The throne hall had beco a ruin of broken stone and screaming air.
Pillars groaned under impossible pressure as Earth Lord’s raised bulwarks cracked, spiderweb fissures racing through them.
Kaziraik stepped forward regardless of the onslaught, his wounds sizzling as golden-red energy churned violently through his veins.
Corrosion concept.
The very air around him began to rot.
Stone blackened from contact and tal got eaten like bread. Even the light dimd as if being eaten alive by sothing sinister.
"So this is the extent of your plan?" Kaziraik laughed, low and venomous. "You bleed , you anger and now your rats will die."
He raised one claw as fluorescent yellow and red energy rose into the air, and the world started spreading decay in the air slowly.
The earthen pillars dissolved mid-rise, crumbling into black dust.
Fire Lord’s flas flickered and warped, their heat being consud, their brilliance dulled as the corrosive concept gnawed at the laws sustaining them.
Thunder Lord felt it imdiately, his lightning resisted decay, but even it scread as arcs destabilized, discharging wildly.
"Spread out!" Wind Lord shouted. "Don’t let his field fully bloom!" he warned everyone, but it was already too late.
Kaziraik slamd his claw into the floor.
The shockwaves of corruption filled air surged outward in a do, ripping the hall apart. Walls collapsed inward, molten cracks spidering across the ceiling. The palace scread as if alive.
Thunder Lord was flung backward, crashing through a column. Fire Lord skidded across scorched stone, flas guttering.
Earth Lord dropped to one knee, blood leaking from the corner of his mouth as his defenses eroded faster than he could rebuild them.
Kaziraik stood at the center of annihilation, breathing heavily, wounds closing at a visible pace.
"You should have struck sooner," he sneered. "Now you will rot here with my kingdom and "
A soft sound echoed through the ruin.
Clap.
Clap.
Clap.
Kaziraik froze.
From the collapsed shadows at the far end of the hall, a pale skeleton figure stepped forward, untouched by corrosion, untouched by fear.
The Necrolord appeared his eyes filled with death and malice as if he would eat everything alive.
"You misunderstand sothing, Demon Lord," he said calmly. "Decay answers to you But Death does not, it answers to and I answer to my God Klaus"
Kaziraik snarled and slashed, sending a wave of corrosion screaming toward him but the corrosion simply passed through.
Kaziraik could not believe his eyes, his concept had been resisted by soone, he snarled and various sches started brewing in his mind.
The Necrolord had not dodged. The corrosion had simply been negated by his death energy.
Invisible runes ignited beneath necrolord’s feet, ancient and cold. The temperature in the hall plumted as spectral chains erupted from the ground, forged of pure death-aspected law. They wrapped around Kaziraik’s limbs instantly.
"What—?!" Kaziraik roared, struggling.
His corrosion started eating at the chains and at first the chains slowed making kaziraik make a false belief that he had a chance but then eventually the decay of chains stopped.
"For all your arrogance," Necrolord continued, voice steady, "you never noticed the death piling beneath your feet."
The whole floor shattered.
Hands erupted from below thousands of spectral arms, the souls of slaughtered slaves, fallen soldiers, butchered servants.
Their wails filled the hall as they dragged themselves upward, grasping at Kaziraik with endless hatred.
Kaziraik scread as his aura flared, corrosion surging wildly.
"NOW!" Thunder Lord roared.
Lightning descended like judgnt itself, a pillar of divine thunder crashing down upon Kaziraik’s restrained form. Fire Lord followed, unleashing condensed infernal fla not a wave, but a spear boring into his chest.
Wind Lord’s blades struck simultaneously, carving through weakened defenses with surgical precision,
anwhile Earth Lord slamd both fists into the ground. The palace responded.
The entire throne hall collapsed inward, stone and pressure converging, compressing Kaziraik’s body in a crushing prison.
Still, the demon lord of Baresan lived, even though barely.
His horns were shattered. One arm hung useless, half-eaten by death and lightning mana. His chest was a crater of smoldering ruin, yet his eyes still burned.
"You think... this is enough?" he rasped. "I am a Demon Lord—"
A blade erged from his chest carving out his heart directly.
Shadow Lord stepped out from behind him, eyes cold, blade of void buried to the hilt.
"Titles don’t protect you," he whispered.
He then twisted as kaziraik roared but suddenly his roar was cut off abruptly.
The Necrolord raised one hand.
"End."
The chains tightened.
The souls of the underworld pulled with all the might.
Kaziraik’s body cracked not just his flesh, but his existence itself. His life orb in another dim chamber located elsewhere in the universe was already shattered , left with nothing anchoring him to the world of existence and life. His essence tore apart, dragged screaming into the abyss of death itself.
With a final, soundless implosion, Demon Lord Kaziraik ceased to be.
Silence fell in the hall where a ground shattering battle had just taken place.
The corrosion field collapsed instantly while the other elents stabilized and atmosphere started healing, the decay reversed itself.
The throne hall was now gone leaving nothing but a vast crater under an open, ash-choked sky.
The six elental lords stood amid the ruins.
Fire Lord exhaled slowly. "He lasted longer than expected, had it not been for necro-san we would have been railed real hard"
Thunder Lord crossed his arms. "Lord klaus was right when he said that all us seriously lack true strength of the respective ranks we are at."
the statent made the six lords contemplate about the battle for a few minutes before other concerns washed over them.
Wind Lord looked toward the city, where panic had already begun to ripple through the streets. "Baresan will fall by morning."
Earth Lord nodded. "Without their leader, the demons will tear each other apart."
Shadow Lord cleaned his blade and vanished into nothingness. "My work here is done, clean up the rest guys"
The Necrolord turned last, gazing at the lingering death spirits of demons as they finally found rest.
"Justice," he murmured, "does not always co early. But when it does, the wrath of my god is unbearable"
"Stop with the Aura farming buddy" Earth lord spoke with a sigh.
anwhile hundred-thousands of miles away
Klaus opened his eyes.
"another ant removed," he said quietly.
