Chapter 105: Boring
I returned to the cobblestone path. I walked further into it and it led to a bamboo forest. Deep inside the bamboo forest was a bamboo house. I walked towards it and gasped internally, my parents sure know how to enjoy themselves. I opened the bamboo door and the furniture inside was all made of bamboo.
I touched each furniture, they felt familiar yet unfamiliar, it was a strange feeling. I stopped before the bookshelf and touched every single book. They were my father’s collection. I knew it without even knowing why. I also rembered the bookshelf serve another purpose! I studied the bookshelf closely before I went down to sit on the couch. The couch was weaved from bamboo. My father made it too. I just knew it. I walked out from the bamboo house. Ignoring the group of people following , I continued my tour. Passing the bamboo forest, there was a small garden. It used to be planted with various precious dicinal plants, but now it had been abandoned.
This was my mother’s paradise. In the middle of the garden was a small fountain but the water had already dried. I used the whole afternoon to tour around the large grounds before I returned to the main house. Tong Lin was not around but Miss Yan was waiting for on the couch. When she saw , she imdiately stood up. “Nanxing, you’re back? Are you tired? They said you’ve been walking for a whole afternoon.”
I studied her. Even though she was not amazingly pretty, she was as pretty as Jing Yan and Nanyang, her actions were very childish and easy to read. Perhaps it was because she loves Tong Lin too much. I sighed. When a woman treated themselves as low as dust, then the n would treat the woman like that too. Such was the case with this Miss Yan.
When the maid served the tea, Miss Yan quickly accepted it and served it to . She said with 30 percent sincerity and 70 percent eagerness to please. “Nanxing, please have so tea. Tong Lin brought these with him.”

I heard that your parents built this place for you, I’m so envious of you!” Her tone was very coy, it was very different from the aggrieved young lady whom she posed during lunch.

I leaned back on the couch and sighed. “This is so boring!”
Yan Xin said imdiately, “Then what kind of activity do you have in mind? I can accompany you!” Her big eyes blinked eagerly at . I resisted the urge to pluck out her fake lashes. I thought about it and said, “Do you know how to play gas?”
She was startled and then said with so embarrassnt. “I can’t say I do. Because Tong Lin doesn’t like it so I don’t play gas.”
I burst out laughing. “Do you live your life by his approval? Aren’t you tired?”
Yan Xin bit on her lower lips. I stretched and yawned greatly, “So boring~”
Yan Xin seed to make a decision then. “Okay, but we can only play for a while, okay?”
Does she think I’m a child? No matter, as long as I can get my hands on a computer or a phone!
I smiled satisfactorily at her. Yan Xin stood up and whispered, “Let us sneak into the conference room’s office. We’ll use the computer there.”
