Chapter 2: Chapter 2: Werewolf

He felt pain all over his bone, crack, his bone creaked as if they would break. He turned and stood on his knees.

His fingers dug into the snow, " AHHH." he scread, he had no idea what was happening but it was painful.

His clothes started ripping apart as his body changed, his entire bone structure was changing.

His bones grew larger and denser, his sky changed and elongated like that of a wolf. He grew sharp fangs.

This was made worse by his heightened senses, he could hear and feel everything. He could sll the dead wolf.

He felt moonlight piercing through his skin which was starting to grow silver fur. He felt overwhelming power inside him.

The transformation lasted only about a minute, the demon watched him with interest from 20 tres away.

He did not know what was happening other, he knew of changelings but not one like this, this was sothing new.

Adrian stood up, his body was muscular and towering at three tres, covered fully by silver fur.

He was humanoid but his legs looked like muscular versions of a wolf’s hind legs and his arms were human arms.

Except the hands had long pointy fingers that ended in sharp claws like those of a cat. His face was that of a wolf with sharp fangs.

He turned his silver eyes like the moon itself at the demon and a growl escaped. The demon watched this new creature with curiosity.

He did not believe that weak human would be able to pose any threat to him, the creature growled at him.

It silver eyes shone with uncontrollable savagery. The demon Vaskula now wanted to ta this beast as his pet.

Take it down to hell to show off, perhaps torture it for a few thousand years for fun. He was about to speak when the beast attacked.

Black claws grew out like blades on it hands and it pounced, it moved so fast Vaskula bared had ti to react.

It swiped it claws at his chest drawing a large gash, black blood and maggots fell off to the snow.

A wave of pain was transmitted directly to his brain which should’ve been impossible. Only magic hurt him, or cursed objects which were part of magic.

As a demon he was highly resistant to physical damage yet this creature hurt him with a single swipe of it claws.

His body scattered into maggots and erged 40 tres away. " You will pay you lowly beast."

He opened his mouth and countless maggots flew out like a flood heading for the beast.

It growled and ran straight into the flood of maggots. Vaskula grinned mockingly, his maggots can each a body of flesh into bones in seconds.

He had expected the sa but the beast ran through them like they were nothing. It claws drew arcs through the air killing thousands of maggots with each swing.

Vaskula retreated but it chased after him, it swiped it claws and he ducked. The tree behind him was cut cleanly and fell to the ground.

He rolled away and retreated over 30 tres away. He glared at the beast before him with hatred.

The ground below him opened up and out ca a worm so large it was as tall as the trees.

On closer look it was not an actual worm but a maggot. It fleshy body had a circular mouth with rows of dagger like teeth.

" Hahaha hahahahaha, witness the power of a demon foolish beast, it’s too late for regret now, I will kill you."

The maggot lunged forward, before Vaskula could rejoice the beast disappeared. All he saw was a blur.

The thing it was towering above him, he could even feel it breath on his face. The maggot behind it fell into pieces.

Vaskula finally acknowledged that this beast was stronger than he had expected, possibly stronger than him.

But he was a demon and cannot be killed so easily. At most he would be banished back to hell.

" Hahaha, well done beast, you’ve bested a demon, rejoice, very few can claim to have done that."

He spread out his arms as if welcoming the beast before him. " Do your worst creature, one day we will et again."

He started laughing until he realised the pain was yet to disappear. He looked down and realised the wound on his chest was yet to heal.

On closer look it was healing but much slower than before. This was bad news for him but at least he still can’t die.

Once banished to hell all wounds would disappear so he relaxed and waited for the beast to attack.

It grabbed him and sunk it teeth into his neck, he expected it to rip his throat out, it would be painful but he was a demon, they lived in pain.

Instead he felt it inject sothing into him, poison he figured not that it mattered, poison can’t kill him either.

It threw him away, it strength was greater than he had initially thought. He flew over 50 tres away and broke through a tree.

He lay there on the ground waiting to be banished to hell but he noticed a problem. He was growing weaker with each passing mont.

He tried to stand up but he had no strength and fell back down. The maggot on his body started dying one by one.

He started panicking, he realised he wasn’t being sent to hell, his body was breaking down.

He was dying, truly dying. " No no, please no I can’t die, lord Beelzebub, anybody please help ."

He cried and begged even though he did not expect any help from hell. Demons were not kind creatures, even to their own.

He crawled on the snow trying to get away from the beast that was drawing nearer and nearer to him.

" Stay away, stay away." He tried to use his power but his maggot just died as soon as they left his body.

Eventually he was unable to move and his mind slowly sank into oblivion. Demons didn’t have souls.

After death, they disappear into nothings which is why they feared death above everything else.

Wolf Adrian felt an appetising scent on Vaskula’s body, he dug through it and found a purple heart.

It was small and dripping with disgusting purple goo. He ate it then howled to the sky.
