Considering how you have avoided her for thousands of years, I recon she will be very glad to have you massage her bony feet."
Lilith betrayed a slight frown and then her smile returned. "We both know that’s not how it works. I and my sisters have eaten from the Tree of knowledge and therefore are Outliers. We are not welcod in her domain. You are the only one in the entire universe aside my husband that has ever had an encounter with her and lived to tell about it."
"The Exact reason why the Morningstar accused of betrayal and imprisoned I and my kin in this GODFORSAKEN..." Levaithan’s voice beca thunderous but then it held back its anger.
"Back then, I pleaded for rcy from you. But you looked away from . And the Royal families, left to my fate. And from the looks of things, you are in desperate need of this audience. So tell , why should I do it? Why should I help you?"
"Because I have the key to your freedom."
"Nice try, but that is not enough. I have been imprisoned for many thousands of years, a little more is bearable."
Lilith frowned at this, "What if I tell you that I can grant you sothing even more. Like... The object of your revenge."
She did not say anymore, and the runes ford words that no one standing behind her could understand.
"DEAL!" Leviathan Agreed without hesitation.
"I know you will agree. However, you will serve ."
"For how long?"
"A couple of... thousand years." Lilith replied mischievously.
"I need a specification."
"No, you need your freedom. And being able to breath the fires of hell are surely better than that hollow world."
Athena could see that even though the leviathan had sohow been in charge of the flow of the conversation, considering that Lilith was the person making the request, things had sohow changed along the line.
Apparently, Lilith was able to cub her own desire enough to allow that of the Leviathan bloom.
Lilith smiled as she made a cut on her hand with a finger, and so of her blood flowed into Crystal.
After which, she waved her hand to Virgil and he stepped forward. Virgil literally opened his chest.
Within was a dark sheet of paper. It had runic symbols move about on it like they had a life of their own.
It was actually very incredible to stare at. But at the sa ti, Athena could tell that she should not.
"A page from the book of Death." The Leviathan voiced out.
"Yes! This is the reason for my servants abnormal existence even in hell." Lilith admitted.
"But how can that be. It is supposed to consu his soul." Leviathan added.
Lilith only smiled, "I am one that has eaten from the tree of knowledge. And even amongst my sisters, I had the biggest fruit. The things I can do are beyond the boundaries of even the Primordial Demons."
Soon, a blinding light shone from the crystal as a loud reverberating sound of breaking chains was heard all across the known universe.
And then, black miasma rushed out in all directions as if to fill hell.
The mont this happened, all creatures, and entities of significant power all turned in one direction, towards Hell.
anwhile, in the center of the web of fate, the three sisters were shocked by what was happening. "Lilith is back!?" The youngest one voiced out their surprise."
But this was news, not only foreign to them but to Lilith’s sisters.
All of a sudden, Lamastu, Naamah, and Durgia, in their different locations turned in a certain direction as if to try and peel the veil and see what was happening deep in hell.
"Sister is back!?" Lamastu frowned as she turned in a certain direction. She looked at Naamah who mirrored her sa surprise.
Naamah suddenly felt a prick on her skin. She traced her fingers on it. A particular rune glowed in a golden light.
Lamashtu looked at her hand. the sa rune shone.
At the mont, they were conducting the test for Lenny and the others, but there had to put their attention on that on hold for the ti being.
"Excuse us!" Lamastu declared and the demons all left the luxury box. Naamah waved her hand and instantly, the external world could no longer see them. At the sa ti, the world around them changed as if their consciousness had been transported to a very peculiar space.
This place was filled with a web of garden. Above were stars that seed to converge at a certain point and below was large web of golden strings.
This of course was the focal point of all fates, and the ho to the three sisters of fate.
On arriving here, Durgia was already here.
"Sister!" Lamastu greeted her.
"Sisters!" Durgia greeted back.
And then they turned in a certain direction, heading towards the center of this webbed formation.
On reaching the center, Durgia was the first to speak up, "Will our sister’s arrival affect our plans?"
The Oldest of the fates took the one eye from the youngest, "We have gone too far to be stopped. Besides, she is too far behind on power."
"But how... How was she released from the Abomination pool. Also, I sensed her power as she released Leviathan. she has been out for a while. Why did we not feel her rise?" Lamastu asked.
But in asking, she already had a rough idea of the answer.
After all, amongst them, Lilith had always been more special. She obviously did not want to be found out. However, in releasing the royal family, her essence was mixed in the key, and thus they were made aware.
"It does not matter. We already have one challenging the Corrupter as we speak. Soon, we will have it, and Purgatory will be opened." Naamah spoke up.
"Yes, but with sister in the mix, war..."
