Usually, she buys all of them when they appear in the market. Then again, it's quite rare to see anyone selling it. Try the Glingau Treasure Store close to Xantanla's residence. Maybe they have one. A piece of advice, though. I wouldn't get too close to Xantanla if I were you," the guy told them. However, he didn't explain why.
