After leaving the boutique, the six of them strolled down to the next store. The number of shops and restaurants within the Disney park was no less than that of attractions. If you were willing to shop from dawn to dusk, you might not be able to visit all the stores in one day.

Inside, there were many interesting souvenirs, including Disney-thed tableware, Winnie the Pooh’s yellow plush carpets, or magnetic fridge stickers for decoration.

Life needs a sense of ceremony, and the five girls thought about buying sothing to decorate their secret base. They figured that using such pretty bowls for als must surely make the food taste even better.

However, when they flipped the items to check the price tags, they instantly backed off.

"A set of tableware for over a thousand, is he trying to rob us?" Xiao Ruawen gently placed it back, afraid that she might accidentally break it with a slip.

Seeing this, Lin Wanning also had to reluctantly put back the bowl she was holding. Unconsciously, the young girl had grown up; she was no longer the naive child who would hold her wallet and innocently say, "Let’s buy it with Ningning’s money."

Xu Qingfan put away his phone and walked over, saying, "Whatever you guys like, just buy it. I have a way to earn back all the money we spend on this trip."

"Wow~ Brother Qing Fan, what’s your plan?"

"Is Brother Fan planning to make us busk on the streets, play the erhu like this?" Xiao Ruawen squatted and mimicked the motion of playing an erhu.

Seeing all five girls looking at him, Xu Qingfan decided to keep them in suspense and smiled, "It’s a secret for now, but just know I have a way. Earn money in Xiangjiang, spend money in Xiangjiang. Buy whatever you like; I’ll cover it first, and you can pay back after we’ve made the money."

"Yay!"

"I just saw a set of dresses I liked!"

"That bell would look great hanging from Little White’s neck!"

The five of them had complete faith in Xu Qingfan’s words and suddenly acted as if everything in the store was free, putting the items they wanted but hesitated to buy into their shopping baskets one after another.

The way he planned to make money was naturally through betting on football gas; since 2002, Xiangjiang had legalized football gambling, establishing a gaming commission that granted the betting license to the Horse Racing Club, which was then responsible for bookmaking and setting odds.

However, if he told them straight up that he planned to bet on football gas, let alone the others, Wu Lingyu would definitely be the first to disagree.

If Wu Lingyu disagreed with sothing, the other four girls naturally would side with her - even if the person who made the suggestion was Xu Qingfan. But what could they do since Yu was their beloved group mascot?

[But this little Yu is quite gullible with her simple mind.] Watching Wu Lingyu’s back, Xu Qingfan couldn’t help but chuckle.

With him acting as their generous sponsor, the hidden passion for shopping in the hearts of the five girls was ignited as if it had been activated. They shopped from a little past noon until almost three in the afternoon, loading up so many shopping bags that Xu Qingfan hardly could carry them all, before the girls finally ceased their spree.

After storing their goods, the next stop for the six of them was a cinema to see The Lion King.

The show wasn’t particularly interesting; it might appeal to kids and college students, but middle schoolers of their age found it boring.

Lin Wanning hadn’t slept well the previous night and had already spent much energy playing that morning, so as soon as she sat down, drowsiness hit her instantly. Soon, she was drooping her head, looking drowsy and ready to sleep.

Xu Qingfan, watching a group of perforrs awkwardly dance in Native Arican costus on stage, also found it uninteresting. Just as he thought about chatting with Lin Wanning beside him, he realised that the girl had unknowingly rested her head on his shoulder and fallen asleep.

Perhaps sensing his movent, the deeply sleeping girl’s eyelashes also trembled, as if in response.

Xu Qingfan gently scraped Lin Wanning’s nose with his index finger, and the girl’s nose wrinkled in response.

Looking at her sweet sleeping face, Xu Qingfan couldn’t help but laugh. Compared to the Sleeping Beauty played by a staff mber at Disney, he thought the girl before him resembled a fairy tale princess even more.

The Lion King show lasted for about thirty minutes, and Xia Xiaoxiao, seated next to him, quickly succumbed to sleepiness and plopped her head onto his other shoulder to sleep.

With both shoulders now occupied by soone, the symtry ensured he probably wouldn’t get rotator cuff inflammation, Xu Qingfan amusingly thought to himself.

"Brother Qing Fan... it’s so... sticky... itchy..." Lin Wanning muttered in her sleep, her voice faint as a mosquito, audible only to Xu Qingfan because he was sitting so close to her due to the loud music on-stage.

[What is Wanning talking about?] His mind instantly conjured up the morning’s incident, the substance he left on the girl’s hand... wasn’t it sticky?

At that thought, Xu Qingfan’s face inevitably reddened again, and he simply closed his eyes.

There was a question he’d never really considered before, but after this morning’s incident, he couldn’t help but take it seriously.

As a child, he had always regarded the young girls as little sisters, but now that everyone had grown up, developing affection for the opposite sex during adolescence was perfectly normal behavior.

Until now, Xu Qingfan had always thought that Lin Wanning rely had an innocent fondness for him as a brother, willing to be close to him, but given this morning’s events... it was pretty certain that Wanning actually really might like him.

Xu Qingfan was still sowhat troubled by this, considering his psychological age was twenty years older than hers, making a move felt inherently wicked, and he also wasn’t clear whether Lin Wanning’s fondness was more that of a sister for her brother or more akin to that between the sexes.

Although he liked Lin Wanning a lot, who was obedient, well-behaved, and a good sister who only knew how to be tender towards her brother, who wouldn’t like her?

But he hadn’t thought about developing their relationship into that of boyfriend and girlfriend, and with Wu Lingyu, Zhang Yiyi, Xia Xiaoxiao, and Xiao Ruawen at ho, how was he to maintain relationships with the rest if he dated one of them?

This was also a problem because having six people live together like this, should their relationship evolve from friends to lovers, the original harmony would surely be shattered, and it was uncertain if it could ever be re-established.

What’s more, all of them were too young, and he, Mr. Xu, just couldn’t bring himself to do it; it was too sinful.

Er... as for what happened in the morning, that had already been explained. It was a mistake any man could make.

[Do I really have to choose one of them to be my girlfriend in the future?] Xu Qingfan reopened his eyes, his glance sweeping over the faces of the five girls.

Because of deep-seated impressions from a past life, Xia Xiaoxiao probably only saw him as a brother, so she could be ruled out.

Xu Qingfan shifted his gaze away from Xia Xiaoxiao to the other four girls.

Zhang Yiyi’s serene elegance, Wu Lingyu the girl-next-door, Lin Wanning’s sweet adorableness, and Xiao Ruawen’s generous deanor...

To be honest, he liked all four girls.

[What a pity I can only choose one...]
