City of Valora...Alliance HQ...
"Things are going out of hand", Aiden spoke to the assembled officers of the alliance.
Aiden was at the HQ when the ergency ssage from the Last Bastion ca through. Though he was not in the list of the intended recipients, he was at the ti speaking with one of the intended recipients.
That’s how he ca to know about that and joined in when all the officers who received the ssage arrived at the conference hall.
Though he was not soone who worked for the alliance, he was allowed because the alliance was in need of human resources. They were already occupied with the issue of the cults, and if they made any movents in the open, the cults might cause a disruption, halting any help that they could send to the Last Bastion.
Sending reinforcents to the last bastion might appear simple, but it is not.
The cults might take the decrease in troop numbers as an opportunity and attack the alliance region from where the troops were drawn. Losing one to protect another, that is not sothing the alliance can’t do.
If such a thing happens, then there might be succession movents, especially since the alliance has many factions, which already divide the land into many separate regions.
The alliance can’t let that happen, especially in tis like now. The alliance needs to stand together to overco and survive what’s coming next.
"We know Aiden, and that’s why you are here. We need your help", the officer who brought him into the eting spoke.
"What help, Jas?" Aiden asked, though he was sure what he was talking about.
Aiden is the Head Guildmaster of the Hunters’ Guild. Every Hunter’s guild out there works for him, and after the alliance, the Hunters Guild is the most powerful and richest organisation in the world.
It was the reason why Jas brought Aiden along with him to the conference hall.
The officers didn’t waste a minute and spoke about the issue at the Last Bastion and how to quickly send reinforcents without alerting the cult, but there is no easy way.
To make sure that they won’t alert the cults, they needed to withdraw troops from elsewhere slowly. If there were too much disturbance, then there is a chance the cults might find out about that, which they couldn’t let happen.
This is where the Hunters Guild cos into the scene.
"Aiden, we need you to send your hunters to the Last Bastion as reinforcents. At this ti, if we withdrew alliance troops, the cults would be sure to take this chance to weaken us as much as possible. We need your help", Jas spoke, and everyone else nodded their heads in agreent.
Though by doing this, they might have to pay the guild in one way or another, it’s the best way to overco the issue and not start a new one.
"I could do that, but as you should know that I may be the leader and all, but without proper compensation, no one would stick their necks out for soone else, especially if that act might end their life", Aiden spoke with a smirk.
He originally ca to the Alliance HQ to broker a deal with them.
A few days ago, three new dungeons were discovered in the untad lands. These three are SS-Rank dungeons, and also, they are not the spawning zones of common monsters.
All the monsters were draconic in nature. They are not dragons but have dragon blood, though it was just a minuscule amount.
If they were just Experience Dungeons, no one would have cared much, but they are loot dungeons, and the loot that they give out is made of dragon matter.
One of the dungeons has Draconic Lizards whose elent is Fire, while another by Draconic Wolves whose elent is Wind, while the last one is made of Draconic Bulls whose elent is Earth.
Whether the loot obtained from the dungeons is at, fangs, or scales, they all have draconic power in them, and that ans they are better than almost anything available.
The at would give more energy, blood can improve attributes, fangs can be used to craft better weapons, while fur, scales or leather can be used to craft better armour.
If the Hunters Guild can obtain even one of them for themselves, the gains that they can get from them would be enormous. It doesn’t matter which dungeon he gets; he can make the Hunters guild power reach a new level, and that was the reason why he was at the Alliance HQ in the first place.
The Alliance was giving him a hard ti regarding this.
Who would want to give away such resources to another faction that can destabilise what they have built?
Now, that won’t be the case anymore. Aiden intends to bleed more from this "help", that he is going to give the alliance.
He is not a bad person and wants to help the alliance, as the fall of the alliance would lead to fall of humanity. That is sothing he can’t accept, but that doesn’t an he would help without proper pay.
Even if he accepts, the ones whom he would dispatch wouldn’t accept. He needs to think about the ones who work for him, rather than being a saint.

Last Bastion...
"n, get ready, the monsters are upon us, thinking that we are easy prey. Let’s show them who is the predator and who is the prey", the Colonel shouted out, trying to increase the morale of his soldiers.
If the morale goes below the danger line, then they would fall faster than they were supposed to, and even if the reinforcents arrive at that ti, they would not be able to save anyone.
It is easier to defeat a thousand n’s army that is demoralised, than a few tens who give their everything in the fight and fight for survival, than give up.
A man who has lost their will to fight is nothing but a dead weight.
As the commander of the forces that were protecting the fort, it was his duty to uplift the soldiers morale and make sure that they would not give up in the middle of the fight or run away after seeing the sheer size of the attacking monster horde.
