Quest 45- AmphisbaenaTraveling through Water City was a nuisance for Cirrus. Nox was sitting back, or as she called it, watching his back.
“These fucking Iguazu! Fucking—“

“They keep fucking crashing into my shield like they are trying to fly through ! Nox, can you blind them with your light?”
‘Sure, sure.’
Nox gets up in Cirrus’s head and opens her wings.
‘(White Bright) [White Night]!!’

“Kiiiii!!!!!” scread the Iguazu, blinded by Nox’s light.
“Thanks now!”
Cirrus took this chance to kill them all with his spear while Nox flies and takes the magic stones, making their way to the 26th floor.
“This place is pretty nice… if not for those fucking red bird fucks crashing themselves to death.”
‘Well, at least they die on impact, right? That’s good at least!’
“Not for the shield. Euphe worked hard to fix it up and now it has so dents in it.”
‘Well, we should find that Monster Rex. What was it called? The Am… am… ah! Amphisbaena!’
Splash!!!
As Nox said those words, a large monster erged from a body of water.
“Is that…”
‘Ah shit.’
A massive twin-headed aquatic dragon erged from the murky water, its white head looking right at Cirrus with its red and blue eyes.
“Red eyes first! Nox!! Ti for battle!!!!”
Cirrus quickly drew his spear and assembled it, disengaging his current armor.
‘(White Bright)!’
“Grooooooo!!!!!”
“(Exousía, Adorn: Ceryneian)!!!”
Cirrus quickly jumps to and from various footings, avoiding the water.
The head with blue eyes spewed blue fire while the red-eyed one spewed red mist.
‘Need to kill the one that spews mist!!’
Cirrus sped up even more then he leaped towards the one spewing red mist.
Shing!!!

Even with his strength and speed being far higher than a level 4 the Amphisbaena scales were still very durable, durable enough to stop Cirrus’s attack enough to leave a gash on its neck resulting in its scales around the cut to a break from the force.
“Tch! Nox!!”
‘Got you!!’
Nox grew large enough to pick Cirrus up and quickly threw him near a wall so he can jump around to gather more speed.
“Grooooooo!!!!! Grooooooo!!!!!”
The Amp, regaining its senses, began to fill the area with blue fire. And red mist shifted and moves from the fire.
‘I should have learned fucking archery!!! But I do have!’
Cirrus found a wall for his shadow to be on from the light of the fire and reached in to get so bombs he made with so extra added effects.
“Nox!! Get behind !!”
As Nox quickly flies toward Cirrus, who was on the cover, he uses the surrounding blue fire to ignite the fuses. Just as Nox arrives at Cirrus’s location, he had thrown the bombs at the Monster Rex.
The Amp spew fire at the bombs, but that only set them off far quicker.

The resulting explosion launched several crystals everywhere, leaving so embedded in the monster's scales.
‘You had to use your Crystal Bomb! That could have hit !”
“That is why I called you!!”
Cirrus quickly got out of cover and went in again for another swing at the head with red eyes.
“Grooooooo!!!!!”
“!!”
But fearing for the other head, the one with blue eyes stepped in and took the strike, leaving a far bigger wound than before.
‘Its scales have been damaged from the crystals… good!’
Cirrus reached into his back and pulled out the whip he took from Goh Ma, a first-class weapon made from… unsavory material but with durability too far outclasses anything 3rd or 2nd class.
Cirrus swung the whip, getting the necks of the monster.
“Disengage!”
As the whip wrapped around the necks, Cirrus’s magic circle appeared.
“(Exousía, Adorn: Erymanthian)!!!”
The armor equipped itself and with its strength Cirrus tighten the whip.
“Groooooo-wk!!!!!!”
Choking the monster.
In an act of survival, the monster rampaged even more and spews spurts of fire and the red mist, but Cirrus was not letting it go even if his arms were bursting from the strain.
“Gah!!”

“Shit! I’m so fucking close!! Grr! RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
Cirrus placed more of the armor on his left arm as he draws his sword from the left side of his hip.
“One good slash!!!!
Ti seed too slow for Cirrus, as he had razor focus on his swing and rembering his training from Lance.
‘Rember the basics…’
Cirrus shifted the armor to his right arm as he let go of the whip, in the split second of release he swung his sword as fast and as sure as he can cut into the gash he left before on the red-eyed head cutting into it like butter.
“RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

SPURT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BURST!!!!!!!!!!
With his strength, he cut both of the heads right off. Its blood burst out like a water hose that was being stepped on, being finally released, as did Cirrus’s arms from the strain.
“Haa! haa! haa!”
Cirrus falls back on the monster's body that was now floating in the water. Nox quickly ca and transford into her human form.
“Cirrus!!”
Wearing an outfit fit to be adventuring in with bits and pieces of armor, she knelt and took out several potions and drenched Cirrus in them.
“Hah! Hah! Nox. Hah! Hah! Do you think, Hah! Hah! that was an amazing feat!” Cirrus said with a smile that was barely covered by the boar mask.
“…. Are you kidding! That was amazing!!”
“Good! Cause… I really wanna go ho. Fuck this place.”
