A total of a hundred and seven bone spikes shot out at the sa ti. Even though there were over twenty beastmasters separated into a few groups, none of them could dodge the attack. Each of them were given their share of bone spikes.
Mists of blood erupted in the air at the sa ti, like crimson, blood-colored flowers blooming simultaneously.
A short wave of miserable screams rose, and subsided just as quickly.
Imdiately after hearing his bodyguard’s warning, Zhen Long felt the hair on his back standing on end. Without sparing a mont to think, he laid down flat on the back of his flying beast, trying to dodge the unknown attack.
Even so, his actions were futile in the end.
A single bone spike penetrated Zhen Long’s armor from the shoulder, traveling through his body and punching a hole through to the other side, instantly rupturing his organs to bits.
Of course, he could no longer feel any pain. At almost the sa ti, another bone spike had directly punctured the helt of his armor, blowing his head apart.
“Long-shao!” the chief bodyguard cried out. He was a high-tier beastmaster, after all. Although the high-tier dark gold-quality armor he wore couldn’t withstand the bone spike attack, he didn’t die right away.
