Following Kim Suho’s narration, every employee in the studio sat frozen like they were in a dream.

During the last team building, they’d heard rumors from Steel Cup T-Shirt Factory workers about "legendary" benefits, but gossip was one thing. Hearing Suho announce them personally was another.

Double weekends? No forced overti? A 500-dollar shopping card every month?

It felt like they had woken up in another country—one where bosses weren’t vampires.

For the older employees who had survived under the previous owner, their eyes were already red. For years, the best "benefit" they’d received was not being yelled at when the ga server collapsed. Now, overnight, they had shopping cards that could cover rice, oil, and salt for their whole families. That alone was the equivalent of Suho slipping 500 dollars extra into their pay packets every month.

Even Fen Su, who had been with the company since its early, ssy days, looked at Suho with disbelief.

He had never bothered to compare Steel Cup and Horny Princess before. Now he realized the ga company had been left in prehistoric tis, while the T-shirt Factory employees were already living in the 21st century.

"If this really goes through," he thought, "the boss is bleeding money. Big money."

But when he sneaked a look at Suho, all he saw was calm, as if none of this spending mattered. It was the look of a man playing chess on a board only he could see.

Jin Wu, standing at the side, had no such disbelief. He had already been watching quietly for weeks.

He’d calculated once, out of curiosity: the amount Suho was spending on welfare, expansion, and "random whims" was completely disproportionate to the company’s actual revenue. By all logic, they should’ve gone bankrupt already.

Yet Suho kept throwing money like he had a faucet connected directly to the heavens.

Jin Wu didn’t understand where the funds ca from, but he did know one thing: this wasn’t a waste. This was a setup. Mr. Kim Suho was playing a bigger ga. All of this was just paving the road for sothing grander.

Jin Wu clenched his fist. My only job is to improve myself and make sure I’m not the one holding him back.

Suho, oblivious to the waves of inner drama around him, continued casually:

"As for benefits, that’s tentatively it. Adjustnts will be made in the future."

"Now for activities. You already know we’ll do team building from ti to ti. But the bigger event will be next month—a company-wide sports eting."

The room erupted.

"Sports eting?!"

"A real one?"

"Yes. Running, long jump, rope skipping, badminton, ping pong... you na it. Winners will get prizes."

Suho paused, and then, with a smirk:

"Prizes like smartphones, laptops, tablets, refrigerators, air conditioners..."

The employees stared at him as if he’d descended from heaven.

Our old boss gave us instant noodles at year-end... And this man is offering refrigerators?!

If their loyalty had been shaky before, it now lted into pure devotion.

Suho left the studio under the stunned gazes of his employees. Back in his private office, he sat down just as Fen Su nervously placed a glass of water in front of him.

Suho downed half the cup. His throat was dry after talking so long. He gestured for Fen Su and Jin Wu to sit.

"Don’t look so stiff," Suho said, smiling. "I’m not here to chop off heads. Just so improvents to the environnt."

Jin Wu leaned forward. "Mr. Kim, we’ll follow any instructions."

Fen Su quickly nodded like a bobblehead.

"It’s simple," Suho said. "First—computers. We’re a ga company, yet our machines are relics from the Stone Age. Replace all of them."

Jin Wu winced. He knew exactly how much that would cost.

"Second—air conditioning. This office is a sauna. Install proper units in the studios."

"Third—the tea room. Those wooden benches look like prison furniture. Buy real sofas, add a coffee machine, a snack cabinet, and drinks. In fact, place smaller snack cabinets directly in the workrooms too."

"Fourth—plants. Everywhere. I don’t want to feel like I’m walking through a morgue when I visit."

He ticked off each point like he was ordering lunch.

"Arrange it with finance. However much it costs, pay it."

Both Jin Wu and Fen Su nodded dumbly.

"Anything else?" Suho asked, standing.

Fen Su hesitated. Finally, he raised a hand. "Boss... about overti. The new project deadlines are tight. Without overti, it might drag for months."

Suho gave him a long look, then chuckled.

"Fen Su, if your only idea to speed up work is overti, you’re still thinking like a laborer, not a planner. Hire more people."

"But... our office is only 150 square ters," Fen Su said, embarrassed. "There’s no room for more workstations."

"Then rent another office," Suho replied without hesitation. "Work should be comfortable, not cramped."

And with that, he left.

Fen Su stood stunned. Rent another office? That’s... that’s just throwing money away.

He turned to Jin Wu for backup.

But Jin Wu simply said, calm as ever, "He won’t change his mind. There’s an 80-square-ter space upstairs that has been vacant for months. We’ll rent that. Twenty new workstations, easy."

Fen Su rubbed his forehead. "At least... maybe we can bargain the rent down."

Jin Wu smirked. "Leave that to . I used to haggle with suppliers for a living."

Fen Su sighed. For the first ti, he realized what it ant to work under Kim Suho.

The man didn’t see "expenses." He saw "weapons." And every dollar he spent was another blade being sharpened.

Leaving Horny Princess Interactive,

Suho got into the business car and leaned back with a sigh.

"Choku, any news about that bus driver I asked you to find?"

Son Choku scratched the back of his head, embarrassed.

"Mr. Suho, I called him last night but couldn’t get through. I’m planning to visit his ho after work today to see what’s going on."

"Good. This afternoon, after you drop at the factory, take the company car straight there. Find out what he thinks."

"Okay, Mr. Suho," Son Choku nodded, relieved to be trusted.
