Katherine felt a rush of shock and revulsion at Adrian’s brazen confession, but a cold calculation imdiately followed. She was reeling from Jas’s betrayal, and this man, Adrian was confessing his love for her.

"I—I don’t know what to say," Katherine stamred, stalling for ti. Her eyes flickered nervously toward the café entrance. "What about Ava? What if she knows we even talked about this?"

Adrian laughed, a low, careless sound. "Ava wouldn’t know anything," he assured her with a wicked glint in his eye. "And Jas won’t still know anything. Trust , Katherine. I’m very good at keeping secrets." He leaned back, his confidence radiating.

Thinking about what Jas did made the hatred in her heart grow fonder, she hated Jas now and even falling in love with another wouldn’t hurt, since their relationship was full of ups and downs, she was even planning on breaking up with him, "I... I do like you," she admitted, her voice barely a whisper, and continued. "But I’m not sure about my feelings. Everything is a ss right now."

Adrian’s smile widened in triumph. He reached into his pocket and placed a small, folded piece of paper on the table. "Take this. This is the address where I usually stay when I need to get away. Think about it, Katherine. When you’re sure, you know where to find ."

Katherine walked ho from the café in a daze. The mont she stepped through her door, Jas had completely left her head. The final, ugly betrayal, compounded by his toxic jealousy, was a wound too deep to revisit. She told herself she hated n who were so jealous and controlling.

Adrian, in contrast, presented a facade of freedom and confidence. He doesn’t care about Ava he’s so free of jealousy, she thought, twisting the truth to soothe her wounded ego. She focused on the illusion of the man who had just confessed his feelings, convincing herself that Ava was "so lucky" to have a man who was not a so overprotective unlike Jas.

The address Adrian had given her lay on her table. All day, the thought of him, and the promise of a life free from possessive jealousy, consud her. Her desire for revenge and a complete break from her old life was a powerful, destructive force.

As night fell, Katherine stood up. She walked over, picked up the address of the hotel, and folded it carefully. She glanced at the wreck of her apartnt, then at the gun tucked away in her purse. Ready to seek out the dangerous fantasy Adrian offered, she got dressed and left for the Dorian Hotel.

Katherine stepped out of the taxi onto the busy, neon-lit street near the Dorian Hotel. She felt a terrifying mixture of dread and reckless resolve. Inside, she approached the front desk, where the receptionist looked up, calmly. "I’m looking for Adrian, Wilder" Katherine said, trying to keep her voice steady.

The receptionist checked the register, then picked up the phone. After a brief conversation, she looked back at Katherine. "May I have your na, please?"

"Katherine Vance." She responded.

The receptionist relayed the na, listened, and then hung up. "He said you can go up. Room 314."

Katherine walked down the dim, stale corridor, the sound of her heels echoing her rapid heartbeat. When she reached the door, she took a deep breath and knocked.

Adrian opened it instantly, his eyes intense and possessive. Before he could speak, Katherine surged forward, grabbing his collar and crashing her mouth onto his. Her hands imdiately went to his belt, fumbling to unbuckle it.

Adrian held her hands firmly, pulling them away. "Wait, wait a minute!" he whispered, his own breathing quickening.

Katherine pulled back slightly, her eyes blazing with a mixture of desire and desperation. "What? Don’t you want this?"

"More than anything," he admitted, his voice rough. "But I need to know you’re here because you chose this. Do you really want this, Katherine?" She gave him a silent, decisive declaration, nodding fiercely.

Adrian’s smile was triumphant and dangerous. "Good." He slamd the door shut with a final, echoing crash. He pushed her against the closed door, his lips finding hers again, raining urgent, deep kisses upon her face and neck.

"Tell you’re mine," he demanded, his voice a low growl of obsession. Katherine didn’t answer with words. She clutched his shirt, her silence a damning agreent. He lifted her easily, carrying her the few steps to the bed. Soon, the small, dingy room was filled with the sounds of their feverish urgency her loud moans and his heavy, ragged pants filling the air.

Still giving her the rough yet passionate kiss, he opened he started opening the buttons of her sleeve. He got all the covering of her chest dumping it onto the floor, her upper waist now bare and his lips worked on her breast with the hard pointed nipples. He sucked it hard his other hand trailing down her skirt and to her core, he pushed her underwear and got his fingers inside her. "Ahh!"

"AHHHH!" She moaned hard responding to his touch on her skin, she unbuttoned his shirt and dug her nail to his skin, his fingers still working on her core. He unbuckled his belt and was now laying naked on top of her, his fingers intertwined with hers pinning it to the bed, their lips inexhaustible as they entangled again as they shared their breath. And he thrusted his cock to her core and thrusted in and out of her, her heavy moans reverberating in the room, he made light groans from the pleasure he felt with the intimate sex. The repetitive movents of his ingression and egression of his cock, as he accelerated his movent as she moans hard.

For the next twenty-five minutes, the two were locked in a desperate, consuming embrace, pushing themselves to the limits of their physical exertion as he started ejaculating inside her, with so of his fluids pouring on the sheets, they finally collapsed onto the sheets, their chests heaving, panting like they’ve been chased.

Ava was growing increasingly uneasy. Days had passed since she last saw or heard from Katherine, which was highly unusual, Katherine was a workaholic, she never missed work, nor even go about her day without reaching out to her, but a small, cold knot of dread began to tighten in her stomach. What if Katherine had finally pieced everything together?

Unable to contain her worry, Ava decided to pay a visit to Jas. She arrived at his ho and knocked. Jas opened the door, looking deeply troubled and distracted.

"Ava," he said, sounding weary. He was dressed only in a pair of trousers, the fabric hanging low on his hips, revealing the tense, defined muscles of his chest and abdon.

Ava instantly bit her lip, her internal scheming montarily paused by a surge of raw, physical attraction. The sight of Jas’s sculpted body, partially bare, montarily reminded her why she had targeted him in the first place he was effortlessly everything her own boyfriend, Adrian, was not. She started fantazing about having him on top of her again.
