By the ti I get back to the entrance of the cave, the sun had well risen.
It was not until I took a step into the cave before I rembered.
’Shit, I went out to hunt for what we could eat and I didn’t co back with anything.’
I should just quickly turn back before...
"Big brother Yeong!"
’Shit!’
With a smile I turn towards the voice that called out to .
It was Conan.
He walks fast towards with a worried face.
"Where did you go? we were really worried, you said you were just going to get what to eat and then you don’t co until now? And what happened to your clothes."
’Fuck! what do I tell him now?’
"Ummm...well, you see while I was out hunting I got attacked by a really strong Beast, I had no choice but to run and hide, that’s why I took so long and while running I was still attacked by so Beasts and thats why my clothes are gone." I reply with a smile up my face.
"I see, so you didn’t bring anything back huh?" He says as he looks around .
He heaves a sigh.
"Well, mother bear went out to hunt and brought sothing back which we prepared and ate, there’s still so left which we were already preparing, if you want..."
I give an embarrassed chuckle as I scratch the back of my head.
We both go further in and the other children co to welco .
We sit down in the ground and after a while Ae Cha, Hwa and Beom bring over a nice al of deer at in plates I had given them earlier.
We all sat together in a circle and began to eat.
Hwa by my left and Conan by my right.
The Mother Bear laid at a corner while her cubs sucked from her breasts.
We ate silently, the silence almost awkward.
"So, I thought about it, I think I know what I could teach you all."
As I say this their faces all brighten at the sound of learning Martial Arts.
"Really!?"
"Really?"
"Really!?"
They ask excitedly.
"Yh yhhh, but you all calm down first, I need to let you all know sothings." I say as I gesticulate that they sit down.
They sit and I heave a long sigh.
"The Martial Arts world isn’t as simple as you all think it is, it’s not just about learning Martial Arts and getting strong, the world is alot more sinister than that."
"First, you cannot just learn any kind of Martial Arts since that would determine your progress and strength. But do not worry about that since I would be the one teaching you.
Secondly, the mont you learn Martial Arts, you have stepped into a completely different world, you can no longer live as a normal powerless human again.
Thirdly, do not think that Martial Arts is the only and most supre path, there are others who practice socery and other paths who could also and possibly be stronger that most Martial Artists.
Fourth, as a Martial Artist, you always need to have your guard up, why? because as one who now stands outside the realm of the normal humans, as one who now stands in a realm of blood, you could be attacked and killed at anyti and so you always need to have your guard up at all tis."
As I say those last lines their expression shift a little.
"Now I will ask you once more... Do you still want to learn Martial Arts?"
The cave went silent after this question.
They looked a little unsure.
Well of course, in the end they are just children.
I heave a sigh and was about to speak.
"Well, of course we know how dangerous it is, even we who are not Martial Artists have suffered so much, to so extent we understand what you are saying so... don’t we just need to get strong enough that we cannot be treated anyhow by anyone?" Nari says with a raise of hand.
The other children look at her and their expressions begin to get better.
"Th...that is true, we just need to get so strong that no one can look down on us, right?" Hoon says.
"Right!" The others reply loudly.
They then turn their gaze towards and together they say;
"Yes we still want to learn Martial Arts Big brother."
With a smile I heave another sigh.
They look so determined.
"Then it is settled, from this day forward, I shall teach you all Martial Arts."
After I say this they all get up and push their plates of food to the side.
I sit there confused not knowing what was going on.
Together they get on their knees before .
One by one, with a kowtow they all began to greet .
"Greetings Master, I Conan pay my respects to my Master, I ask that you kindly accept this greeting of mine."
"Greetings Master, I Hwa pay my respects to my Master, I ask that you kindly accept this greeting of mine."
"Greetings Master, I Ae Cha pay my respects to my Master..."
"Greetings Master, I Beom pay my respects to my Master..."
"Greetings Master, I Nari pay my respects to my Master..."
"Greetings Master, I Hoon pay my respects to my Master..."
"Greeting Master, I Byeol pay my respects to my Master..."
They all give their greetings while I sit there a little embarrassed, touched and shocked.
They remain bent over with their heads to the ground as if waiting for sothing and then it suddenly occurred to that I was supposed to tell them to get up.
"Please stand up." I says to them waving my hands for them to rise.
"Do you accept our greetings Master?" Conan asks.
’Ughhh this boy!!!’
"Yes yes, I accept your greetings please stand up now."
Slowly they begin to rise, all carrying excited faces.
This children, they are gonna be the end of ...
"Alright then, let us make hay while the sun is up, co here Conan."
Conan cos to and I tell the others to sit so ters back and watch until I call for them.
I tell him he needs to be bare back and he takes off his top.
"What I am about to do is help you all sense Ki and then open your Dantian, I am going to be passing a little Ki into you all and then help you all open your Dantian, it might be a little painful but fear not, its going to end soon, are you ready?" I ask Conan
He nods and then I begin.
After about thirteen minutes he successfully was able to sense Ki.
That was very fast.
We then begins trying to open his dantian.
After about two minutes he begins to sweat.
"Take deep breathes"
"Yes Master, it’s not that painf... Aaahhh!!!..."
