Fang frowned tightly. "But we have little to nothing. Only the Guardian Crystal, and that was only made with the help of the Blood Moon. If we give that away, it will be many years before we make another one. That would be fifty whole years."
"Oh, really? Then I'm sure that my master would be most pleased!" Lenny chuckled lowly. His evil grin was wide, and it cut through the hearts of these Magi like a hot knife through butter.
Fang was at a loss for what to do. "Can't we negotiate about..."
*Boom!*
Lenny's hand moved, and a pistol imbedded a bullet right in the head of one of the Magi beside Fang.
The Magi fell first on his knees and then to the ground.
Just as fast as the gun had appeared and fired, it had also disappeared.
With Lenny's already incredible speed coupled with his unnatural accuracy, it appeared as if he had only waved his hand and a Magi was dead.
Lenny frowned as his eyes moved from the unlucky fellow on the ground back to Fang and the other Magi.
Instantly, they all took a stance, ready for a fight.
Lenny took a slight step forward. "Are you sure you want to do that?
I know you negative magic users well. Aside from your foundation spell occupying your major ability slot, all you have is your summoning spell or your incantations.
Besides, aside from those wings, you don't seem to have any other dealings with the Nether realm.
There is neither enough distance nor ti for you to cast your spells, and my fingers seed to be faster.
So let ask you again. "Are you sure you want to do that?"
A trail of cold sweat ran down Fang's forehead.
It was already afternoon, and in these parts, it was very hot.
However, Lenny knew that it was the internal struggles within the Magi that made him slowly drench with sweat.

However, Fang raised a hand to stop them.
"None of you should complain. We have already lost our brother, Sanga. Even I can't see through this one's power. If we don't do as he says, we will be in trouble."
As far as Fang was concerned, Lenny was far stronger than him, and he could have easily defeated all of them, broken through the force field, and killed the students.
This was further proven by his quick attack.
This was a dog-eat-dog world. If he was not strong enough, all he could do was admit his weakness.
However, he did not, and he only decided to let them go with a warning.
Then again, the truth couldn't be any more false than the thoughts he had.
However, such was human reasoning. At the end, people believed what they wanted to believe.
In other words, the truth was personal.
"I'll give it to you, but I know how you demons do things. You can never be trusted. Let's sign a blood pact. You will not attack my students or my companions and will leave this place once I give the Guardian Crystal to you."
"A blood pact?" Lenny raised a brow at this. This was the first ti he heard about it.
The Satan System imdiately answered for him.
Lenny thought about this for a second.
After all, he would be giving up a lot of points just to loot the place. Even though those points were in fractions,
He was not really sure it was the right move, but the Guardian Crystal Ball could prove to be useful later on.
After all, he could see it was very useful at the mont.
Lenny took several steps forward. "Deal!"
"Huh!" The Magis gasped at this.
However, Lenny had already stepped forward.
Fang also stepped forward; his lips moved as he spoke a quick spell.
He made a cut on his hand, filling the blood with his magic. It fell to the ground, forming a rune underneath him.
Lenny imitated him.
~Sanguis Foedus~
The rules of the pact had been agreed upon and signed with blood.
Instantly, the alert appeared in the system.
*Lenny Tales will take the Guardian Crystal and not cause any harm whatsoever to either students or the Magi under Fang.
The Pact was a simple one and very straightforward too.
Instantly, the rune beneath them glowed in a red light, and then it disappeared.
anwhile, the students had been watching all this while from within the safety of their forcefield.
Just as agreed upon, Fang walked up to the force field.
With a tap of his finger, it disappeared.
"Back away," he ordered as he waved his hand and the crystal ball from where it was left in the midst of the students and into his hand.
He sighed as he stepped forward towards Lenny and handed him the crystal ball.
Lenny nodded and took it.
"According to the pact, I have disconnected my control over the Guardian Crystal."
Lenny took the crystal ball.
Lenny nodded. "It was nice doing business with you."
He waved his hands, and the crystal ball disappeared into the storage.
Lenny signaled to Perseus for them to leave.
Perseus nodded.
Lenny waved his hand, and the giant snake disappeared.
This act surprised the Magis.
However, Lenny and Perseus had only taken a few steps forward when Fang suddenly rembered sothing very important.
"Wait! I forgot to ask. Which master do you work for?"
Instantly, Lenny paused in his steps.
(Author's note: Like I said, we are entering into a different arch. So far, Lenny has no connections and has broken any that got too close.
