"Did those old bastards really send this formation to trap ?" the man cursed internally.
"Did they think that thety can get using that? It was just a nuiscance and annoying but...hmmm, let’s humour them for a while", he chuckled as he thought of sothing.
"Hmph, let’s see what these brats can do with such formation", he mused internally but showed no fear or any expression that could give away his thoughts.
"The formation is active. This is our chance. Attack with everything you have. Activate any boosters that you possess. We may not get such a chance to surprise", Jas gave the orders, and the others did as ordered.
Even though the formation is active, which increased the power of the team and decreased Supre’s power, he wasn’t phased by such fact.
In fact he wanted to see the face that they would make when he cos out as the winner of the match.
He even started to dream about the faces that the higher ups from the alliance would make when they co to know about the result.
"I just need to act until those reinforcents appear", the man thought.
He was not stalling the battle just because it amused him. He wanted to create major cracks in alliance’s power structure.
He saw that Jas sent a signal before he started to attack. It was an ergency signal that the allaince gave him to send if they find the Supre.
Though the alliance felt that Jas and the team might be more than enough to capture or kill the man, they wanted to be sure that happened and at a minimal cost to them.
They already calcculated that a few might die, but they had no other choice. They couldn’t send too many powerhouses for weeks, hoping to catch one person, no matter how important that one is.
They ordered Jas to send a signal as soon as they see the man.
The alliance knew that many tis proudful n like Jas wouldn’t do as they asked, out of pride. So, it has to be forced through giving direct orders. This he can’t ignore or he would be facing the consequences of defying an order.

An hour later...
"What the fuck happened?" the man cursed internally.
The man didn’t understand what just happened. One minute he was having fun, toying with the alliance mbers, but the next minute everything changed.
He receieved an attack from his back, sothing he ignored, as it didn’t show much lethality. When he felt the attack, it felt like a debuff, but he didn’t care.
There are many items on his body that can remove any kind of debuffs. So, he didn’t feel anything about that, but as ti went on, he felt sothing was wrong.
These debuff attacks ca a total of ten tis and all those ten tis, he didn’t bother.
There was a reason behind that. The debuff only existed for a second before disappearing. He attributed that effect to the items he was wearing but once a total of ten attacks of sa debuff appeared, sothing changed.
He started to feel weak all of a sudden. No matter what he tried he couldn’t get rid of the effect. At first he believed that was because of the formation and attacked them but even though most were dead it did nothing. Instead the effect beca staronger.
"Did those old bastards prepare sothing to catch this supre? Not knowing that such thing existed is bad, but it looks like...."
The man faltered and fell unconscious.
Seeing the man fell, Jas was surprised but he maintained caution, as it was a pretty common trick.
After confirming that the man really fell unconscious, he quickly binded him, making it impossible to cast skills and also reduced his attribute strength, making him a commoner without a class.

"We caught the supre", Jas spoke in a exhausted voice.
He spent all his energy on this and has no more reserves to talk anymore. Moreover, the price they paid for this capture was too much, so he didn’t feel like celebrating such an accomplishnt.
There was a bounty on the Supre for a long ti, and the rewards for even giving information regarding their location or power level were way too high.
The reason why the alliance put such a high bounty was because they all believed him to be the leader of the cult. As long as he was captured or killed, the alliance felt that they could easily dismantle the cult swiftly.
At this mont, Jas and his team caught the so-called Supre, which ans they are going to get a lot of rewards, which should have been a happy occasion, but it was not.
He ca to the wasteland with 70 mbers, including him.
Now, only ten stand victorious.
Forty out of seventy are dead, and the other twenty, for them, death would be a better choice than what they are facing now. Even the hunters who ca as guides were gone.
At this mont, how could he celebrate anything?
Even the ten that survived have various injuries, which, if not treated in ti, could lead to damage to their foundations. This would affect their combat prowess in the long term.
Now he has two options, wait for the alliance reinforcents or leave with his mbers to the nearby city or town.
As long as they exited the wasteland, there was a small town. They would not need to wait till they reach Rock City.
Moreover, with the two signals he sent, one when they found the possible ruins location and the next when the Supre showed himself, the alliance reinforcents should be running towards them as soon as possible.
If they et them along the way, the ti wasted before the living ones got dical care would be less, which ans the damage they suffered can be decreased, but moving them can also be dangerous as well.
He has two options, and as the leader, the burden of making such a decision rests on him. Whatever the result of such decision, he has to face the consequences.

So Distance away from the battle...
"Hehe, with him captured, what would you do?" the shadow chuckled, but disappeared soon after.
