Rean and Roan imdiately activated the Light and Divine Sense bending skill. However, the ground under them suddenly caved in, revealing the mouth of so underground demon beast under it. The twins weren't the only ones caught up in it, though. Dilan's group also suffered the sa fate. Not only that, but far in the distance, the other people that left ahead seed to be caught up in the sa problem.

Rean took a quick glance, and sure enough, it seed like the enemy was riding these demon beasts. They also noticed that the Light bending skill didn't seem very effective. As for Divine Sense bending, it was useless to start with since one couldn't make out anything with Divine Sense in this place.

'Thy shouldn't be able to see us with the naked eye or Divine Sense, so they're probably using other senses to find where we're,' Rean added.

However, just the fact that cultivators were riding those armored lizards gave Rean and Roan the necessary amount of information they needed. All of that conversation happened in just a second through the twins' Soul Connection. Nevertheless, the twins wouldn't risk a battle against an unknown enemy, so they decided to flee first.

Surprisingly, Roan's Death World couldn't spread more than a few ters. That's because he relied on strands of Divine Soul Power to spread the Dark Elent. They were too close to the Continental Barrier, which made the Divine Energy on the surroundings too chaotic. It severely affected Roan's Death World. In consequence, it also affected the effectiveness of Shadow Steps.

The lizard quickly caught up to the twins even though they were moving at full speed. The twins knew their own speed was the sa as a Peak Stage Saint Realm cultivator from the Sacred Land. Perhaps they were slightly faster. If it was an average cultivator, then they could be as fast as a cultivator an entire realm above them. In any case, the lizards were faster than them, which confird that they were definitely Stage Eight Demon Beasts.

Roan glanced at the armored lizards and imdiately understood what Rean ant. Following that, Roan gathered his Yin Energy and Water Elent, creating a thin layer of water around Rean and himself.

Imdiately, the lizard stopped running and began to look everywhere. However, they simply couldn't see where the twins were anymore. It was as if they beca invisible. "How would I know? First, they disappeared from our eyes, and now, even the Earth Lizards can't see them."

"Should we keep looking for them?" another guy asked.

"Forget it." However, their leader imdiately called it out. "We already captured most of the newcors. Not to ntion this was a very big batch, so we should be satisfied with our results. Let's head back."
