Chapter 331: Wrath
The eastside of Los Angeles was a desert. Of course, it was not like the Sahara, but rather like the Gobi.
Every year, the cold air from the coastline would grow as it passed through the dry and hot region. By the ti it blew toward the middle and eastern states, it would turn into a hurricane.
According to Risfar’s guide, Chen Zhao drove onto an abandoned road.
The road had probably been built in the ’70s or ’80s. The yet-to-be removed billboards on the sides fully illustrated its age.
Such a place might not even receive a single visitor in an entire year.
After driving for over ten kiloters, even the road disappeared completely. Only stone fragnts remained.
Chen Zhao drove the van onto the stony path. It was not totally barren but filled with so grass.
The sea breeze from the southwest would bring so moisture and nourish the soil.
Chen Zhao saw a shabby wooden house in front, where a few cars were parked.
It had probably been a pasture in the past but was subsequently abandoned due to increased desertification.
Chen Zhao parked the van at the entrance, alighted and walked into the house.
Risfar was inside with his n.
On the ground, there were more than ten xicans who had been tied up tightly. Even their mouths were sealed.

Risfar opened a bag. Chen Zhao saw many photos of him and Fali inside.

“I feel cold.” One of Risfar’s n suddenly made a ridiculous remark.
Risfar frowned. Even though it was February, they were in a desert. In the day, the temperature was at least 86 Fahrenheit.
“Chen.” Risfar pushed Chen Zhao.
Chen Zhao was jolted back to reality at once. “Huh? What happened?”
“What happened to you?”
Chen Zhao rubbed his forehead. “I’m fine... Johnny, leave with your n.”
“What?” Risfar was clearly puzzled. “You want to let them go? Or you want to kill them yourself? Chen, listen to . Let my people bury them. It’s the best way.”
Risfar felt that even if Chen Zhao wanted to kill them, he would be unable to bury all the corpses himself.
He might as well let Risfar’s n do it. They could dig a large pit and bury all the gang mbers. Nobody would ever discover the missing xicans.

Risfar was sowhat worried. Chen Zhao seed very unusual.
After so consideration, he said to his n, “Go to the other cars and leave. I’ll drive back and check on Chen.”
“Boss.”
“I’ll be fine. Just leave.”
Risfar chased all his n from the car, after which he drove toward the house.
The house was in complete silence. Risfar was very confused.
Has Chen Zhao not started to kill them yet?
He alighted from the car. At the instant he pushed the door open, he saw a black thing behind Chen Zhao’s back.
“Chen... You...”
Imdiately, the darkness behind Chen Zhao vanished.
Chen Zhao also woke up at once. “Johnny, why are you back again?”
“I’m worried for you... Aren’t you going to kill them?” Risfar looked at the people on the ground. Horror was written all over their faces.
It was as if they had just seen a monster. Did they see it too?
Suddenly, they heard a car stop outside.

Before Risfar knew it, he was shot in the back.
Chen Zhao quickly dashed forward and hugged Risfar. In the next instant, a dark shadow appeared behind Chen Zhao and expanded wildly. A black, one-winged lion charged out from the darkness.
There was only one emotion on the one-winged lion: wrath!

Andibell and the other seven people had already decided to kill Chen Zhao and snatch his van.
Hence, when they alighted from the car, Andibell fired his gun directly.

The person he shot was not Chen Zhao.

Just then, a black thing broke through the door of the wooden house.

The seven gangsters all went mad. They began to attack and smash each other with the rocks on the ground.
It was as if they were all irreconcilable enemies. They had forgotten about pain and there was only one emotion on their faces: wrath.
