But not just the elf, also Naamah had followed his sight. Only now did there notice that this Orb through the glow on its body looked like it had cracks on it.

When they looked even closer, they could see the cracks clearly.

"But... How!?" Naamah asked in surprise. But at the sa ti, she was knowledgeable enough to guess how he did it.

Lenny had once touched this orb, and therefore knew the density and structural material of it.

While he fought Seraphiel, Lenny had co to understand that his opponent was indeed a better fighter than him. This was not because lenny could not fight, but because the Elf’s mastery of Qi was so profound that in fighting him, Lenny had actually gotten inspired.

For a person like Lenny to feel inspired in a battle was a rare thing for him, and that was why he did not mind getting beaten.

lenny happened many ways. They were those that learned easily by audio ans, those that learnt easily by virtual and those that were kinesthetic learners.

For one to easily absorb information, one must actively grow in all these forms of learning.

And Lenny was one that had grown himself from the ground up. His excellent skills were as a result of both talent and hard work.

Every hit on his body had brought him closer and closer until he had actually gotten it.

The thing was that sohow within the fight, Lenny had began to emulate his opponents fighting style by tracing the feel of the pain on his body, absorbing them, converting it all into pleasure using the techniques from the Monastery of Pain and pleasure, and then he traced the sensations in his own body so that he could stimulate those nerves in the right manner.

but lenny did not just copy, he integrated it into his own fighting form, rging it into the Muay Thai that he fought.

Seraphiel had not noticed at all. But lenny’s fighting style had so how changed and those blasts of sonic waves that had been coming out of their blows had been tuned intentionally by Lenny to fit the right sound waves that could cause damange to the material that was used to make the orb.

aning that while Lenny had been battling with him, he had actually been thinking of the overall situation.

Lenny suddenly waved his hand, giving a Qi attack back at Seraphiel. It hit right in the chest. And the shockwave that went out was the last stray that literally broke the Orb.

As the Orb shattered, Naamah scread. "NO! YOUR FOOL!" The light that was been projected into space flickered again and again, and then the orb fell to the ground, shattering like broken glass.

The page from the book of death morphed separating itself from the rest of the shattered glass, becoming a page again at the side.

Naamah in her anger, waved her hands, drawing runes in the air, but just when she was about to attack, Lenny stood to his feet, "are you sure you want to do that?"

He asked in polite manner.

She paused a bit, wondering what he ant by those words.

However, Lamastu pulling Tomato by her tail on the ground, having a bloody face, and swollen body here and there suddenly spoke up, "he did it intentionally. He knows that none of us will be able to open the rest of Purgatory. We lack two things. First is Holy Power and the second.." she turned her gaze to Seraphiel.

Naamah imdiately understood what was going on. Even Seraphiel understood.

At the mont, the seal around purgatory was greatly wounded, but this seal was sentient and it could heal itself. Also, wounding it did not an they had opened it. Of course, now, its patterns could be more easily solved.

But no one could do it here... not unless touched by the tree of knowledge. But that was the problem. Neither won could do it because they were also lacking Holy Power.

And then Seraphiel, had the marks from Lucifer but was lacking because he did not have Holy Power and was not touched by the tree of knowledge.

Only one person in their midst fit all the requirents and that of course was none other than Lenny.

He had holy power. He had slept with both won and therefore had been gifted by them, aning he had good enough connections to the tree of knowledge, and lastly, he was of the sa bloodline as Seraphiel.

Naamah frowned at the realization. They needed Lenny, else, they would have to wait for several hundred years again, or even thousands to get such an opportunity and the right materials which are of course not easy to co by.

Naamah turned to Seraphiel, "give them to him."

Seraphiel frowned, "We can’t do this. If he gets to the core first, he will..."

"SHUT UP! I said, GIVE IT TO HIM!!!" A particular rune shone in one eyes of her dead pupils and Seraphiel suddenly fell on the ground, grabbing his chest in pain.

The rune disappeared from Naamah’s eyes and Seraphiel finally got so relief. He stared at Lenny with annoyance. But he still stood to his feet and walked up to him.

he was shorter than Lenny, but he still looked at him with the eyes of an old man looking at an accomplished child.

"Not Bad Kid. I see why the Morningstar picked you." After saying this, he presented a hand to shake Lenny. Lenny received it and from their touch, all the marks that had been taken were all transferred into Lenny’s body.

All of them except Seraphiel’s own as it was a mark on his existence.

The marks glowed rushing into his chest.

Seraphiel, fell to the ground weak, while for Lenny he felt so much power run through his body that he could not contain, forcing him to break through again and again, until he got to the Fourth rank of the Greater Demon rank....
