the forr had explained before.
Evelynn closed her ears with her two palms on hearing the shriek.
Davis narrowed his eyes, feeling that this shriek was rather powerful because it managed to make his mind rumble for a minute mont.
He widened his eyes as a murderous glint flashed past his eyes, "Courting death!"
