After opening the paper package, Zhang Yiyi saw dozens of golden lon seeds.

"What are these? They look like lon seeds? Oh, are these Hami lon seeds?" Zhang Yiyi had eaten Hami lons and had seen sunflower seeds and waterlon seeds for sale in supermarkets, but she had never seen anyone keeping Hami lon seeds.

Xiao Xian held in her hands the lon seeds of the black-eyebrow lon, which were also found among several packets of seeds cleared from the corner of Bai Juyi’s house after his death. The seeds of Hami lons were larger than those of waterlons, slender, and a deeper color than the flesh of Hami lons, a reddish gold.

Generally, when eating lons at ho or at a hotel, the seeds would be scooped out and discarded. These seeds left by Bai Juyi must have been intentionally kept during consumption. Naturally, those that caught Bai Juyi’s eye must be good quality seeds. After being stored for more than a year, the seeds were still plump, and pressing them with a hand revealed not a crack on their body.

"Xiao Xian, you don’t really plan to plant Hami lons in Area C, do you? We don’t have a Spiritual Fruit Garden here, and it seems like only interdiate and advanced students are allowed to plant things on the campus," actually, North Campus didn’t have this explicit rule, but who would have thought that primary students with poor Spiritual Powers would dare to plant fruit in a desert environnt.

Xiao Xian didn’t think so; even her garbage space could grow sugarcane seedlings, not to ntion Area C, which was covered with cattail. However, before planting Hami lons, Xiao Xian had made thorough preparations.

The first thing to create, of course, was the "Artificial Greenhouse" once used by Bai Juyi. However, considering the absence of ready-made tools in North Campus, Xiao Xian had to forgo the plastic shed film and instead, wove a grass mat shed to shield from the severe cold.

As for the planting location, they chose a vacant plot of land near the dormitory building.

Zhang Yiyi made a few trips back and forth to Area B and managed to get so wood from a female student who planted snake fruit to support the shed fra.

A few days later, after their joint effort and multiple experiences of smashing their fingers, a makeshift "Hami lon greenhouse" resembling a Mongolian Tent appeared under the dormitory building. Many primary students passing by mistook it for a temporary latrine.

Even Juliet One, patrolling nearby, when passing by one day, scanned the tightly sealed grass house without knowing what was inside.

"Scanning complete, no suspicious items found, will implent scanning again in one month," Juliet One recorded the data after scanning and also noticed that the material used for constructing the hut was cattail.

Robot Roo One recently had an easier ti because the cattail, which used to take much effort to deal with, ceased its rampant growth trend ever since it was handed over to the newcor Zhu Xiaoxian for handling.

At the end of the month, during the campus robot eting, the Central Computer Shakespeare gave a special ntion to the robot Roo One in Area C, "The weeding work in Area C has been done very well recently. As for Areas A and B, lots of wildflowers and weeds have been spotted in your jurisdiction recently, and I have received nurous complaints from interdiate and advanced students."

The so-called robot eting was just all robots connecting to power and entering the online conference room at midnight. Although all of them were artificial intelligences, these AIs designed by the prodigy class of Huake Institute and almost all of the country’s elites, also knew what competition and comparison ant.

The Roo robots from Area B and A issued discontented "tch" sounds. What kind of environnt was Area C, where weeding was so simple, with only two crops: cattail and cactus.

Unlike them, busy as tops in the eternally spring-like Areas B and A, they also had to distinguish between ornantal horticultural flowers and wild grasses.

Recently, for so reason, seeds of wildflowers and grasses have appeared in many places in Areas B and A, so even sprouting chaotically in the residential area and Spiritual Fruit Garden, keeping the Roo robots from both areas frantically busy.

"No need for dissatisfaction, you are free to go to Area C to check the growth situation of the cattail," the Central Computer Shakespeare crisply sent a line of electronic instructions.

Robots are simpler than unicellular organisms—they are zero-cell organisms. After this, several robots from Area B near Area C have already rushed to Area C.

On this windless night with moonlight clear as snow, just past midnight in Area C, the shadows of the dilapidated dormitory buildings lood haphazardly in the desert, and the robots quickly moved to the area where cattail used to thrive.

No random growth of weeds, the cattails orderly in neat rows.

"Based on calculations, each clump of grass is seven centiters tall, with no signs of growth in the short term," after a round of patrols in Area C, several Roos from Area B returned to their posts.

At the Strategic Material Center in Area C, Roo One, upon hearing the report, issued a burst of proud "tssk" sound.

"Being ticulous and unafraid of harsh environnts is what makes a qualified robot," praised the Central Computer Shakespeare without end.

"Since the robot Roo One in Area C is so capable, let it work on transforming the environnt of Area C," other robots from the two areas complained, knowing that after the central computer, Shakespeare was produced, the earliest robots made were Roo One and Juliet One in Area C. The relationship among the three of them was beyond what the Roo robots from other areas could match, leading to other robots having reservations about the antiquated Roo One from Area C.

With a "snap," Roo One from Area C cut off the power and left the ongoing campus robot eting.

Followed by it, Juliet One from Area C also left the robot eting, and the Central Computer Shakespeare emitted a sound similar to a human sigh.
