Capítulo 914: Chapter 893: First Contact

Blood dripped onto the threshold,

but the blood did not flow from the abdon; it was from Luo Di’s hand.

Everyone was as usual, relieving his vigilance. Family, as his most dependable haven, made him completely lower his guard.

However,

a vigilance etched in his bones, engraved in his soul, kept him on alert no matter the environnt.

The mont the door opened, a blade pierced through.

Instinctively, Luo Di grabbed the knife, and his already cut palm suffered a second gash. The tip slightly pierced his abdon, yet avoided the vital organs.

This wasn’t the usual household Chinese chopper, but a chef’s knife with a sharp blade.

Luo Di rembered clearly, the family never owned such a knife. It’s likely they bought it specifically to kill him.

The person holding the knife was none other than his mother.

“Luo Di, you’re quick to react. I was hoping to see you agonized.”

Her voice had barely fallen,

Luo Di instinctively snatched the knife quickly, following up with a slash. Yet, the blade hung in mid-air, unable to fall.

The person before him was his mother. Even knowing she was affected by sothing, he couldn’t bring himself to strike.

However,

a figure hidden behind the stair corner swung a baseball bat heavily at the back of Luo Di’s head.

A sharp sound rang out,

Luo Di’s vision went black, his brain sinking, consciousness slipping away.

When he awoke again, he was “ho”. He was tied in his bedroom, bound to a chair, with locked windows and an emptied bed.

His father, mother, and sister were smiling at him,

with various strange brown glass bottles placed on either side, and assorted instrunts neatly arranged.

There was no extraneous conversation,

The torturous ordeal began.

A large bottle of ants was poured out by his father, followed by his mother saring honey on Luo Di’s skin. It started with a torture that could nearly collapse an ordinary person.

Even his sister was unsatisfied, thinking Luo Di was grown, she opted for larger creatures and poured out so centipedes.

The first day passed just like that,

When the family entered on the second day with hot noodles, they found most ants gone, a centipede being chewed in Luo Di’s mouth.

They seed quite pleased, promptly placing a tal helt on Luo Di, today’s the was electrotherapy.

Whenever Luo Di fainted away, his sister would pull off his fingernails with tal pliers, the piercing pain jolting him awake for a second round.

The electrotherapy seed to have so effect, generating fragnts of mory in Luo Di’s mind.

He seed to have been punished sowhere, hence he was able to endure such torture.

On the third day,

The fourth day,

The fifth day,

As the tornt stretched for a full month, fatigue appeared on the family’s face.

Tied to the chair, Luo Di had long turned gaunt from various issues, his hair mostly falling out.

Yet he was still alive.

Today’s torture involved “trimming”,

Perhaps from exhaustion, his sister failed to notice a scalpel fell on the ground, stepped on by Luo Di.

When everything ended and they left,

Luo Di glimpsed his first ray of “hope”. Using the scalpel, he cut the blood-soaked rope, standing up tremblingly.

“Is this really the body of a high schooler? To still stand, though slightly weak. I’ll wait until midnight to escape.”

Upon hearing the faint door closing sound outside,

Luo Di sneaked out, seeing himself almost escaping the house.

Click!

The lights turned on.

His parents and sister, in pajamas, waved and greeted him.

“My dear son, where to go at this hour?”

Luo Di rushed to open the door, only to find ten distinct locks installed, each locked.

Even if he tried to open them now, it was far too late.

Furthermore, he knew all the windows had been sealed with boards.

No retreat possible.

He looked at the scalpel in his hand and then up at the approaching family, seemingly faced with only one option.

Ding!

The scalpel slipped from his hand,

Luo Di still couldn’t bring himself to act, even after enduring a month-long torture, despite knowing they were no longer family.

He turned around, working with utmost speed to unlock, intending to flee and seek a cure outside.

Ti ran out.

With three locks remaining, the family was pressed behind him.

Suddenly,

the feeling of their proximity seed familiar, as if deep mories were triggered.

Luo Di instinctively delivered a punching move,

Pop!

The sound of a real punch echoed, his father was sent flying.

Using the gained ti, Luo Di unlocked the door completely.

Thump, thump, thump~ Not knowing if it was a hallucination,

he heard soone knocking at this mont, but he couldn’t care, pushing hard to burst open the door.

