"Leo?"
"What?"
"Can I borrow the bandage on your chest?" Kakashi asked, trying not to sound perverted.
"What!. No!."
"But it’s for your own..." Kakashi tried to reach for the bandage but Leo slapped his hand before it ca close to her.
"I said NO!. I said I can take care of myself but you didn’t listen, now look at you, you got hurt because of ..." Leo voice almost broke before Kakashi interrupted.
"I didn’t get hurt because of you. I got hurt because I choose to protect you even though you said you could handle yourself" Kakashi stood up. "I don’t know what happened to you and I don’t really care but I said I won’t let you die on my watch. I’ve dispatch the demon, that ans you can take care of yourself"
"Huh?" Leo whispered.
Kakashi turned towards the entrance and stopped.
"And just to be clear, I’m not interested in your body. I don’t even care. I’m going back to the academy." Kakashi said and was about to walk away but Leo held him back.
"I’m sorry for that" Leo apologized bowing her head as blood dripped from her eyes continuously. "Please, help . Don’t leave like how she did"
"Who?!... Never mind" Kakashi turned to her and Squatted before her and slowly unwrapping the bandages. "Why did you hide the fact that you’re a girl?"
"I can’t answer that"
Kakashi used to bandages to slowly wrap around Leo’s head and covered her eyes.
"Who is ’she’?"
"I don’t want to talk about it" Leo replied. "Can I ask you a question?"
"Sure"
"How do you..."
The building began to tremble.
"Kakashi!, What’s going on?" The building is about to go down, let’s get out of it"
"Right!" Leo said trying to put on a bold look.
The building started to change shape, Kakashi carried Leo on his arms and ran towards one of the windows.
_This reminds of that day_
_"That must be the rescue team. Just hold on, gumin.We are almost there"_
Before Kakashi was able to run to the window, the building suddenly sunk into the ground.
"What the hell?!" Kakashi cursed.
"What is happening?!" Leo yelled.
The building quickly transford into a worm, the insides beca slimy and hot, the heat was too intense that he could hardly breathe. The air felt really hot in his lungs, and it was the sa with Leo who sat on her knees helplessly.
"I don’t know, the entire building is changing shape. I think we’re inside the demon’s main body!"
The shelf began to lt. Kakashi carried Leo in his back and jumped on top one of the highest shelf.
_What should I do?!, What should I do?!!!. Leo is on her last leg and I don’t know where the demon’s weak point is_ Kakashi thought. _What to do!?, Should i... No, it won’t work_
"Kakashi!, Get a hold of yourself!!!" Leo yelled. "Rember, overthinking won’t get you anywhere!"
_That’s right!, That’s Russell said and even Tomura. Do I really overthink?. No, I’m doing it again!. Act!, Just act!. There is no ti to think_ Kakashi slowly quickly unsheathed his sword. _I just have to stab randomly till I hit it’s weak spot_
Kakashi jumped down the shelf and tried to stab the fleshy wall but a part of it popped out and hit Kakashi’s torso, slamming him against the wall, making Kakashi to spit blood. Kakashi fell to the ground and tried to stand up but his body was too weak.
_Damn it!, I’m too weak. I’ve pushed my body too hard, I tired. No!!!, I’m doing it again!. Don’t think!, Don’t think about anything. Just act!_ Kakashi stood up slowly, forcing his body to move even though it had reached it limit. The back of his uniform had been burnt due to slamming against the wall and so was his sleeves. "Just act!!!. This is not my limit!!!. This pain I feel is nothing compared to what I’ve suffered!!!. This is nothing!!!"
# KAKASHI’S FLASHBACK
"Good thing that you asked; I’ve been working on my new lightening technique, lightening flash!" Tokah inford.
"Lightning flash???" Kakashi asked. "You already perfected it? And I’m still stuck trying to control my own energy."
"Maybe it’s because you’re overthinking it"
"What do you an?"
"Lightning flash is a technique that utilizes your energy to reduce your body weight and increase your speed, making you move as fast as lightning. It also has one disadvantage, which is that if a body surpasses the limit, it will break" Tokah explained.
"What are you getting at?"
"I’m just saying you shouldn’t think about it too much, try to feel for a change. Just feel the karma"
"I don’t know if I should try it"
"Okay if you say so" Tokah smiled. "But just know that matter what, I’ll always be stronger than you"
"I thought you were trying to make feel better?!" Kakashi yelled while Tokah laughed and walked away.
# END OF FLASHBACK
_During my fight with Tomura, I did it. I was not even thinking about it_ Kakashi slowly bent down on his left knee and stretched his right leg behind him while holding his sword on his right hand. "If I can’t find it weak spot, I’m just going to cut everything till I hit it!!!. Lightning technique: lightning flash!"
For a mont, everything around Kakashi remained still but soon he realized that he was the one moving too fast.
With his body covered with lightning sparks, Kakashi ran as fast as he could. Pushing down his short sword into the demon, he was able to cut the demon from the inside. He could tell how painful it was for the demon, as he could hear the demons shrieks and he could feel the demon turning around.
"You bastard!. I’m going to make you regret ever letting yourself turn into a demon!!!"
*SHRIEK!!!*
The demon rolled around, shrieked then roared in pain before it finally stopped moving. Kakashi fell to the ground, breathing heavily, he forcefully stood up and slowly walked to Leo.
"I Finally..." Kakashi fell down on his knee and covered his mouth as coughed out blood. "I must have used too much karma."
"Kakashi, is everything okay?" Leo asked.
The bandage that covered her eyes made her unable to see what just happened, but even though she couldn’t sense karma, she could still feel sothing ominous. She couldn’t really point it out.
