“I can’t wait any longer.” Shi Yuhuan’s fingers gently stroked her chin, a wicked smile creeping onto his lips.
With those words, he kissed Song Qinghuan’s lips again.
He fervently kissed her as he swiftly removed their barriers. His burning intensity was overbearing, pressing against her without any hesitation, penetrating her with the sa force as one besieges a castle.
Sparks were flying everywhere. Eventually, Song Qinghuan was so exhausted she could barely breathe, even falling into a deep sleep.
But she was still able to feel Shi Yuhuan’s actions, which were like a starved wolf that had not eaten for a thousand years. He nearly swallowed her whole.
Even though she was tired, Song Qinghuan woke up early the next day. She had an appointnt and was anxious about it.
When she woke up, Shi Yuhuan was already awake.
When she tried to get up, Shi Yuhuan subconsciously tightened his grip around her waist, not letting her leave.
“I’m going to the bathroom!” Song Qinghuan stamred. The mory of yesterday’s intimacy flashed across her mind, and her face couldn’t help but blush.
Only then did Shi Yuhuan loosen his grip, but not without so hesitation. He gave her a kiss on the forehead.
But when Song Qinghuan finished in the bathroom, she didn’t return to the bed. She left the room imdiately.
A few monts later, Shi Yuhuan sat up in bed.
His handso face was icy, expressionless, void of emotion.
But then he angrily swiped a vase off the dresser, revealing his anger.
The breath he exhaled was burning hot.
The words “Stupid woman,” seed to be seared by flas, causing severe pain in his heart after he muttered them.
Just then, his phone buzzed. It was a text ssage.
Shi Yuhuan sat quietly, lips pressed into a thin line, showing no intention of looking at the ssage.
But after a while, another buzz, another ssage. Still, Shi Yuhuan did not move.
After what seed like eternity, he finally reached out his long arm to pick up the phone and read the ssage.
The content, unknown, shattered Shi Yuhuan’s frozen expression like a torpedo.
Shock and disbelief radiated from his cold eyes. He stared at the screen for a long, long ti.
Once he regained his composure, he raised an eyebrow. His deep gaze held complex emotions, but without any hesitation, he imdiately replied to the ssage.
“I have sothing to deal with, I have an appointnt to et soone in ** County. I must leave now!”
“About last night, I don’t want to pretend it never happened, you need to take responsibility.”
In the car, Song Qinghuan stared at the two ssages she had sent, both of which hadn’t received a reply. She rubbed her temples, then used her phone to smack her leg in frustration.
Li Wei, sitting next to her, looked on in surprise, “Qinghuan, what’s wrong? Didn’t you sleep well last night?”
Song Qinghuan hurriedly shook her head and slightly smiled, “No, no, I just feel a bit car-sick!”
Just then, her phone buzzed. It was another ssage.
Song Qinghuan jumped, almost leaping off the car seat.
Li Wei worriedly looked at her, “Qinghuan, what’s wrong with you? You seem so distracted.”
Song Qinghuan gave a laugh and casually replied, “Maybe I really didn’t sleep well last night. Let
sleep a bit more.”
With that, she leaned back on Li Wei’s shoulder, but despite saying she wanted to sleep, she kept her eyes open, slowly opened the ssage. As she expected, it was a response from Shi Yuhuan, and it surprisingly was…
