Aaron was able to catch the train early in the morning. He slept early the previous night. So, he was able to catch the train on ti.
If he had missed the train, he would have had to wait a week for the train to the Dusk City.
The city he stayed in was a small city. The only reason it has a train station is that it was in the path of the train to Dusk City.
The train that he boarded was the only train available. If one misses this train, they have to wait till the train returns from Dusk City to its origin station, before it passes the city on its way to Dusk City.
It is a weekly train. Though it appears twice, that would be in a different direction each ti.

"Hello, I am Jay", a young man in his early twenties introduced himself.
Unlike before, where he travelled in a private cabin, this ti he didn’t. They were all booked long before. He could only buy a seat that offered no privacy at all.
Added to that, it was not even a berth-type seating. He has to sit and travel for the entire duration to Dusk City.
Though there are only two seats, there are two more opposite them, making it four passengers near each other. This was repeated on the other side, making it possible for eight passengers in total to travel in a column.
Though there are a few empty seats, who should have gotten off in the city that he boarded or the ones that ca before, but there are still people in the seats.
The young man who introduced himself was seated opposite him at the window seat, just like him.
Though Aaron was not soone who tried to mingle with a lot of people, he still had to greet the young man, which was considered as manners, or at least that’s what his parents taught him from a young age.
"Hello, I am Aaron", Aaron greeted with a smile on his face.
"Where are you heading?" Jay asked him.
"Dusk City", Jay answered.
"What about you?" Aaron asked.
"Sa here", Jay replied.
"Are you local or visiting?" Jay asked.
"Returning to the academy", Aaron answered.
"Oh", Jay nodded in understanding.
Even though Aaron gave short answers, he understood.
"What about you?" Aaron asked.
"I am visiting the city to sell my wares and buy any interesting items that I find there", Jay replied.
"So you are a rchant?" Aaron asked.
"I am not a rchant. I am the rchant. I awakened the rchant Class during my awakening, which ans that the only way for my level to increase was to buy and sell items, unlike those posers", Jay scoffed as he rembered sothing.
In this world, though there is are rchant Class, not all rchants present have awakened such a class. Many beco rchants because they see profits without facing the dangers. As long as they have a silver tongue and can easily sway people, they can easily earn profits. Who can say no to that?
Just because they have not awakened rchant Class, one can’t impose on them to not be a rchant. Whether they want to be a rchant or not, that has to be their choice.
Even if that is so, Jay felt that it is a waste if one doesn’t want to make use of what was granted to them.
After all, following their class role was the best way to increase levels faster and thereby improve their strength.
Since he awakened a rchant Class, the best way for Jay to earn EXP to level up was to buy and sell items, which ans he had to travel constantly, trying to procure items and sell them wherever they were needed.
So, he was always travelling.
"Oh, so you must have co across many unique items?" Aaron asked.
There was a reason why Aaron suddenly beca interested in speaking with Jay.
"Yes, indeed I have. So that many have never heard about", Jay answered.
Aaron’s eyes brightened when he heard those words, which Jay had expected. He could see that Aaron was not soone who was interested in making acquaintances with others easily.
Travelling to almost every place in the alliance, Jay t with various people and learned a great deal. Each one has its own unique characteristics. After so ti, Jay beca proficient in reading people.
When he saw Aaron, he knew that Aaron was not soone who liked to mingle with others. Even though that was the case, he still started a conversation with him.
What Aaron didn’t know was that Jay didn’t start a conversation with Aaron to pass the ti or increase his sales.
Jay is a rchant, and every rchant would have a scanning skill that can show them the details of the items. This is their basic skill. This way, they can get genuine items and also bring out whatever is possible of that item.
When he scanned Aaron, he was surprised to see the status of Aaron.
Normally, that would have been impossible, but that is not so for Jay.
When he introduced his profession, he didn’t do that for his pride, but because his profession was special and the skills he had were too.
His Scanning Skill was sothing far better than what others have. Moreover, its rank was very high, which made it possible for Jay to check Aaron’s panel.
He was surprised by how high his attributes were, how high his skill ranks were. He didn’t know those ranks even existed before.
He could see that Aaron had two hidden attributes unlocked and one attribute that he had never heard before, Death Energy. He attributed that to Aaron’s profession and didn’t think much about that.
What really baffled him was the Luck Value. It has crossed the 50 mark. He has never seen soone with such a high luck value.
Only then did he understand why his intuition had been nagging him to go in this direction for days. He knew his rchant senses would alert him whenever there was a great opportunity, and those had been on high alert for days.
They flared when Aaron arrived and sat in front of him, which made him look at his status in the first place.
He imdiately understood that this one would be a very big custor for both procuring so unique items or to sell them.
So, no matter what, Jay wanted to create a connection with the boy. If he missed out on an opportunity like this, then he can just jump into a well and be done with his life. It would be much better than missing out on this opportunity, and he made his move.
