Chapter 1380: Chapter 1385: It’s Not Just about Saying it, but Doing it! 1

Beiming Yi angrily turned towards Lan Liehuo and took a swing at him. Lan Liehuo, scared to death, didn’t stop trying to dodge him. The grown man and the kid spun in circles around Ye Yingsu.

"Don’t hit , don’t hit ..."

Lan Liehuo was so petrified that he was shaking. Evidently, he had really been traumatized by being hit recently.

"Xiao Yi, stop!" Ye Yingsu quickly held back her son and stopped him.

Xiao Yi, unwilling to back down, exported a kick towards Lan Liehuo, shooting him an angry stare, ’He’s the bad guy, this is the bad guy who bullied mom! He is going to take down this villain!’

"Xiao Yi, calm down, listen to , he’s not a bad guy anymore! He won’t bully mom anymore!"

Xiao Yi didn’t listen and continued to raise his tiny leg to kick Lan Liehuo, the big villain, ’Kick him dead, kick him dead.’

Lan Liehuo quickly dodged far away, crouched there looking scared.

"Ah ah ah!" Xiao Yi continued to shout.

"Xiao Yi, he and that bad guy are not the sa person! They just look alike, they’re not the sa person!" Ye Yingsu, not knowing what else to do, didn’t expect her son to be so worked up and had to resort to a little white lie to calm him down.

Xiao Yi, hearing his mom say that the man in front of him and the villain were not the sa, finally retracted his little leg. But his little chest was still heaving with anger.

"Look at him, where does he seem like a bad guy, right? He’s called Xiao Huo, not that bad guy." Ye Yingsu was explaining to her son.

Xiao Yi looked at his mom, then at Lan Liehuo, very confused, ’He looks exactly like him, how can he not be the sa person?’

"Xiao Huo, co here." Ye Yingsu stretched out her hand towards Lan Liehuo.

Lan Liehuo looked at her, then glanced fearfully at Xiao Yi and shook his head. No, he didn’t want to go over there.

"You see, he’s afraid of you, isn’t he? If he were a bad guy, how could he possibly be scared of you? That bad guy...was very ferocious."

Ye Yingsu never thought that there would co a day when she would have to do these sorts of things to coax a child.

Xiao Yi then looked at Lan Liehuo again and finally believed his mom’s words. Ye Yingsu brought her son over to Lan Liehuo, who was squatting there, tracing circles on the ground with his finger.

"Xiao Huo, lift your head." Ye Yingsu reached out to lift his chin.

Lan Liehuo remained still, his head still bowed.

Ye Yingsu, "..."

Even though he has lost his wits, his stubborn personality hasn’t changed.

"Xiao Huo, this is Xiao Yi, he won’t hit you anymore." Ye Yingsu reached out and patted his head.

Even though Lan Liehuo’s hair was short and now slightly ssy, it didn’t affect his charm. That is, if one ignores his adorable, pitiful expression.

Xiao Yi looked at this big guy with so surprise. So, he wasn’t really the bad guy. Plus, he seed really silly.

"This is my son Xiao Yi, he can’t speak. You two can be good friends from now on." Ye Yingsu felt that this pair - a big one and a small one – would make a good match. They might even beco good friends.

Xiao Yi is five-year-old this year. As for Lan Liehuo, he currently had the ntality of a five-year old.

Lan Liehuo remained motionless. Xiao Yi squatted and looked at him curiously, reaching out to touch his face. The mont Xiao Yi touched him, Lan Liehuo got startled and tried to avoid it.

"Xiao Huo, don’t be afraid, he truly won’t hit you anymore. No one will ever hit you again in the future! If anyone does hit you, I’ll help you beat them up."

Upon hearing Ye Yingsu’s words, Lan Liehuo finally looked up. He looked at her, smiled, then lowered his head again and continued to draw sothing on the ground.

Seeing how timid Lan Liehuo was, Xiao Yi was filled with a sense of responsibility. He patted Lan Liehuo’s shoulder and then his own little chest to reassure him. ’From now on, your big brother will protect you.’
