Aaron was browsing through the items available to him when his eyes landed on one of the items, which made his eyes bulge in surprise.

"It can’t be", he couldn’t help but mutter to himself.

He never expected such an item to appear here. The item is Random Attribute Keystone. This is similar to the reward that he got from the fifth trial in the Undead Ruins.

Though that item was to unlock the Perception attribute, while this one would unlock a Random attribute, it is still a surprise to see such an item here.

This could go for hundreds of millions of credits, if not billions of credits. Such an item would not be taken out easily.

"Unless they did so on purpose", Aaron thought.

"Every item that we take would be recorded. So, even if we don’t tell or show them, the academy would know about what we have and what we don’t. If I take this item, Random Attribute Keystone, eyes would be raised".

"The information about keystone was not ntioned in the low-level books. There was only a vague description of them in the books that I read. It ans that not many should know about this item".

"If I select this item, then they would know that I knew about this item. If my parents were powerful, then that would not be an issue, but they were not and shouldn’t have co across such an item".

"Though it may not cause any problems as of now, it could in the future, but this item is very important for my growth, as long as the attribute that I unlock is sothing useful to increase my strength to a high degree".

"This is a situation where I need to gamble. Though being low-key is important for survival while one is feeble, this is not a life-threatening situation. A few eyes would turn towards , but there is a high possibility that I can use this to improve myself at a faster rate".

"So, I have to take the reason and decided to take the risk. To improve myself, I can’t always be low-key. I got the cults on my back that asshole Viren Ironheart too. His jealousy caused a big rift between us, and now that he missed his chance to shine in the Inter-academy tournant, there is no way he would take this lying down".

"He would co for sooner or later. So, I decided to take this item, which can make it difficult for him to hurt ", Aaron decided and clicked on the item to select.

When he did, a few items on the list disappeared from the available list.

Since he chose such a high-level item, other high-level ones disappeared, and he can only select a few common resources.

Even from among the remaining, the ones that are considered low-level for this list are very high-level outside.

Among them, only very few resources are considered good and can be useful.

Two of them are Skill Point stone and Skill Rank stone, which can be used to increase the number of SPs, which can improve skills or directly use the Rank stones to improve the rank of the skills.

There are other resources that can substitute FSPs, just like the above two.

These resources can improve one’s attributes, though only common attributes, not hidden or special attributes.

These are all highly enticing for others, but for Aaron, they are nothing.

He has tens of thousands of FSPs, which are worrying him, as they were just sitting on the panel, and are considered a waste until he can make use of them.

So, there was no need for things that could substitute for them.

As far as SPs, the number was almost used up, but the number of SPs that he gets is very high per level and also, he has a stone of each, which are still unused. There was no need to waste such a chance at choosing whatever you want from the pile.

He scanned the list once again, and finally, his eyes landed on two items.

One of them is a skill, Death Prison. It’s a domain skill that can trap enemies and, at the sa ti, zap their health while imprisoned. It is a great skill to eat away at others’ health, but it has several flaws, like the trapping strength of the skill.

It can eat away health of the imprisoned, but if they have the strength to break away, it won’t be much use. Unlike other imprisonnt skills, its trapping strength is weak, and many could easily break away.

Still, it is considered a good skill, as long as its rank is increased and the enemy is not stronger than the caster.

This is because the enemy imprisoned would carry a debuff of bleeding even after escaping from the prison. Though the loss of HP would not be as high as when imprisoned, but would still, over ti, make the enemy lose blood without doing anything.

Of course, there was a redy for that, as there was for almost everything. A priest with certain skills or a certain few healing potions can make the problem disappear.

The other resource that caught his eye was a Crystal Ball. It is Dark Purple in colour. He has read about this Crystal Ball. He knew where to use it and how to make the best use of it. This item is very useful to him.

Out of all that remaining resources, Aaron felt that these two were the best and he chose them. After he chose the three resources, everything disappeared from his screen. There are no more resources to choose but he was satisfied with what he had chosen.

Soon the others returned back the pads after selecting what they wanted.

"Okay, now that you selected the resources, go back to your training as I ntioned. These resources would be delivered to your houses within an hour or two".

"Now, as I said before, that is the best way that I believe you can grow faster, but if you think you have a better way, go for it, but I hope to see the results of that in the tournant. If you fail to et expectations, don’t bla for what will co later", Lyanna warned the students.

Headmaster’s Office...

"That was an interesting choice of items, don’t you think so, Lyanna?" Viren Ebonblade spoke.

"Yes, headmaster", Lyanna agreed.

They were both reviewing what the students who were selected for the five-mber team chose from the resources available to them.

It can be considered a normal check, as they do need to be inford about what was present in the academy treasury and what wasn’t, but there was another reason behind this.

They are estimating the student’s power and their knowledge.
