“Tang, move a bit further, yes, right there…” The two quickly returned to the warehouse. Qin Lun directed the black-haired young man to park the Apostle ch in the center of the warehouse.

The Atlanteans in the warehouse had all woken up by now. No one could sleep peacefully in this situation. Seeing the ch approach, people silently moved their beds aside, clearing a space for it.

Although they did not know what Qin Lun intended to do, their faces showed deep worry. If the person piloting the ch had not been Tang, the warehouse would have already descended into chaos.

“Hiss!” After parking the ch, the black-haired young man opened the hatch of the Exoskeleton cha. This hatch was made from a single piece of crystal glass, a material used for Spiritual Equipnt of Apostles. Its surface was imbued with law energy, making it stronger than ordinary hatches, with defensive capabilities no less than a purple-quality shield.

“Mina!” Seeing the ch open, Karu, who had returned to the warehouse earlier, quickly stepped forward and pulled the young girl in brocade clothing out from inside.

“Grandpa Karu, I just saw Daddy!” Mina rubbed her eyes, a happy smile appearing on her chubby little face. “Huh? This is… my necklace! Grandpa Karu, look, the necklace is back!”

Karu looked at the necklace in Mina’s small hand, his expression growing increasingly complex. He calmly said to Qin Lun beside him, “Thank you, sir!”

“Tang, don’t co out yet!” Qin Lun smiled and nodded, then called out to the black-haired young man who was about to climb out of the ch, “Check the ch and pull out the energy core for !”

“Sir, after pulling out the energy core, the ch won’t be able to move!” Tang hesitated for a mont before speaking uncertainly, “And this thing is Apostle equipnt. If we plug it back in later, it would probably count as repairing Apostle equipnt. I’m afraid it would require Shattered Crystals!”

The black-haired young man looked at the Apostle ch, a flicker of regret in his eyes. He bent down and busied himself inside. When he erged again, he held a teardrop-shaped multi-faceted crystal in his hand.

Qin Lun took the multi-faceted crystal from the black-haired young man and examined it carefully. This teardrop-shaped crystal was the size of an adult’s fist, purple-red in color, with thick, rcury-like liquid flowing inside.

“Dream Magic Crystal: A specialty of the Lania world. This is a crystal container containing high-concentration magic power. The magic inside the crystal is quite mixed and cannot be directly absorbed by living beings, but it can be used as a power source for magical devices and Magical Arrays. After the magic in the crystal is used up, it can be recharged using various thods.”

Looking at the item description in the Death Notice, Qin Lun smiled slightly. This thing was really good, basically equivalent to a rechargeable battery. It should be quite valuable.

“Although we took the energy core, just to be safe, let’s add another layer of insurance!” Qin Lun muttered to himself while looking at the Apostle ch. He flipped his right hand, and the Dagger of Sin fell into his palm.

“Sir…” Seeing Qin Lun’s action, the black-haired young man was shocked and instinctively moved forward to stop him. But he had only taken two steps when soone pulled him back. “ii…”

“Tang, don’t go. I don’t want anything to happen to you!” The blonde girl shook her head at the black-haired young man, a pleading look in her eyes. “We can’t stop the Saint!”

“But…” A pained expression appeared on the black-haired young man’s face. He turned his head away, unable to bear watching the ch’s miserable state.

However, Qin Lun, who was trying to damage the ch, encountered an unexpected problem. Wherever the Dagger of Sin struck the ch’s limb joints, it was blocked by a thin layer of law protection.

Fortunately, the Apostle ch no longer had its energy core, and there was no Apostle piloting it from inside. It could only rely on the equipnt’s own durability to hold on. And the Fate Severance ability of the Dagger of Sin happened to be the natural enemy of equipnt durability, capable of damaging all equipnt below the Legendary level.

In no ti, the limb joints and head sensors of the Apostle ch were all severed by the Dagger of Sin. Now, even if the energy core were plugged back in, it still wouldn’t be able to move.

Seeing Qin Lun stop, Anlis and Karu, who had been waiting silently nearby, exchanged a glance and stepped forward.

“Lord Qin Lun, you have obtained what you wanted. Could you now clear up so of our doubts?” Anlis asked cautiously.

However, Qin Lun did not respond to him imdiately. Instead, he turned to Karu and asked, “You’ve already activated the alert system of the Main Control Room, right? If those two co out from inside, will we know imdiately here?”

“Yes, the Main Control Room’s alert system is connected to the sensors in the warehouse. If those two Saints escape from the Main Control Room, that warning light will glow red!” Karu nodded, pointing to an explosion-proof lamp above the warehouse.

“So, we still have so ti…” Qin Lun smiled, rubbed his hands, and turned to look at Anlis. “Alright then, if you have questions, ask them now!”

