"For instance, Founder Alstreim Windstorm said that the Windstorm Binding Wisp ranked second in the Emperor Grade Wind Elental Charts, is capable of unleashing a prowess that's two levels higher. If it beca a pure Windstorm Binding Spirit, then it is capable of unleashing a prowess that's three levels higher and possibly even four levels higher if it perfected its Body Tempering Cultivation."

As long as they find another energy source of their attribute, they can absorb it at higher efficiency and improve themselves, evolving into their limit before transcending into sothing else."

Was she no longer a spirit?
Davis chuckled at Eldia's blank expression before revealing the answer, "Heaven-Tier. In other words, heavenly sources that can almost be equated to heavenly resources."
Eldia gawked at Davis but unceremoniously returned his gaze to his first wife.
you should know the Poison Essence you refined had absorbed many Spirit Attribute Sources of different properties, right?"
"I understand." Evelynn's brows widened, "As long as spirits have a source of elental energy to absorb from, they can grow in a limitless manner until they reach the next level, which is evolving into a Heaven-Tier Spirit Source or Spirit. There is no bloodline limit suppressing them, and even if it is there, it is breakable like bottlenecks."

After they beco immortals, their prowess lowers by half. Since Heaven-Tier Spirit Sources are immortal level existences, they are able to at least cross three levels at the very least."

"With no conclusive proof to claim from the charts and only your Founder's words?" Evelynn alluringly smiled, causing Davis to shrug again.
"Well, she mutated from a Purgatory Extinction Lightning Spirit into this heavenly form, her prowess exceeding five levels even after she beca an immortal. We might as well as categorize her as a Heaven-Tier Spirit and increase her reputation among us."
