Chapter 214: First Ti Being Hospitalized
“Jump off!” Chen Zhao yelled. “Go!”
Everyone jumped off the ship. Amon caught all of them on his back. Everyone was still shocked and dazed. Kate bent down and touched the slippery “ground” under her feet.
“This? This is Amon?”
They finally had a chance to be close to Amon. Everyone was both nervous and excited.
“Look...that xican boss is in the sea.”
“Amon.” Chen Zhao patted Amon’s back.
He imdiately turned around while everyone looked at Chen Zhao. “Are you going to have Amon eat him?”
“Of course not. I don’t want him to get diarrhea, but the guy can’t be let off like this.”
Amon bit Odutra and drowned him in the water. A minute later, he finally let go, but before Odutra could take a breath, Amon dragged him back down.
“Chen, it’s enough. This is enough,” David couldn’t help but say.
Chen Zhao looked at him. “He wanted to rape our friends.”
David realized that all the won were looking at him with similar gazes, so he gave in. “Okay, you’re right.”
Odutra experienced the most terrifying night of his life. He was completely out of his mind after being tornted by that killer whale.
“Chen Zhao, did you get shot?”
He looked down at his chest and imnse pain seized him. The next mont, the world spun...
Earlier, he’d been filled with adrenaline, so he didn’t feel anything. Now that he was calming down and David reminded him, he suddenly felt weak.
In a dazed state, Chen Zhao might’ve heard a siren. He felt himself get taken onto an ambulance and felt strong light.
He might have gone into the surgery room...
When Chen Zhao woke up, it was already the afternoon of the next day. His head felt heavy and pain ca from his chest.
Fali was sitting beside him, but she’d fallen asleep.
“Fali.” Chen Zhao tugged her.
“Chen, you’re awake?” Fali cried in excitent.
“You didn’t sleep the entire night?”
“I slept a little. Do you still feel uncomfortable?”
“I’m fine.”
Fali dipped down to kiss him. “Chen, I don’t want this to happen again, okay?”
“Okay, I promise.” Chen Zhao caressed her.
Just then, two people ca into the room—Ethan and Caprice.
“Chen, I heard you got shot, but you look better than I’d imagined.”
“To you, it’s good as long as I’m not dead, right?”
“Chen,” Caprice said. “I promise you I’ll have that xican be put in my jail. You can et him any ti.”
“Chen, you guys talk,” Fali said, getting up. “I’ll wash so fruit for you all.”
As soon as Caprice and Ethan left, Zola, Daniel, Manny and Rasfa ca to visit as well.
“This is weird. How do you all know I’m hospitalized?”
“You don’t know yet?” Rasfa said, chuckling. “The video of your group fighting the xicans has already gone viral. Oh, my company has decided to invest in a movie about your story. We need your permission. How about it?”
“Uh...I need to discuss with my friends. What’s the price?”

Surprisingly, Morgery and his boss ca as well. Chen Zhao wondered if Morgery and his boss would get into a full-out fight if they’d run into Gaia.
Around evening, David, Leonardo, Chris, Sienna, and Kate all ca too. They promised to have another party after Chen Zhao was discharged.

Chen Zhao was discharged the next day. He didn’t spend more than 36 hours in the hospital. He wasn’t completely healed, but he felt so uncomfortable there.
He couldn’t wait to escape from the patient’s ward and hospital.
Getting onto Fali’s car, he got Dell’s call.
“Chen, I heard from Mary that you’re in the hospital. Why couldn’t I find your room? What room number are you?”
“I’m in heaven,” Chen Zhao said, annoyed.
“You died?”
“F*ck off.”
“Okay, I won’t kid around. Chen, were you discharged?” It was rare for Dell to be serious.
“Yes.”
“When will you take to see your pet Amon?”
“You’re calling to see Amon, right?”

After ending the annoying call with Dell, Chen Zhao asked, “Is Amon really famous now?”

“How many people have seen him?”
“You’re asking the obvious. Amon isn’t even at Angel Beach.”
