When Roo stepped out to take a call, Rosemary launched a mysterious website, imdiately presenting two options on the hopage.

[Find soone to do the task for you]

[Start the task yourself]

Rosemary clicked on [Start the task yourself], and a ssage quickly appeared on the screen: "Welco back, Rosemary!"

A green icon popped up at the bottom right of her profile picture, indicating she was online.

"Holy cow, am I seeing this right? The top gun on the leaderboard is back!"

"She’s online right now!"

"Rosemary hasn’t shown up for half a year! I wonder what task she’ll take on next?"

"No doubt, it’s got to be a high paying one!"

On this website, there was a leaderboard. Claiming the top spot, with a 100% completion rate and the highest earnings, was none other than Rosemary. Upon clicking her profile picture, two columns

appeared beneath it. The left one was a list of her completed tasks, all sixteen of them, each raking in a cool five million minimum.

The right column displayed requests for her help, with over 1300 tasks piling up. Although the details of the tasks were hidden, the offered rewards, ranging from a few million to tens of millions, were visible.

Rosemary opened a task offering ten million, requiring her to crack a drone combat system, the mightiest military tech in N country, If cracked, Solterra could create an even more powerful system!

The fortune that could co from that would be a never–ending stream!

Rosemary speculated that the task was posted by a businessman with high standing in Solterra and his own tech team.

Because after cracking such a system, the businessman would need a ton of manpower and funds to research the new system.

It was going to cost a pretty penny!

Given the client’s deep pockets, Rosemary boldly jacked up her price to a whopping hundred million.

This move left many hackers gobsmacked.

"A hundred mil? What kind of task could make Rosemary ask for such a crazy amount right off the bat?"

She’s got so nerve!

"I’m so jealous of these pros!"

"Is this task harder than studying aliens or sothing?"

"I can only take on twenty grand jobs; I don’t even have the right to haggle; pros are just on another level! Just gotta admire from afar!"

Roo had just returned from his call when his phone buzzed again. As he picked up, his face turned serious!

A hundred million, the client really offered that amount!

"Mr. McMillan, if we miss this opportunity, we might never find a suitable candidate again! It’s not every day that Alex cos online!"

Keep in mind, they’ve been trying to fill this task for three months and have been waiting for Alex to log on!

If they refuse, the big shot might take on other tasks!

"Mr. McMillan, cracking this system is crucial for us."

Once they unlocked its secrets and developed a new system, not only Solterra but other countries would also throw big money at it!

The amount of wealth that could co from that was beyond asure!

"Agree to it." Roo’s voice was icy.

Carl on the other end of the line let out a sigh of relief and started making arrangents right away!

After a while, Rosemary saw the client click the agree button, and the task was underway!

"Whoa, am I seeing this right? They actually agreed? This client must be loaded"

"I so wish I could land a billion–dollar project"

"Just what kind of job is worth a billion?"

Rosemary opened the system sent by the client on her phone, and it was way more complex than she had anticipated. There was no way she could crack it in half an hour.

At that mont, Roo walked in after a phone call. Seeing that she hadn’t touched her food and was still on her phone, he couldn’t help but ask, "Are you working or sothing?"

"Nope" Rosemary put away her phone and looked at the dozen or so dishes in front of her. "Why did you order so much food?"

She hadn’t noticed earlier, but he’d ordered a ton of food in a flash..

"There are so new dishes. I thought you might want to try them. What do you think?"

anwhile

Carl was stunned when Alex logged off after receiving the money. Was Alex going to take off?

Everyone said Alex was amazing, with a 100% success rate on tasks, but they were all stories. This was their first ti working with Alex!

If he really took off.

After so thought, Carl couldn’t help but call Roo.

This was the fourth ti Roo had received a call from Carl that day, and he was getting a bit impatient. "You better have sothing important to say." Carl had the audacity to interrupt his date.

"Mr. McMillan, Alex took the money and logged off! I’m worried he."

Losing so money was one thing, but the system was sothing they’d worked hard to get.

If it got leaked, their losses would be imnse!

"He wouldn’t dare."

Roo didn’t seem bothered. As long as Alex left his information on the website, finding him would be a piece of cake.

Carl was surprised that Mr. McMillan was more relaxed than he was, and his heart finally settled down.

