Jas was shocked when he saw it, an attack of that caliber, and yet it vanished just like that as if it had never existed.
’What kind of level has he reached?’
This question now filled his mind because he was certain that even if strong people in the forbidden tier could stop it, it was impossible for them to stop the attack in the sa way as how the old man did it.
"Do you know what level that old man has reached?" Jas asked Ignis through their connection.
"I cannot say with certainty," she murmured, gaze fixed sharply on the elder. "But such control over fire is only possible for those who have reached the Imperial Tier... or are so close to it that their power cannot be distinguished. No one below that realm could disperse that attack the way he just did."
’Oh? Interesting?’ Jas thought to himself.
Guardian Lu’s eyes swept across all three, pausing briefly on Ignis with an unreadable expression before landing on the two girls behind them.
"Both of you have done well." Guardian Lu gave a nod to them, then continued with a chuckle as he looked at Ignis curiously. "But you... Are you one of those hidden dragon clan prodigies? I’ve never heard of anyone like you appearing among the Fire Dragon Lineage. I’m pretty sure that in the entire Dragon Clan—no, in the entire world, you’re definitely at least in the top 10."
"However, this is strange because you guys from the Fire Dragon Lineage didn’t boast around with the appearance of such a genius like you. Let alone the fact that you’re also still at the Peak Legendary Rank. So—"
Ignis cut him off and snorted in dissatisfaction. "Keep your curiosity to yourself, Old Man."
"Old Lu, step aside." Lilith said in a commanding tone, stepping forward and pushing the old man away with her last bit of strength.
She then gave him a cold glare. "Rember that you’re not to interfere with anything unless it’s related to our safety."
"...My apologies, Young Miss." Guardian Lu raised his eyebrows and instantly bowed slightly as he put his hand on the chest.
Lilith took out another pill from her spatial ring and directly gulped it down.
"You..." She pointed her finger at Ignis and grinned widely. "Are very strong. Ridiculously strong. But don’t think this ans our duel is settled. Let’s fight again after I awaken another tail or two. I’ll definitely beat you silly at that ti."
Ignis responded with a smile. "You’re welco to try anyti."
"I also want a rematch, even though I don’t know if I can still improve my strength to a next level like Lilith, I still want to test myself against you again." Yvonne said with a bitter smile, knowing that in terms of potential, Lilith was definitely above her.
"Sure, it was really nice to fight you, especially... My understanding of my Ultimate Skill just took another small step thanks to you." Ignis chuckled and dispersed the sun.
"Big Sis Ignis!" Elara said excitedly, pushing her face and hands on the thin barrier as if she couldn’t wait to co over. "Old man! Remove this barrier quickly!"
"What are you doing, Elara?" Jas picked her up by the collar like a kitten. "You’ll be cooked imdiately if you go there."
"Aghhhh—" Elara swung her arms and feet around, as she couldn’t accept the fact that she couldn’t co over and ride a cute dragon.
"Just stay still. What do you want to do by going to such a hellish place?" Jas chuckled.
"But Elara wants to ride Sister Ignis!!" She stopped crashing out and looked at Jas with a pitiful look.
Ignis flapped her wings once and appeared a dozen ters away from Jas, Elara, and Nyxrael. She smiled and created a thin barrier around the trio so that they won’t be affected by the hellish battlefield.
Guardian Lu dispersed the vast barrier in the surroundings with a wave of his hand.
Looking at the disappearance of the barrier and glowing red energy around her body, Elara instantly beca excited and pushed Jas’ hand away as she jumped down and instantly ran toward the red dragon. "Sister Ignis!"
"I knew that you were the strongest!" She opened her arms wide and hugged the dragon head that was much bigger than her.
Subsequently, Elara tried climbing up her huge body from the head slowly with a struggling expression.
Jas shook his head helplessly and let her be as he walked toward Lilith and Yvonne.
Clap!
"Now, it’s ti for the Q & A section." Jas clapped once, trying to attract the duo’s attention since their attention had always been on Elara ever since she went to Ignis.
Then, continued with a faint smile. "Now, tell us, what’s the reason why the two of you are here?"
"Don’t forget that you need to explain it thoroughly... in detail." Jas tapped his foot on the burned ground.
Lilith and Yvonne looked at each other for a mont. Yvonne said with a smile. "What are you waiting for? Just tell them in case she’s interested—."
"...I know." Lilith cut her off and looked at Jas with a complicated expression.
"It’s indeed related to the secret realm that you had guessed. However, it seems that you have no idea what it is all about since you didn’t ntion it before."
She paused for a second before continuing with a helpless expression. "Actually, we don’t know the details, but we’re certain that it contains an inheritance of an extrely strong God from the God Realm. Not only that, this might be our chance to ascend to the God Realm after the pathway was severed because of the event that’s called ’The War of the Broken Heavens’ that happened millennia ago."
Jas raised an eyebrow, clearly feeling interested when they ntioned the God Realm. ’Now we’re talking.’
He thought that this world was going to be the end of his journey, but he was wrong!
With the news that there was a higher realm that he could explore more in the future, Jas felt a burning sensation deep within his heart, exciting him so much that he couldn’t help smiling widely in anticipation of what’s about to unfold in the future.
