Father Black raised his head to look in Perseus’s direction. "Hmmm! So he is able to hold back. Not bad."
After a while of fighting, both insect-B and Morgana looked to be a bit exhausted, but there was obviously still fighting fire in their eyes.
On seeing this, Father Black waved his hand, "Sit!" he ordered and instantly, all attention was drawn to him.
Without question, including the wounded combatants, everyone sat at the table.
"I’ll take that at least for now, you all have let out so heat. Because we are at the start of a long war, and now, more than ever, we will be needing to stand together as one."
"Stand together?" Crusher snickered. "We wouldn’t even be in this situation if it wasn’t Morgana’s fault in the first place. You should be punishing her for inviting a god into our ho, and ssing things up. And now, the Demons are back, and i don’t think you have heard, but the Abaddon Royal Family are the most brutal of all the nine Royal families of Hell."
Father Black nodded, "Good! then it ans things are progressing according to plan."
"Huh!?" Crusher raised a brow at him.
But he was not the only one. Victor and Perseus also looked perplexed by this.
"Regent, could you please explain to us, what you an by what you just said?" Victor asked.
"Also, why is he here?" Crusher pointed at Clawed. Obviously, he was not pleased with the presence of a demon during the family eting. In crusher’s opinion, Nikky had a better position than Clawed, and should be in this eting even though she was not an official mber of the family.
Instead of answering, Father Black turned to Clawed.
Clawed sighed as he stood to his feet. "I understand your prejudice against , especially because of my origins, but I assure you all, I am on the side of the Lenny family. And what the Regent said is true. It is indeed a good thing that the Abaddon family has arrived.
Allow to explain." On saying this, he signaled towards morgana, "please bring out our uninvited guest."
Morgana frowned at him, but still did as he said. Her hand glowed a faint pink, and then she reached out just behind her, as if to grab air. However, it was tangible to the touch. And then she pulled hard.
Her fingers sank into sothing and with a fierce tug, she pulled out an entity as if to drag at stuck in between teeth. She pulled her out a figure trying desperately to hide.
"NO!" she rebelled, but Morgana’s pull was fiercer.
And there she was, an entity, like smoke, but nearly as transparent as air.
The sudden turn of events made the mbers at the table surprised. Instinctively, Victor and Perseus got ready for a fight.
However, father black raised his hand to stop them.
"Let explain," Clawed continued. "The first to encounter the entities was none other than Lenny himself. While he was preparing for his trip, he had an encounter with the entity known as Depression. Like the Entity before you, she tried to leech off him.
But Lenny, being the person he is, was easily able to overco her. However, the event gave him a bright idea.
Lenny figured that if there was one entity, then there was definitely going to be others. This was further proven true by Loki when he had his little chess play and tea party with our Regent.
However, as things are, not all entities can make their way into the plane. The only ones capable of doing this, are emotional entities, as they pass through into the plane using the gaps in the human heart.
With a little digging into ancient records, we found that a long ti ago, certain entities were banished from the Rainbow Bridge, the ho of emotional entities.
These Entities,were five in number. With this information, we easily deduced the identities of our uninvited guests. Nevertheless, their location remained a mystery. Besides, every ti we managed to make it to a location that had been affected by them, they were already gone.
Just as you have seen, they are very good at hiding, and unless one has a good enough control on their emotions, sensing the different rise is very difficult.
Lenny saw this as an opportunity to kill two... NO! three birds with one stone.
Firstly, he needed bait. Seeing as an entity ca directly for him, he deduced that they naturally leeched off people that they thought to be of higher power, or at least in a place of authority. And as you all know, who better to target in the whole of Deter than then Lenny family themselves.
And so Lenny used Morgana. He understood her emotions for him a lot, and leveraged on it, even visiting Nikky several tis in order to excite the feeling of jealousy, anger, and of course... Loathe.
Morgana’s emotions being as heightened as they were, coupled with how she distanced herself from the rest of the family made her the ideal target. Like a lamp in the dark, an entity was drawn to her.
At the ti Morgana herself was not aware of this. Only until later on did Father Black send a telepathic ssage for her to check her aura, and that was when she found the entity hiding there.
Nevertheless, she was not to purge it, and allow it lead her emotions and decisions, communicating the extremities of them back to Father Black.
This way, we had an agent in the ranks of the Entities, and that was when we realized that their aim was to destabilize us and take over the world, but at the sa ti, they had a grudge with demons and even gods, and wanted revenge on them.
They planned to use Morgana to invite Loki, and then with their accumulated power, consu him.
Unfortunately, they did not realize that their own sister, Despair was in cohorts with their enemy. With knowledge about their plans, Loki easily destroyed Grudge with a weapon made specially against entities.
And then he did the sa for Anxiety, stealing their cores and feeding it to despair in other to increase her power. In this aspect, Loathe’s plan was ruined, but for us, it was great. In fact, this was best..."
