After disposing of the evidence, the good news from Wu Lingyu's ssage ca as a relief. Lin Wanning, reading the content on her phone, her face brightened as she couldn't wait and rushed down the stairs:
"Brother Qing Fan, Yu said on QQ that Xiao Xiao has gone ho, and Ruan Wen is with her. Yu is also going to find Xiao Xiao after buying breakfast!"

It was a lie to say he wasn't worried about that street girl at all, but after a sigh of relief, he felt more than ever that Xia Xiaoxiao was being unreasonable.

"Can we not go to school too?" Lin Wanning's eyes lit up, as no student genuinely loves going to school.
"Let's listen to Brother," said Zhang Yiyi, who actually didn't want to go either. She sensed that Xu Qingfan didn't want to, hence her response.
"Then we'll all skip. We can say we got a stomachache from bad food. Sounds reasonable, right?" Xu Qingfan snapped his fingers, already looking for the teacher's contact number.
"It's reasonable!" Lin Wanning and Zhang Yiyi's faces lit up with surprise, nodding vigorously.
Xu Qingfan, adept at lying to adults, easily fooled the horoom teacher and even left it uncertain whether they would co back to school in the afternoon, depending on their "physical condition."
"Done," Xu Qingfan spread his hand and wore an expression that said, don't worship too much.

Lin Wanning originally wanted to kiss Xu Qingfan as thanks but, with her mouth all greasy, she decided against it.

Xu Qingfan sneered and typed without a second thought: [What's there to explain? Smashing things, saying those nasty words, who indulges her?]
Wu Lingyu didn't reply on the other end. In his anger, Xu Qingfan continued typing furiously: [Didn't she say she didn't want to see for the rest of her life? Then just move back, don't see at all. I'd rather not take care of a self-centered, unreasonable giant baby who throws tantrums and doesn't listen to explanations!]
Having said all he wanted in one go, Xu Qingfan felt as refreshingly cool as drinking a Sprite in the middle of sumr.
"Who are you chatting with, Brother Qing Fan?" Lin Wanning curiously leaned in again, but he had already locked his screen.
"With Yu, letting her know I've asked for leave for everyone," lied Xu Qingfan, straightening the girl's head, for so reason not wanting Wanning and Yiyi to see the content of the ssages.
Because those were just his gripes, only suitable for venting to Yu.
