Kenneth Osborne didn’t continue to argue, but in his heart, he still believed more in science.

In his understanding, real estate developers need to know about soil issues, topographical issues, and climate issues, as well as quality issues in construction.

As for the "spirituality" and "fortune" Lawrence Winters just ntioned, he saw them as abstract and untestable.

Science can be falsified, taphysics cannot.

He didn’t argue with Lawrence Winters; instead, he said, "Alright, let’s assu there’s a master by his side, then what’s his purpose for doing this? It’s not like he can beco an emperor just because the terrain here resembles an ’Emperor’s Crown’, right?"

"Of course not." Lawrence Winters laughed, "Moreover, this ’Emperor’s Crown’ is a man-made Geomantic Formation, not natural. If it were natural, maybe it truly could."

"Man-made?"

"Yeah, look, this ’Emperor’s Crown’ Geomantic Formation requires planting twelve trees artificially to complete the whole layout. So I say it’s man-made."

"In the world of Feng Shui, man-made things are always inferior to natural ones, and their effects are lesser because Feng Shui values nature. Man-made Geomantic Formations borrow fortune from elsewhere, they’re not natural, so of course, their effects are inferior."

"But even a lesser ’Emperor’s Crown’ Geomantic Formation is extrely rare. Without being a century-rare, exceptionally lucky Feng Shui Master like , one can’t create this layout!"

Lawrence Winters was speaking with such conviction, he almost put accolades on himself.

Kenneth Osborne couldn’t help but chuckle, propping his hands on the back of Lawrence Winters’s chair, leaned forward, and said while looking at her screen, "Alright, you’re quite impressive, so Caron Spencer probably also saw half of the Emperor’s Crown Geomantic Formation, which is why he wants to complete the front part himself?"

"Definitely! But the fact that he could see it shows he’s quite impressive." Lawrence Winters clicked her tongue, "I just wonder whether it was him personally or soone around him."

Both are possible.

Kenneth Osborne wasn’t concerned about whether it was Caron Spencer or soone around him who saw it, he only cared about Caron Spencer’s purpose and motive for being interested in this piece of land.

"So why does he want this land if it’s not to beco an emperor?" Kenneth Osborne joked half-seriously.

Lawrence Winters sat back in her chair, picked up the mouse, and smiled, "As for being an emperor, he better forget about it in this lifeti. The best he can do is snag a few business opportunities to barely survive."

"Caron Spencer is over sixty, nearing seventy, isn’t he? In the business world, he sure could be considered an ’earth emperor’ of the Southern Region real estate sector, but politics and business are different, he’s never been in politics, so this shouldn’t be for himself," Kenneth Osborne said slowly.

"Hmm, definitely not. Politics has age limits, at his age, trying to turn things around?" Lawrence Winters rolled her eyes, "It’s definitely prepared for soone else. — So people think they’re unrecognized geniuses! But are they sure they’re really talented?"

As for who that soone else is, she didn’t want to know, nor did she care.

Having figured out his true motive, the only thing left was to dismantle it.

Looking at the constantly rotating "Emperor’s Crown" animation on the computer, Lawrence Winters sighed, "Luckily, I left evidence to prove what a great Feng Shui Master I used to be! But now, I have to destroy it with my own hands!"

Kenneth Osborne was slightly dazed, "Why destroy it? Isn’t it great?"

"What’s so great about it! For people like us, things that are too good don’t last. Why should I make wedding dresses for others? Besides, this Geomantic Formation is too easily used for ulterior motives."

"I’m telling you, true Feng Shui Masters know that Feng Shui is just an aid; it can’t play a decisive role. But you can’t avoid bad actors in any industry, so I have to eliminate the harm for the people." Lawrence Winters shrugged indifferently.

As she clicked the mouse to modify this Geomantic Formation, she suddenly had a thought and rembered Francis Johnson’s special reminder about "community special service ti" during today’s call.

Whoa!

Could this be her first "mission"?!

Lawrence Winters got excited, her hand shook, clicked the mouse, and sent this picture to Francis Johnson.

The ssage read: ...Modifying this Geomantic Formation, does it count as my "community special service ti"?

It was already past eleven at night, yet Francis Johnson actually replied quickly.
