Chapter 718: Apologizing
After leaving Gu Nian, I urged Jing Tian to hurry over to look for cousin Mo and Ye Qian.
Jing Tian said, “They should be done with their eting. Why don’t we go ho? That little gossip, Su Shen, should be able to tell you anything.”
I shook my head. “Su Shen said that cousin Mo and Ye Qian are still strolling around outside and haven’t t Lu Yan yet. We should head over there first. It’ll be just right!”
Jing Tian said helplessly as he drove, “No wonder Ye Qian said that your EQ is intermittent. You scared Gu Nian into a daze but now you’re a gossipy woman.” He shook his head and smiled as he stroked my hair.
I buckled my seatbelt and smiled smugly. “Of course we have to treat different things differently. I’m serious about serious things but I have to take the fun things lightly too.”
I said seriously, “I’m just enjoying the fun of my cousin and sister-in-law. I’m not going there to make fun of others.” After I said that, I couldn’t help but laugh.
I was there to see Lu Yan make fun of herself. So what?
Lu Yan waited at the seat in the hotel lobby. It was obvious that she was a little anxious.
We found a seat on the second floor so we could see everything downstairs. Jing Tian ordered a cup of red bean drink. It was soft and delicious. Looking at Lu Yan’s appearance, I felt quite happy.

Ye Qian finally arrived. She ca alone and I didn’t see cousin Mo. After Su Qian and Su Shen entered the room, they dispersed to different corners. People who didn’t know better wouldn’t expect them to be Ye Qian’s bodyguards.
I didn’t expect Ye Qian to take so long to arrive. She must have gone shopping with cousin Mo.
Ye Qian sat down opposite Lu Yan.
Lu Yan’s expression changed.
Ye Qian smiled. “Sorry, I’m a little late.”
Lu Yan bit her lip. Without saying a word, she knelt in front of Ye Qian with a plop.
Ye Qian was shocked.

“I... Burp, I... Burp...” Ye Qian turned a blind eye. Ye Qian was indifferent to any of Lu Yan’s actions.
Ye Qian just looked at her quietly.
Lu Yan grabbed the cup on the table and took a big gulp of water before she finally managed to suppress her burping.
