Outside the cinema, Aiden Sheldon looked up at the night sky, took out a cigarette from his pocket, cupped his hand around it, and with a click of the lighter, lit the cigarette.

He stood next to a large pillar, in a shadowy spot, with only a faint flicker from the cigarette visible between his fingers.

The night in early spring in the Capital City was still a bit chilly.

However, the suit he wore was a high-end custom piece made of natural materials, rich in cashre, keeping him very warm.

Moreover, it felt as though there was a fire within him, making him quite restless.

Several bodyguards trailed silently beside him, standing in four directions, performing their duties.

Without needing instructions, they stood unobtrusively, neither disturbing Aiden’s solitude nor leaving him alone.

The bodyguards hired by The Wealthiest are of world-class standards.

Aiden took a few puffs of his cigarette, slightly calming his agitated mood.

He glanced at his watch; it was already past 8 p.m. The movie wouldn’t end for another hour and a half.

He wasn’t interested in the movie, nor did he want to go back inside to sit any longer.

Fiddling with the lighter in his hand, Aiden pondered where to spend the next hour and a half.

Just then, he suddenly felt his phone vibrate.

He took out his phone to check, and it was a voicemail redirected from a special number.

This must be sothing urgent.

Aiden tossed the cigarette into a trash can on the square, quickly descended the steps, and as he put on a Bluetooth headset, connected to the phone, and entered his voicemail.

The ssage was clearly an electronically synthesized voice, monotone without any inflection.

"Hello, ocean-going tankers number 81, 82, and 83 are trapped in the strait of country T. Request support. Must depart for ho within three days."

Even though it was such a simple ssage, Aiden listened to it at least five tis.

By now, he had walked to his private car and told his secretary, "Take to the Star Villa Seven Gardens and send over a laptop with the highest specs. Then, go back to pick up Betty and my wife and bring them back to the mansion. Just say I have urgent business and won’t be returning ho for now."

The secretary promptly agreed, hurriedly made calls to get the residential entry pass and key card delivered, and followed Aiden to the Star Villa Seven Gardens by car.

Star Villa Seven Gardens is a high-end apartnt complex located on the third ring of the Capital City; the apartnts are large single-floor units, though not the priciest in the city.

With Aiden’s wealth, buying a place here is his understanding of "remaining hidden in the city."

He purchased a top-floor, over 700-square-ter flat when the complex first launched, mainly renovating it to serve as his private office.

He spends most of his ti abroad, and ever since buying it, he hasn’t stayed in this apartnt.

Today, because of this urgent call, he suddenly rembered this place.

The secretary sent the address of Star Villa Seven Gardens to the driver.

The driver quickly mapped the route, reaching the destination in 25 minutes.

Aiden got out at the entrance to the complex, where the person the secretary contacted was already waiting.

That person placed a square briefcase, about the size of a laptop, into the secretary’s hands, along with a laptop bag containing the high-spec laptop Aiden requested.

The secretary showed the entry pass briefly to the complex gatekeeper, who registered their vehicle’s plate number before allowing them to enter.

Aiden got out in front of his building, took the key card the secretary handed him, and instructed once more, "Head back to the cinema to pick up my wife and Betty when the movie ends."

The secretary nodded quickly but was also worried about Aiden’s situation and said, "Mr. Sheldon, no one has lived here before; are all the essentials ready?"

Aiden knew so things were definitely not ready, like daily supplies, food, and drinks, as no one had entered since the place was renovated.

But it wasn’t like he’d never lived independently; with money, what couldn’t he buy?

Nowadays, you can even order coffee online and have it delivered. How can he promote the national economy without spending?

Aiden chuckled and said, "No worries. If things go smoothly, I’ll be ho tomorrow. If not, I’ll give you a call."

"Alright, Mr. Sheldon. If you encounter any issues, please do call !" Having accompanied Aiden for many years, the secretary had beco quite versatile.

Aiden nodded, carrying the laptop bag, calmly stepped into the elevator, and used the key card to press upwards.
