Compared to the childish Misaka Mikoto and the perpetually scheming Shihou Souki, Hainara Kuon’s reputation and image align more with Academy City’s standards.
Fang Zheng also heard that Hainara Kuon has co-authored nurous papers with her ntor, which is a bonus. Don’t forget that Academy City is a science city; Arestar turned it into a scientific cult, while Fang Zheng plans to steer it back.
