While Thor was feeling frustrated about his status, Josh was busy receiving his annual Dinsional beacon.
As the screen appeared, a boy ca into Josh's sight—dressed in a black robe, pale-skinned with a sharp chin, and sporting light blond hair.
Another child? Josh thought.
Compared to the infant Abbendis he had seen before, this boy looked at least ten years old. And sohow, Josh felt that he looked familiar.
"Who are you? What kind of dark magic did you use on ?" the boy asked nervously, trying to appear tough.
Though the Dinsional beacon had already fed the relevant information into his mind, a child barely over ten naturally wasn't fully mature. Unlike Abbendis, who had been subtly influenced by Josh from birth, this boy's reaction to a sudden situation was perfectly normal.
Magic? That word imdiately clicked in Josh's mind—he now understood why the boy seed familiar.
"Draco Malfoy?" Josh raised an eyebrow.
"Eh? You know ?" Malfoy asked, surprised.
Indeed, this boy was none other than Draco Malfoy, the rival of Harry Potter in the HP universe.
"Of course. I not only know you, but I also know you love dragons, right?" Josh said with a smile, addressing the slightly proud boy.
In the HP world, compared to the reckless hero Harry and the sidekick Ron, Josh found himself sowhat more appreciative of Draco.
"Of course! I'm Draco—Draco the Dragon!" the boy said proudly, lifting his head with confidence.
"Then, Draco, would you like to have your own dragon? To beco a hero riding a dragon?" Josh asked in an enticing tone.
"…You can give a dragon?" Draco imdiately recognized the promise behind Josh's words.
"Exactly. I can not only give you a dragon, but a stronger, more majestic one than anything in your world. I can teach you powerful magic your world doesn't even have, give you countless magical items and potions. With these, Voldemort, Dumbledore, Grindelwald—they'd all be no match for you. Your family will beco the greatest force in the magical world. Even rlin himself would not threaten your position!" Josh painted a future Draco could not refuse.
For a boy already proud of himself, ambitious, and dreaming of heroics, Josh's words were incredibly tempting.
"Of course, sir… but how do I get what you're promising?" Draco asked nervously, his gaze fixed on Josh.
Born into a prestigious wizarding family, Draco was not as naive as Harry or Ron. From an early age, he understood that everything ca at a price.
Though tempted by the future Josh described, he remained cautiously alert, betraying a trace of nervousness.
"Oh, don't be so nervous, child. Recall the information that appeared in your mind earlier—everything you saw is completely real. Any deal we make will be based on fairness, justice, and mutual benefit," Josh said, slowing his words to calm Draco.
Under Josh's reassurance, Draco gradually relaxed and began recalling what he had learned about the Dinsional trading device.
"Phew… I understand. By the way, I still don't know your na. And since you aren't from my world, how do you even know so much about ?" After processing the previously overlooked information, Draco let out a long breath and politely asked, "Also, may I ask your na, sir?"
Josh smiled in approval. The boy's manners were impeccable—no wonder he ca from a prestigious family. Of course, Josh also knew Draco's politeness was strategic: only after realizing the significance of the trading system would he show such decorum. If it were one of the typical protagonists, he'd probably be looking down his nose at Josh.
Josh didn't mind. He liked dealing with soone like Draco—cunning, a little mischievous, and a worthy trading partner. After all, he was that kind of person himself.
"My na is Josh Kahn! Yes, we aren't from the sa world, but that doesn't an people from different worlds know nothing about each other. The reasons are complicated, but you just need to know that I not only know you, but I understand a lot about your world—for example, your father… he used to be a Death Eater!" Josh explained.
Many details of the HP universe were already distant in his mory, but key people and events had left a deep impression.
"What?! That's impossible!" Draco's pale face drained even further. "What proof do you have?"
"Don't get worked up, child. I know this may shock you, but it's true. I do have evidence—but since I'm not in your world, you'll need to verify it yourself," Josh said, gesturing to calm Draco. "Your father possessed many dark magical artifacts… Of course, that alone doesn't prove he was a Death Eater—many noble families had such items. But there's one object that's unique: an old diary left by Voldemort. I don't recomnd seeking it now, because it's actually a Horcrux containing Voldemort's soul from when he was a Hogwarts student nad Tom Riddle."
Josh then explained to Draco what a Horcrux was, and that Voldemort was actually still alive.
Hearing this, Draco's face, already pale, went even whiter. The news that Voldemort wasn't dead was shocking to a child who had grown up constantly hearing about the Dark Lord's terror. Until that day, he hadn't even dared to speak Voldemort's na aloud.
If it weren't for the Dinsional trading system and Josh's vivid depictions, Draco would have scread the mont Josh uttered the na.