“Sir, can you tell us why those Floating Cities invading the Atlantis continent haven’t attacked the Holy City yet? And what do those orange-yellow barriers appearing inside the Holy City these past two days represent?” Anlis licked his dry lips, staring intently at Qin Lun.

“Those orange-yellow barriers are the Domination War zones marked out by the Shattered Starry Sky within the Holy City. As for why the Floating Cities of the Sapient Races are still outside the city… of course, it’s because they are waiting for the final outco of the Domination War!” Qin Lun said calmly. “Once the Domination War ends, they will send troops into the city to completely end this war on the Atlantis continent.”

“Domination War? Sir, does that an the Holy City will beco a battlefield again? But we have no resistance force left here. Why is there still a Domination War?” Anlis and Karu gasped, their voices trembling as they continued questioning.

“Don’t worry, this Domination War has nothing to do with you! It’s the Apostle Cities hired by those Sapient Races that are fighting, aiming to divide the huge cake that is the Atlantis Holy City.” Qin Lun said with a light smile. “The full na of this war is the tropolis Domination War. It’s a war that belongs solely to the Apostles, with no participation from any Sapient Races!”

“We’ve been dragged into the Saints’ war?!” Qin Lun’s voice was not soft, causing an uproar in the warehouse.

“Quiet, quiet!” Anlis and Karu shouted loudly to the surroundings. After everyone cald down a bit, the two looked pale-faced at Qin Lun. “Sir, since those orange-yellow barriers are the work of Shattered Starry Sky, do you have a way to open the Star Void teleportation gate and send us away?”

“It can’t be opened for now. This tropolis Domination War needs to last for two weeks. After two weeks, the Star Void teleportation gate can naturally be used again.” Qin Lun continued with an unchanged smile. “The Apostles who entered the Domination War battlefield had their Storage Spaces sealed. They don’t even have food or water. This is a complete survival battle!”

“So you’ve been deceiving us all along!” Flas of anger flickered in Karu’s eyes. He felt dizzy, grunted, and fell to the ground.

“Deceiving you? No, no, I didn’t deceive you. I only promised that if you could survive, I would let you teleport away. If you don’t survive, then you can’t bla !” Qin Lun shook his head calmly.

“Sir, although we are not soldiers, we have been fighting wild creatures for the past two years. Please let us fight alongside you to help you win this Domination War!” Anlis’s face changed expressions uncertainly, but he soon gritted his teeth and made a decision.

“Anlis…” Karu, who had fallen to the ground, looked up, his face flushed. At this mont, this chief priest of the Anka Tribe finally felt that Anlis was more suited than him to lead this group of refugees.

“Oh?” Qin Lun raised his eyebrows, seriously examining the old priest Anlis for the first ti. A flicker of appreciation passed through his eyes, but then he smiled and shook his head. “Your decision is good, but unrealistic! If your numbers weren’t one hundred thirty-plus, but thirteen thousand, then you might really have a chance to hold out for two weeks against the siege of two hundred Apostles.”

“Two hundred professional Saints…” Anlis finally lost his voice, despair showing in his eyes.

“Anlis, while it’s still dark, let everyone scatter and escape! After all, these Saints aren’t specifically targeting us. If we hide, so people should survive…” Karu suddenly rembered sothing, struggled to get up from the ground, pulled Anlis, and said anxiously.

“Beep! Beep!” Just as the Atlanteans in the warehouse were in panic, the warning light on the warehouse ceiling began flashing with fiery red light.

“Hehe, those two are finally out!” A cold glint appeared in Qin Lun’s eyes. He looked around the warehouse and said with a smile, “Well then… it’s ti for you to go on your way!”

“You want to kill us?!” Anlis and Karu were stunned simultaneously, their eyes wide with disbelief.

“Didn’t I say it before? This battle is a survival war. You’ve stored so much food and clean water here, which isn’t very favorable for my plan!” Qin Lun grinned, showing his white teeth. He took out a Light Body Technique scroll from his clothes and tore it directly.

He pushed off with his feet, his body swirling like the wind, and landed at the warehouse entrance. His left hand wearing the “Sacrifice” glove aid at the warehouse gate’s opening chanism. As law energy rippled across the glove, a huge spider web covered the gate chanism completely.

Fifth-order biochemical magic – Web Spell!

“Stop!” Seeing this, a flash of sorrow appeared in Anlis’s eyes. Clinging to his last shred of hope, he shouted, “Sir, we are willing to burn the food and water in the warehouse…”

“Stupid!” Qin Lun turned his head, his eyes now a pair of blood-red orbs. “You actually believed that guy. Master Joey really feels sorry for you! Haven’t you realized it yet? In the eyes of those Apostles, you are also walking bread!”
