Inside the vast ruins, Zhong Ling and her companions were breaking the array.

They didn't expect to break open this enormous magic array directly, nor did they have the ability. They just wanted to make a hole in the barrier, like mice, so they could pass through.

After nearly plundering the mana, the magic array barrier finally ford a hole before them, allowing a person to pass through.

The gigantic portal seed within reach.

"We did it!" the array master shouted excitedly, "Hurry up, we can only maintain this for half an hour, or we'll all be trapped inside."

Zhong Ling was sowhat exhausted, but seeing the happy faces of the others, she felt it was all worthwhile.

The group quickly passed through the large hole, truly entering the grand building, and then together they pushed open the enormous door a crack.

Behind the door was a corridor, with walls on both sides carved with special patterns and a large Beidou Seven Stars pattern engraved on the stone slabs below.

Just walking through the corridor gave them an inexplicable sense of awe.

At the end of the corridor stood a grand hall, its magnificence beyond their imagination, the vastness overwhelming, and on the do above, there was a lifelike True Dragon.

But upon closer inspection, it was apparent that it was carved from so material.

On either side of the hall were stone statues more than three ters tall, resembling soldiers, holding bronze long spears in their hands.

This place was much like Qing Qing and her companions had thought, indeed the Library Pavilion of this mysterious country, with rows of massive bookshelves in the hall, each shelf laden with nurous jade scrolls.

Despite the countless ages, these jade scrolls appeared intact, even with a layer of seals on the surface, clearly requiring special thods to open.

"Could all of these be Heart Sutra Techniques? Wouldn't we beco rich then?" a cultivator stepped forward, eyes gleaming with greed.

Qing Qing was equally excited, "This is the foundation of a powerful nation!"

Another cultivator, at this mont, headed straight for one of the stone statues, his gaze fixed on the bronze long spear in the statue's hand.

Upon approaching, he summoned his spiritual artifact, striking the long spear hard. A layer of rust peeled off, revealing the spear as if it were brand new.

Although the spear was over five ters long and clearly not for ordinary cultivators, everyone was still excited.

"It's a spiritual artifact, and a high-ranked one at that, at least Sixth Grade!"

Upon hearing this, everyone beca even more thrilled and imdiately made arrangents: "Old Xu, go collect those two bronze long spears, everyone else, follow the plan we discussed!"

Zhong Ling was a bit puzzled at this mont. What had they discussed previously? Or had they discussed it without inviting her?

As she pondered, she realized sothing was off.

For Qing Qing and her group were subtly enclosing her.

"Sister Qing, what do you want to do?" Zhong Ling still didn't want to believe the doubts in her heart and asked.

The array master sneered, "Qing Qing, it seems she really takes you as a sister, such a naive little rabbit."

Qing Qing's face lost its previous gentle smile, replaced by indifference, "Zhong Ling, stop dreaming. In a place like this, do you really think you can find friends?"

"In your next life, don't be so naive!"

As the words fell, several cultivators imdiately attacked, spells flying towards Zhong Ling.

At that mont, Zhong Ling felt as if the sky had collapsed. She always thought she had found friends, believing the outside wasn't as dark as her master said.

But now she understood it all. Outside, it was all survival of the fittest; if you were strong, you had friends everywhere; if weak, you beca prey.

From the very beginning, Qing Qing and her group had targeted her!

"Ah!"

Zhong Ling's anguished cry echoed in the hall, tears flowing, and at that mont, she suddenly grew up.

Her mana surged, and several spiritual artifacts shot out from her, each no less than Seventh Grade.

Although Chen Nan couldn't give his trump cards to Zhong Ling, he was never stingy with his disciple, giving whatever cultivation resources, spells, or spiritual artifacts he had.

Hence Zhong Ling, although her cultivation was still weak, was a veritable rich cultivator.

"Indeed a big catch!"

The array master saw Zhong Ling's wealth and shouted excitedly, attacking desperately, but after a full incense stick's ti, they still hadn't subdued Zhong Ling.

"How does she still have mana? Didn't the previous array drain her dry?" soone shouted in frustration.

It turned out the array they set up while breaking the barrier was specifically to drain Zhong Ling's mana.

This way, when they attacked her, she would have little resistance left.

But now, things were beyond their expectations. Not only did they fail to subdue Zhong Ling, but she was also growing stronger, her mana seemingly inexhaustible.

"Damn, ti's running out!" the array master cursed, "Qing Qing, go collect the jade scrolls here, as many as you can, we'll handle the girl."

Qing Qing nodded, withdrawing.

Zhong Ling was struggling hard. She knew that she had actually reached her limit, and no matter how abundant her mana, there would co a mont when it was exhausted.

"You all deserve to die!"

She gritted her teeth, tapping lightly on her storage bag at her waist, and instantly hundreds of lights burst forth. When the lights faded, the array master and others were dumbfounded.

Because within those lights were talismans!

Judging by the mana fluctuations, most of these talismans were Seventh Grade.

"Not good, retreat!"

The array master's face changed drastically, retreating in panic, but at that mont, Zhong Ling had already activated all the talismans, simultaneously activating the Jiao Long Armor on her.

Although her Jiao Long Armor was only Seventh Grade, it could withstand most attacks from Golden Core Realm experts.

Boom!

Hundreds of talismans exploded simultaneously, and the power was imaginable. The array master and his companions were violently blasted away, each of them injured.

Not far away, as Qing Qing was collecting jade scrolls, she was suddenly startled, dropping the jade scrolls from her hands.

The jade scrolls that were dropped still bore a layer of seals, making the text undecipherable, but Qing Qing suddenly sensed a peculiar aura.

After this aura swept over her, the entire Library Pavilion changed.

The Library Pavilion, previously like an elderly person, quiet and tolerant, suddenly seed to co alive, and everyone could distinctly feel a sense of "hostility"!

The interior of the Library Pavilion lit up with red light, and a crimson beam shot directly through the do, visible clearly even a hundred miles away.

"Damn, we've been exposed!"
