Three days slipped by quietly.

By afternoon, Loki finally went limp in Finn’s office.

"Ugh... those lunatics really are trying to drive insane!"

After being harassed for three straight days, Loki was genuinely on the verge of snapping.

Right now she wanted nothing more than to unleash her divine power, rush over to those bastards, and tear them into pieces.

If they hadn’t wasted all her ti, she wouldn’t have been stuck at ho every single day.

The three watching Loki’s outburst didn’t say a word. In truth, they fully agreed—those gods were clearly tornting them on purpose.

"Just endure it, Loki."

Finn, sticking to his usual principle of avoiding unnecessary conflict, had no intention of clashing with the gods at a ti like this.

"Given how close we seed to Bell earlier, it was inevitable they’d target us."

"And it’s already been three months. The gods still haven’t given up. It’s obvious they don’t plan on letting things cool down."

"Hmph! Them? Cool down?"

Hearing Finn’s words, Loki couldn’t help but sneer coldly.

"Don’t I know exactly what those cowards are like?"

"When things are fun, they play along just fine. But the mont trouble shows up, they run faster than anyone else."

"If they could’ve escaped this ti, you can bet they’d have all disappeared from Orario already."

Finn didn’t need Loki’s reminder—he understood perfectly. The situation Bell had exposed was sothing none of the gods could run from.

It concerned whether the entire world was facing a reset. Who would think that was just a joke?

"Who told Bell to expose sothing that big?"

Riveria glanced toward Loki.

Loki collapsed deeper into the sofa, exhausted.

She knew full well that Bell had caused far too big a commotion this ti. Not a single god could stay calm after that.

"Ah... he did it to sever ties with his current identity. I didn’t expect him to blow things up this much. I thought he’d just spill so big secrets about Orario or the Dungeon. I didn’t expect him to expose the world’s secrets."

"So Bell is preparing for his next promotion?"

Finn didn’t find that reason surprising. What bothered him was whether a normal "promotion" really needed such a massive diversion.

"Well, kind of."

"But Loki, does a normal promotion require sothing this extre? Even if Bell is in a hurry, this seems unnecessary."

Loki pursed her lips and straightened up a little.

"Finn, you’re curious?"

Finn set down his pen and looked at Loki with open interest. "I am. Very."

"I know Bell has extraordinary talent, but with how cautious he usually is, he wouldn’t suddenly expose himself at a mont like this. He could have stayed quiet and made sure no one learned what he was doing in the Dungeon."

Curiosity pushed Finn forward, and he waited for Loki to continue.

He wasn’t the only one curious—Riveria and Gareth were listening just as closely.

Seeing their expectant faces, Loki didn’t bother keeping them in suspense. This wasn’t exactly a secret anyway.

"He prepared for this long ago. If he could, he’d prefer to advance quietly and slowly in the days ahead, but things didn’t go as he wished."

"You all know his talent is exceptional. He has unique Skills and qualifications that let him advance rapidly. But the ’Falna System’ still has certain requirents for advancent."

Finn nodded, adding:

"First, at least one ability value must reach a proficiency of 500 or more."

"Second, one must accumulate the necessary ’Excelia’ for promotion."

"So Bell exposed himself so openly, using such a bold thod to separate himself from his identity and redirect the gods’ attention... just to obtain Excelia?"

With his fast-growth Skills, Bell would never get stuck on proficiency. The only thing that could hold him back was the ’Great Deeds’ needed for advancent.

Finn rested his chin in his hand, thinking.

"So Bell even factored in the Excelia needed for Lv.8?"

"Pfft!"

Loki burst out laughing, and Finn didn’t take offense—he understood imdiately that he’d underestimated Bell again.

"Not the Excelia for Lv.8. He’s aiming for the Excelia for Lv.9."

Finn froze for a second. Even he was stunned by Bell’s intention.

Not aiming for Lv.8 at all—but already planning for Lv.9.

Riveria finally pieced everything together.

"So that’s why Bell brought Ais into the Dungeon at this timing?"

"...!?"

Finn and Gareth were both hit with shock.

...

"Bell used Ais’s parents as stepping stones for Lv.9? I thought he planned to use Ais to reach Lv.8!"

"He actually intends to use Ais’s parents to skip straight to Lv.9!"

Finn covered his face with a hand. He had definitely underestimated Bell.

Riveria and Gareth were equally shaken.

They were all Lv.7 like Bell—yet they hadn’t even considered Lv.8, while Bell was already planning for Lv.9. The gap was staggering.

Seeing how shaken her three children were, Loki offered a bit of comfort.

"Your paths aren’t the sa as his."

"With his talents and Skills, he was never going to walk the sa road as ordinary people. Doing extraordinary things is normal for him."

"Honestly, ever since I saw that kid’s Skills, I’ve given up expecting anyone to surpass him."

"Even his aunt’s talent falls short of his by a large margin. You don’t need to take it so hard."

Loki’s words didn’t exactly calm Finn and the others, but at least they held themselves together.

In the end, it wasn’t like they were comparing themselves to a normal adventurer—they were comparing themselves to soone who had already surpassed what "adventurer" even ant.
