On the road, Rosemary received a call that pulled her out of her thoughts. It was from the head of security at Reflections Estate.

"Ms. Rose, just as you predicted, two hitn have slipped away." the voice crackled over the line.

A sly smile played on Rosemary’s lips, "Keep an eye on their next move."

If they contacted the person behind the curtains or if that person sent soone after them, they could trace it back and find the puppet master’s location.

"Understood," the security captain responded with utmost respect.

After ending the call, Rosemary relayed the information to Sean, who grinned devilishly, "Who do they think they’re ssing with, trying to cross my sis? When we get our hands on the mastermind, I’m going to give them a taste of the hell you’ve been through."

Rosemary lifted the corners of her mouth, "If it hadn’t been for the mix-up at birth, I might have been just an ordinary girl, without all these skills."

"You’ve got that wrong," Sean retorted as he drove. "If you had grown up in your real ho, our parents would have hired the best tutors for you – piano, chess, literature, art. With your talent, you’d still have reached the pinnacle, just without the trials of the triangular zone, without the nights of blood and tears you shouldered alone. Instead, you’d have had a life filled with the doting of family."

Rosemary’s gaze shifted to Sean, the sight of him confidently maneuvering the car warming her heart.

"Soone’s going to pay dearly for this conspiracy," Sean vowed, his grip on the steering wheel tightening with resolve.

Soon, Sean’s sports car, leading a convoy of six delivery trucks, made a grand entrance at the castle gates.

The castle was a majestic sight, unlike any ordinary villa or mansion, truly exuding the nobility of royalty.

The castle had a grand entrance with four additional side gates.

Trucks delivering goods, like these, were only allowed through the far-left side gate.

As Sean’s car approached the main gates with the convoy in tow, the guards on duty tensed up,

readying their weapons, eyes locked on the approaching vehicles, fingers poised near the triggers.

A wall of guards ford at the gates, and the captain shouted with stern authority, "Halt—"

He would not allow the vehicles any closer to the main entrance.

Sean’s car screeched to a halt before the gates, and the six delivery trucks followed suit.

The captain knew that a shipnt of clothes was due today, but for the safety of the castle’s residents,he remained vigilant.

"Everyone, please step out for inspection!"

Sean scoffed at the command, his pride tickled. How dare they ask Sean to step out for an inspection?

At previous high-profile etings, the lords of the castle had courteously invited him, seeking his counsel.

How dare a re security captain block his path?

"Sean," Rosemary interjected, respecting protocol, "let’s get out."

"Alright." Sean was always anable to his sister’s requests. At her suggestion, he unbuckled his seatbelt and swung open the car door.

Seeing Sean exit, the drivers of the trucks followed suit, filing out behind him.

"Who are all of you?"

The captain only knew that a female designer was due to deliver clothes today, but these n looked far from ordinary. Each one seed capable and not your average truck driver.

Especially the man who drove the sports car – he appeared arrogant, and upon closer inspection, it seed he was the infamous Sheen.

In these parts, Sheen was as feared as the devil himself.

Why was he here?

What were they planning?

"We’re together," Rosemary spoke up, "Could you please report that we’ve arrived and let us in?"

Although Rosemary had already scheduled the visit with the castle’s owner, given their lofty status, it was unlikely they would be greeted personally. Everything within this prestigious family followed a complex and tedious protocol.

The captain of the security detail motioned for his n to step forward and scan the newcors for any dangerous items, but not a single one dared to move an inch.

After all, standing before them was the infamous Sheen – the man whose reputation preceded him!

Who would have the gall to frisk him?

Rosemary could tell that this crew was intimidated by Sean. Horace had ntioned before that in this land, Sean was a force to be reckoned with—a big shot whose nod was essential for anything to happen in both the legit and underground scenes.

It seed the rumors were true.

"Are we doing this or what?" Sean’s tone was laced with impatience as he took a step forward, causing the dozen security guards to collectively step back in fear.

Sean was speechless.

He was just following his sister’s advice to let them do their check, but these people were a bunch of cowards.

Though the security captain didn’t step back, he too held a deep respect for Sean, knowing full well not to cross a man so influential that even their employer’s kin wouldn’t dare offend him.

"Mr. Sheen, I had no idea you’d be delivering the clothes yourself, but we have our protocols here."

"So, you gonna scan or what?" Sean snapped, "Or should I do it myself?"

The captain quickly bowed and said, "My apologies," before whipping out a scanner and running it over Sean with the speed of light.

"Damn, from that distance? If you’re gonna scan, do it right! What kind of half-assed check is that?"

The captain’s ntal defenses were faltering under Sean’s demanding presence – truly as formidable as the rumors suggested.

But he couldn’t bring himself to get too close to the man.

Although he moved his scanner a bit closer, he leaned backward, symbolically running it over Sean a few more tis.

"Are we done here?"

"Ye-yes, that’ll do."

As he moved to scan Sean’s sister, Sean barked, "Keep away from my sister!"

The designer’s is his sister? Really?

Should he scan her, then?

"It’s okay, go ahead," Rosemary reassured, and the captain quickly scanned her, then moved on to the drivers behind her.

These drivers hardly seed like your average chauffeurs – they all had a certain air about them that scread ’do not ss with’.

Sean was probably just escorting his sister today, but who knew if he had other business?

"Can we go in now?" Sean had always despised their tedious procedures. In the past, when he visited other mbers, he’d just stride in with no checks, but being scanned like this was a first for him.

"This way, please," the chief indicated for them to take a side door on the left.

"My sister has to use the side door?"

"Except for the castle’s owner, all personnel must use the side door."

Sean looked rather exasperated – he’d always used the main entrance when visiting other mbers.

"Mr. Sheen, I didn’t expect you to co today. If you could just wait, I’ll check if we can make an exception for you."

"No need, the side door is fine."

Rosemary’s words allowed the captain to breathe a sigh of relief, "Right this way, please."
