When the ginger cherry juice was served, it was indeed still steaming hot, and the price was not cheap—a cup of dressed-up ginger cherry juice cost 388 RMB.

After the beverage was served, Chen Sha felt a bit of regret, not because she minded the cost, but because she really had been having stomach issues recently, and her complexion wasn’t great either. If she carelessly ate sothing off, it could delay the filming progress, which would not be good.

She didn’t drink it but just glanced at her assistant. The assistant understood and picked up the high-stemd glass with cherry juice, tentatively took a sip, "So...so hot," the assistant exclaid. This kind of ginger cherry juice had a characteristic: the higher the temperature, the better the taste, and when it boiled up, the flavor was truly unparalleled.

"It’s delicious," despite crying out about the heat, the assistant didn’t wish to spit the cherry juice out and simply drank it down. Too bad the glass was so small; it was finished in just a few gulps.

Seeing this, Chen Sha too, couldn’t help but cautiously sip due to the sweet spicy aroma coming from the glass.

A flush of red swiftly appeared on Chen Sha’s face; her previously tensed expression, due to Wang Keke’s words, softened when the cherry juice entered her mouth. Chen Sha never knew that ginger and cherries, two flavors that seed completely unrelated, could blend together so delicately. Spicy in the mouth, yet the fresh sweet taste of the cherry wasn’t overwheld by ginger’s spiciness, instead twirling around every taste bud in her mouth.

"It’s definitely spicy, so why can’t I taste the ginger, only the sweetness of the cherries?" Chen Sha was much more discerning than the assistant, curiously looking at the purple liquid in the cup.

This was the new flavor of ginger cherry juice sent by Xiao Xian; what was infused in the cherry juice was not ginger water because ginger water would have an overpowering spicy scent. Xiao Xian had only extracted so of the ginger’s Spiritual Energy and injected it into the cherry juice. The sa ginger cherry soda was also available at the Beijing Hotel.

"Miss Chen," the waiter ca back, "I’m sorry, I forgot earlier. The supplier of this ginger cherry juice had said, the first custor to try this juice would receive a small gift. Here are your gifts."

Ordinary giveaways were beneath the consideration for female clients like Chen Sha. However, this ginger cherry juice left such a profound impression on her that, after the waiter explained, she realized that this special juice was not concocted within the Beijing Hotel.

She was quite curious about what kind of gift could possibly accompany this unknown fruit juice from the supplier.

There were two gifts included; one was a small bottle of cherry jam, perfect for spreading on toast. This type of jam was inspired by a al at Cherry Valley; made from the pulp of cherries, its texture was no less than that of fresh cherries.

The other was a small bottle of silver-powdered perfu. When the bottle was opened, a faint rose scent wafted out. Chen Sha had used many perfus, like Jo Malone’s red rose perfu, along with those from Hermès and Bulgari rose. No matter which scent, they all were more intense than this one; it seems the surprise was limited to the cherry juice only.

"Sasha, this jam is quite tasty, let’s ask where we can buy it later." With filming ti approaching, Chen Sha and the assistant packed up and stood up. Before leaving, Chen Sha carelessly tossed the small bottle of perfu away. The perfu bottle hit the trash can, cracking open, and a rich floral fragrance instantly filled the entire lounge.

There were quite a few dostic and foreign guests sitting in the lounge, and this burst of fragrance transford the entire lounge into what seed like a rose garden. How could the previously unremarkable perfu have such a dramatic transformation? Chen Sha stood still, surprised, and looked towards the trash can.

As soon as Chen Sha stood up, the aroma erged, so many people thought Chen Sha had put on so rose perfu. A few female guests had already co forward to politely inquire, "Miss, may I ask what brand of perfu you are using?"

Chen Sha just smiled without speaking. As she exited the lounge, she called over the waiter who had previously brought the small gifts, "What company supplied the perfu and cherry juice earlier?"

"I’m sorry, I don’t know. However, I do know the na of the perfu; the female supplier who delivered the goods ntioned it. This perfu is called ’Life is like a dream.’ She said this perfu is divided into three stages: Blossom, Floral Intense, and Floral Demise. Just like a woman will go through many different life stages." The waitress rembered these words because the young female supplier who delivered the perfu, cherry juice, and jam uttered them, leaving a lasting impression.

"Thank you," Chen Sha was imnsely grateful, even tearful. Indeed, a woman, just like the bottle of rose perfu she had discarded, should be composed of different stages, different fragrances.

In the past, she consistently pursued the pure and innocent typecast, but as youth faded, she had to face the tragic situation of being replaced by newcors. Why couldn’t she be brave just once, reinventing herself? Perhaps at the mont of her downfall, she might emit a unique fragrance.

"Sasha, the manager over there wouldn’t tell where the jam is from, but look, there’s an address on the bottom of the jar, sothing like Yanqing Agricultural Specialty Store. I’ll go and ask around; we should be able to find out which factory made the goods." The assistant flipped over the bottom of the jar mysteriously, and indeed, there was an almost indecipherable store na at the bottom. (To be continued.