At the sa ti,

a sharp knife stabbed into Luo Di’s back, seemingly hitting a nerve that made him unable to move.

Luo Di didn’t turn his head but gritted his teeth, staring intently ahead.

There really was soone outside the door,

a greasy man who looked as if he had accidentally fallen into a bucket of white paint.

“Hello there, Luo Di. Look at your sorry state, you weren’t this hesitant when you killed before. Well… you know very well that all these things in front of you are ‘wrong,’ just kill them.

How about this.

I’ll help you,

after all, I’ve done this kind of thing once before and was quite satisfied with it.

This malicious intent in the bloodline, let handle it for you, you go search for the ‘origin.’ Being stuck here too long is not a good thing, you have a lot to do.

Soone who could kill shouldn’t stop because of such a trivial matter.

Of course.

I won’t ask for your consent, if you’re unhappy about it, you’re always welco to co and kill again.”

As soon as the words were spoken,

the greasy man instantly teleported into the house.

He first pulled out the small knife from Luo Di’s back, and then started the slaughter with this knife.

Luo Di, with his back turned, didn’t look, only able to hear the slicing sounds of skin and flesh. These sounds, this scene, brought back so real mories for him.

He had long since co to terms with these past events.

Closing the door with force, he headed downstairs.

Although many mories were still unclear, he deliberately descended the stairs backward. As he stepped out of the apartnt building, a sliver of moonlight cast down just in ti.

Between the originally incomplete skull, it was as if worms were crawling out, followed by a bright, smooth strand of white hair growing under the moon.

His thoughts were clearer than ever,

recalling the whole day, all the anomalies converged on that art class, that red-haired and seemingly pregnant female teacher he had never seen before.

Especially the red dot she marked on the blackboard with chalk, he felt he had seen it sowhere.

Back to school!

Even though Luo Di had determined his target, the road ahead was not easy.

It was clearly late at night, yet all the residents were downstairs, their bodies more or less stained with that eerie red, so even appearing as if their skin might split open, as if their insides were about to burst out.

Even city buses were nearly blocked outside,

with the entire city’s populace targeting Luo Di.

Yet Luo Di still felt no urge to kill, once again detecting so purpose in the other party.

He placed his fingers in his mouth and blew a whistle with force.

The clear sound pierced the night,

ping-ling.

The sound of shattering glass ca,

and a red balloon drifted down, transforming into that greasy white man as it landed.

“Clear a path for .”

“You really know how to find soone to take the fall, huh, then leave it to . After all, I love malice, I love killing these pathetic guys.”

In the High School Year 3, Class 5 classroom.

The greasy white man was squatting in the back row, slicing the last head.

Without killing anyone, Luo Di returned, standing on the blood-soaked podium, looking at the red dot marked on the blackboard with chalk.

Luo Di, who had never wielded a knife all this ti,

this ti softly uttered,

“Co!”

The white man in the back row, having just completed his slicing, tossed the knife over.

Luo Di, his back turned, made a motion of catching the knife.

He clearly felt like he hadn’t practiced, yet the whole process was seamless and natural.

Ka!

Clearly slicing at the red dot, a sound akin to tal, stone shattering rang out.

Luo Di had thought it was all over,

but unexpectedly, this strike seed to open sothing; the red dot appeared to be a “lock.” Endless red, like a tide, like tentacles, poured out.

Luo Di seed to be drawn into a deeper realm,

into that distant red-dominated area.

He glimpsed seven chains, he glimpsed so kind of crown, he glimpsed so presence about to descend upon the world, sothing beyond dinsions, a pure center of authority.

For so reason,

Luo Di began to recite its na.

“Crimson…”

Just as he was about to say the full na,

a mouth suddenly appeared from behind, swallowing him and the surrounding malice together.

Huff… huff… huff…

The naked Luo Di fell to the ground, covered in various old vomit.

Hunter’s face was extrely pale, his whole body weak. He had never experienced such a situation during the entire six months he spent in the Tomb of the Gods, the recent devouring almost drained everything from him.

“Hunter, Teacher Ma!”

As Luo Di, shocked at the appearance of the two in front of him,

Hunter widened his eyes and loudly questioned, “What exactly are you touching that even a slight taint has completely churned my guts?”

“The origins of malice, the reason for the Prison Director’s death…”
