In the afternoon art class, trying to imitate Da Vinci’s "Mona Lisa," Dubian Che painted a "Kakusha."

Unfortunately, he had never actually seen a Soviet girl, so "Kakusha" looked a bit like a Homo erectus, also called a late-stage ape-man.

Considering geographical attributes, one could further classify her as a Heidelberg Man.

The art teacher gave him a C rating, saying it didn’t look like her.

Dubian Che really wanted to ask him, "Teacher, have you seen a Soviet girl? If not, how can you say it doesn’t look like one?"

But before turning twenty-five, he didn’t want to waste his ti on such aningless matters; he had many more important things to do.

For example, figuring out how to handle won’s panties and stockings.

At eight o’clock in the evening, in the music classroom, under Kiyono Lin’s direction, Group A was practicing hard.

Because of long stretches of horn playing, everyone’s lips started to ache, but they still played obliviously, giving their all.

Kiyono Lin’s conductor’s baton sotis rose high and sotis swung down rapidly, carrying the ensemble of Goda High School’s dreams echoing in the late-night music classroom.

But it was soon interrupted.

At this ti, except for the occasional duty teacher checking in, absolutely no one would open the classroom door, yet it was opened.

And that was done rudely, without any courtesy.

Jiutiao ijie, with her arms folded, appeared in front of more than sixty people.

She was dressed in a black skirt, her already slim waist cinched tight, resembling a budding black rose.

Among everyone present, Jiutiao ijie was the first to spot Dubian Che holding the oboe, and the corners of her mouth lifted slightly.

Kiyono Lin frowned, ready to say sothing, but seeing Dubian Che stand up, she didn’t speak.

Dubian Che quickly walked over to Jiutiao ijie.

"iji? What are you doing here?" he asked in a low voice.

"Of course, I ca to see you," Jiutiao ijie replied straightforwardly, treating the remaining sixty-odd people as if they didn’t even exist.

Her voice, huskier than usual, echoed pleasurably through the quiet music classroom, tickling one’s heart.

Dubian Che couldn’t quite tell if he was embarrassed or shy as he touched his nose.

He turned to look at the others, then said to her, "I’m training."

"Stop doing such boring stuff, co out to eat with ."

"This..."

"Hmm?"

"Okay, fine."

Jiutiao ijie, satisfied, placed her soft cool hand into his palm, then smiled at Kiyono Lin at the conductor’s stand, "Kiyono, I’m taking my Dubian with first."

"Dubian is the only oboe player, the ensemble can’t go on without him," Kiyono Lin said with a stern face and an exceptionally cold tone.

"Then just don’t practice today," Jiutiao ijie said nonchalantly. She focused her gaze on Dubian Che again and said, "Dubian, what do you say?"

"There’s nothing more important than going out with you, iji," Dubian Che said, gazing at her fondly, and then he looked up to Kiyono Lin, "Kiyono, I believe I’m absolutely fine, I could even go straight to the competition, so you train them. I’m leaving for today."

The Wind Instrunt Club mbers looked displeased, so with anger flaring in their eyes.

At that mont, the beautiful tone of the tenor horn unexpectedly echoed in the classroom.

Dubian Che’s heart skipped a beat, anxiety tightening all the way to his toes.

Jiutiao ijie looked toward Mayi Asuka, who had her head down reading the music, her face obscured by the tenor horn.

"Do you not like taking Dubian away, student?" she asked.

"...Yes," Mayi Asuka removed her lips from the mouthpiece and said calmly yet resolutely.

"Mayi, missing out on a bit of practice isn’t too bad, right? Besides, it’s almost the end of the day," Dubian Che rushed to extinguish the spark of the chaotic scene, directing the reason for Mayi Asuka’s dissatisfaction in the hearts of the people to be about not being able to continue practicing.

"...Yes, okay," Mayi Asuka unexpectedly agreed imdiately, her bangs shaking, and although her tone was as neutral as ever, she seed surprisingly docile.

This made Dubian Che’s heart miss a beat in fright!

Jiutiao ijie, slightly squinting her eyes, smiled as she sized up Mayi Asuka’s profile.

Dubian Che gripped her hand firmly, yet without hurting her, "iji, let’s go. I recently found a delicious sushi restaurant, I’ll take you to try it out."

Jiutiao ijie glanced at him.

Suddenly, the sound of a trombone interrupted them.

Dubian Che turned toward the sound, Yuzao Haoi was glaring at him angrily.

No way...

Dubian Che tried to rember, he shouldn’t have offended her recently.

Yuzao Haoi said angrily, "Usually, personal attacks are bad enough, but everyone tolerates it because you’re the only oboe player. Now you’re leaving right during training! Everyone is working hard, even the seniors gave up exam prep, can’t you be more self-aware?"

So, that was it, Dubian Che breathed a sigh of relief.

But on the other hand, so Yuzao Haoi really values club activities that much.

Dubian Che subconsciously thought that soone who dated others for money shouldn’t be capable of working so hard.

Indeed, in the real world, everyone has different faces and often, descriptions of the sa person can vary greatly depending on who you ask.

"Skipping exam prep is because their playing skills aren’t up to par, I skip training because I’m so strong I don’t need it, as simple as that," Dubian Che replied.

"You..." Yuzao Haoi’s almond eyes went wide, her pretty face flushed with anger as she furiously played the trombone.

"Why are you changing your persona?" Jiutiao ijie asked with a smile on her face.

"I learned the oboe in half a month. These people are dumb and slow, constantly holding back. It’s infuriating. I’m usually very patient."

Kiyono Lin watched the Wind Instrunt Club mbers who were actually close to killing with a sigh of resignation, "If you’re leaving, then hurry up and don’t disturb our continued practice."

Imdiately, Dubian Che took Jiutiao ijie’s hand and left the music classroom.

Walking towards the school gate, Jiutiao ijie coldly sneered, "You seem to be on very good terms with that Mayi Asuka, aren’t you?"

"Not at all. She probably just has a crush on ," Dubian Che said poker-faced, "But rest assured, Your Highness Jiutiao i, you’re the only one in my heart."

"Really?"

"Of course!"

"The greatest distance in the world is between saying and doing," Jiutiao ijie said pointedly, looking at Dubian Che, "You won’t disappoint , will you?"

"Absolutely not!" Dubian Che assured.

Jiutiao ijie humd noncommittally, but she was pleased with Dubian Che’s terrible attitude towards other girls, and also because she was simply too tired, she let it pass this ti.

"By the way, iji, why did you suddenly co back?"

Jiutiao ijie yawned, her eyes faintly moist with unshed tears, "The stuff abroad is temporarily dealt with."

"So, we can go to school together again?"

"Missing already? Unfortunately, it’ll have to wait till next week. I need a good rest this week." She yawned again.

As they reached the school gate, Jiutiao ijie suddenly said, "Never mind, I’m going back to sleep."

"Ah?" Dubian Che didn’t catch on.

The car door opened, and Jiutiao ijie lazily got in.

"..."

What was all that about? Dubian Che was full of questions.

But whatever, it’s been a while since he finished early, ti for a long-missed swim and gym session.

Just as the car was about to pull away, the rear window rolled down, and a pair of black tights flew out in a parabolic arc, landing in his arms.

They were the very ones Jiutiao ijie had been wearing, still warm and carrying a pleasant fragrance.

"Here, use it," Jiutiao ijie said provocatively, blowing a kiss before disappearing behind the rising window.

The car drove off into the night, Dubian Che staring at the tights in his hands.

After all that, was she just here to give him "trash"?

That’s preposterous!
