Chapter 1953: Chapter 1968: Truly Angry 1
It was clear that Gu Qingxin was not forced but willingly got into the other party’s car, and then the car left the community.
Beiming Han imdiately ordered people to follow the surveillance and investigate, determined to find Gu Qingxin’s whereabouts.
Soon, the news ca through, identifying the car Gu Qingxin had gotten into, which headed south out of the city. Surveillance in the suburbs was sparse, and its whereabouts beca unknown.
After listening to the report, Beiming Han said in a grim voice, "Investigate!"
He continued to dial Gu Qingxin’s phone, even though his own phone was running out of battery, he persisted relentlessly.
He just couldn’t understand, what exactly did she leave for, why did she lie to him, why did she hide the truth from him!
She deceived him, tricked the driver, and got into a stranger’s car. Where on earth did she go?
Ye Qi, sowhat worried, stayed by Beiming Han’s side, his brow slightly furrowed. The aura around his young master was terrifying now.
He was really worried that if they found Miss Gu, his master might do sothing harmful to her.
He turned around and left for a mont, quickly sending a ssage to Gu Qingxin and then called Huangfu Ye, urging him to co over quickly.
...
Bai Jingqing had been restless all day, making frequent mistakes, especially at a certain mont in the afternoon, his heart hurt as if he would die the next second.
This feeling lasted for a long ti. He curled up, afraid to move, until he touched his phone and heard Bai Qianqian’s sweet voice, only then did the aching sensation gradually subside.
Tears stread down unchecked, the usually strong as iron man suddenly cried, clutching his chest tightly, heartbroken. It felt as if a rib belonging to him was painfully extracted from his flesh, leaving him.
...
When Gu Qingxin woke up, it took her a second to react before she quickly looked at the ti on the wall; it was already five in the afternoon. She had slept for more than two hours.
She hurriedly sat up, took her phone, and walked out.
As she pulled open the door, she saw Rong Qianchen standing outside. She said, "I need to go back now, thank you for helping with Qianqian’s matter."
"It’s almost dinner ti; stay and eat before you leave." Rong Qianchen looked at the ti on his wrist.
"No, I’ll go back and have dinner with my mom." Gu Qingxin glanced at her phone, which was already out of battery.
She was a bit puzzled; her phone clearly had power, so why did it run out so quickly?
Could it be the battery had gone bad?
"It’s not urgent right now. I’ve already asked the kitchen to prepare dinner. If you leave now, wouldn’t that let the chef’s efforts go to waste?"
Gu Qingxin, "..."
"Do you have a charger for this type of phone here? I’d like to charge it."
Gu Qingxin didn’t know when her phone ran out of power. She feared that if Beiming Han couldn’t find her, he would definitely be anxious.
"Yes, I’ll have Wu Hen fetch it." Rong Qianchen imdiately said.
"Okay, thank you." Gu Qingxin just wanted to charge her phone as soon as possible now.
Wu Hen brought the charger; Gu Qingxin plugged her phone in to charge. Before she could turn it on, the butler ca over to report, "Young master, dinner is ready, should we start now?"
"Qingxin, stay for dinner." Rong Qianchen looked at her.
"Alright then." Gu Qingxin tried to turn on her phone twice but failed, so she agreed.
It would only take half an hour to have dinner. By the ti she finished, Beiming Han probably wouldn’t have returned from Jade Garden yet.