Elsewhere.

Zachary entered the password to his villa, and the first thing he saw was a small garden.

"Zachary, look, so many roses!"

Yolanda hadn’t expected the seeds she’d casually sown to bloom into so many flowers, and she was overjoyed.

"The maid cos over to clean and water them every day." Zachary led her into the garden, and seeing her happy face made him feel better.

"In the future, the girl who will admire these flowers with you will be soone else." Yolanda touched

the scene and pretended to be sentintal.

"Yoli."

"I’m okay; as long as you’re happy, I’m satisfied!" Yolanda pretended to squat down to sll the roses.

She tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ear, closed her eyes, and showed a calm face, deliberately showing her cleavage.

Under the sunlight, every movent she made was full of innocent beauty.

After a while, she stood up and said, "Zachary, could you get a small jar? I want to dig up one."

Zachary swallowed hard, his voice a bit heavy. "If you’d like, you can co over and see them anyti."

"That won’t do; this will be the ho of you and another girl in the future. It’s not appropriate for to co." Yolanda didn’t wait for his answer and continued, "Zachary, I’m a bit thirsty."

"Co with ." Zachary tried to lead her inside for water, but she hesitated and stopped.

"Zachary, I won’t go in. What if your other half finds out I’ve been here?" Yolanda looked a bit uneasy.

"You are my other half." Zachary looked back at her and said it word for word, then pulled her into the living room.

Other than the maid who ca to clean every day, no one else had been to the house, so there was only bottled water.

Zachary handed Yolanda one of the bottles of water and even helped her open it.

Yolanda noticed his small changes and was secretly delighted. She took a few sips, and while she was looking for an opportunity to drug his water, his phone rang.. While he went to answer the call, Yolanda

quickly poured the prepared powder into his water and mixed it well, then pretended to sit nonchalantly on the couch, waiting for him to return.

After a while, Zachary ca back from his call, took a few sips of water, and noticed nothing unusual.

Yolanda breathed a sigh of relief, then softly said, "Zachary, could you show around here again?"

"Sure." Zachary took her hand and showed her the living room, kitchen, and bedroom.

Looking at the large bed in the bedroom, Yolanda couldn’t help but say, "In the future, you’ll be here with another girl."

She bit her lip, pretending to be heartbroken, and broke away from his hand to leave.

Zachary quickly grabbed her hand, saw the tears in her eyes, and his last bit of reason was about to disappear.

"Yoli." Zachary cornered her against the wall and passionately kissed her.

"Zachary, don’t." Yolanda tilted her neck back, pretending to dissuade him: "We’ve broken off our engagent; this isn’t right."

"Yoli, let’s not break off the engagent"

"What did you say?"

"I want to marry you and be with you! Zachary had lost his reason, and all he had left was a promise: "I will take responsibility for you!"

After a while, Yolanda looked at the boy sleeping next to her with a triumphant smile on her lips.

If Zachary’s mother knew about this, she’d be furious!

Thinking about the old woman’s angry face made Yolanda secretly pleased.

Hmph, the last one standing was still her, Yolanda!

That old woman dared to encourage her son to leave her, she’ll show her once she married into the

Panter family!

Yolanda leaned against the headboard and told Olga Harris about it. Olga was thrilled because it ant Zachary had to take responsibility for Yoli for the rest of his life.

This was great news!

"Mom, didn’t you say you were going to invite all our friends and family to my party? You–can start planning now; Zachary will be there too." "Great, that’s aweso!"

It wasn’t until it got dark that Zachary opened his eyes. He heard so faint sobbing next to him. He turned his head and saw Yoli crying! Yolanda sat at the head of the bed, hugging a pillow, her eyes

swollen from crying. She looked like a sad little bunny. "Zachary, I wanted to, I don’t bla you: Now that you’re awake, let’s just forget this ever happened. I need to go ho." She pretended to get up,

but Zachary quickly grabbed her hand. He saw the red marks on her neck and arms. Zachary was completely stunned.

He didn’t know how he could have lost control like that!

Yoli was only eighteen.

"I’m sorry, Yoli, I lost control." Zachary helplessly pulled her into his arms and said, "I once said, ’I’ll take responsibility for you.".
