Chapter 215: Chapter 215 thod

Yang PeiMin felt that Huang Tao was so industrious in coming over just to stir up trouble between in-laws out of idleness.

She had to find sothing for her to do to keep her from always ddling in other people’s business.

Shen Yiyue was spirited, “Then sister, what should we do?”

Yang PeiMin was about to speak when a child’s crying erupted from the yard, Xiao Fen rushed in like a gust of wind, clutching Yang PeiMin’s thighs, “Auntie, Auntie, Da Jun is trying to take the caral from and Xiao Fang!”

She hadn’t finished speaking when a little boy also burst in, only stopping when he saw the two adults, Yang PeiMin and Yiyue, hesitating sowhat fearfully.

Shen Yiyue frowned, “Isn’t this Huang Tao’s eldest son? Li Dajun, why are you trying to take Xiao Fang’s caral?”

The little boy, Li Dajun, intimidated by Shen Yiyue’s deanor, turned and ran out, no longer daring to take the caral.

It turned out that Huang Tao often brought her children over to visit in the past few days, so the children from both families had gotten to know each other well. Huang Tao’s eldest son, Li Dajun, was just over three years old, about the sa age as Xiao Fang, and they could play together. Of course, children always have their monts of fighting and squabbling. Today, they were playing nicely until sothing set them off during a ga with a few neighborhood friends. Then, Xiao Fen took out so caral to taunt Li Dajun, making him envious, and his other friends egged him on to grab it.

Li Dajun, being rather bold and greedy, hardly needed any encouraging before he charged forward. He was also selective, choosing to take from Xiao Fang, who was unprepared and not as strong as him, making it easy for him to snatch the caral right into his mouth. Xiao Fang imdiately burst into tears, and Xiao Fen, as her elder sister, naturally couldn’t just watch her younger sister be bullied, so she went up to hit Li Dajun.

Li Dajun was the type who would do anything for food, fearless of pain, and after tasting the caral, he beca even more eager to eat. He even targeted the caral still in Xiao Fang’s hand, ignoring the slaps she was hitting him with, lunging to try and snatch it and even attempting to bite.

Seeing his ferocity, Xiao Fang, who was after all only six, realized she couldn’t beat him and started running towards her ho with her sister, with Li Dajun in relentless pursuit, leading to the earlier chase scene.

Shen Yiyue understood the situation and scolded Huang Tao again, “Like parent, like child, no discipline at all!”

Yang PeiMin thought for a mont and ca up with a plan.

She called Shen Yiyue over and shared her idea, and Yiyue’s eyes lit up, “Sister, that’s a good plan, that’ll keep Huang Tao from coming over to gossip.”

Yang PeiMin consoled the Xiao Fen sisters and brought so more candies and cookies from ho, calling Xiao Fen over, “Auntie needs a little favor from Xiao Fen, would you like to help ?”

Xiao Fen puffed out her small chest and nodded vigorously, “I would, Auntie.”

Yang PeiMin touched her head, “Xiao Fen, you’re amazing, this is a small task. If you complete it, Auntie has a reward for you.”

Xiao Fen’s eyes glead at the snacks in her hand as she nodded repeatedly, “Auntie, I understand. I will definitely complete the task.”

Although Xiao Fen was usually quiet and sowhat gloomy, she was undeniably clever. Yang PeiMin wanted her to take a piece of caral to Li Dajun, just for him, not for anyone else.

Xiao Fen, puzzled, asked, “Auntie, why should we give Da Jun caral? He’s so annoying, and he even took our things.”

Yang PeiMin smiled and said, “It’s wrong for Li Dajun to take other people’s things, but we can tell him this so he doesn’t do it again. Weren’t you playing well before? So why did you start fighting again today?”

“I don’t want to play with him anymore, he’s such an annoying pest, always taking my things and he even dirtied my new shoes.”

“Besides dirtying your shoes, does he have any likable qualities? Otherwise, you wouldn’t have played with him before. For example, has he ever helped you?”

“He has, before when a dog at Shuanzi’s house was barking at Xiao Fang, Li Dajun ca with a stick to chase it away.”

“Then he’s not all that bad, right? So, this ti auntie wants you to help by giving so caral to Da Jun because not only has he helped you before, but also because his mother ca to cheer grandma up.”

Xiao Fen looked a bit puzzled.

Yang Peimin explained in detail to her, “Aren’t there two kids at Uncle Li’s place? It’s best to give the caral to Da Jun in front of the children from the main branch of the Li family. Don’t give it to any other kids. If other kids ask you why, you just tell them it’s because Da Jun’s mom brightened our grandma’s day by saying our grandma is a good mother-in-law and uncle is promising and that our family has good living conditions, she’s so envious, she truly wishes she could move in with us.”

Xiao Fen said she rembered after listening once, “Auntie, you’re really clever, that’s exactly what Da Jun’s mom told our grandma.”

Yang Peimin’s face darkened, Huang Tao really had a nerve.

Without further ado, Yang Peimin said, “After you hand over the candy and finish speaking, co straight ho, got it?”

Shen Yiyue then spat, Yang Peimin hurriedly signaled her with her eyes not to curse Huang Tao in front of the child, as it might make the child pick up on it and blurt it out later, ruining their plan.

Shen Yiyue nodded understandingly, though still feeling frustrated.

Xiao Fen took the caral and ran out excitedly.

Shen Yiyue watched Xiao Fen’s departing figure with so concern, “Sister, can Xiao Fen really speak clearly?”

Yang Peimin shook her head, “It’s normal if she can’t say it clearly. Even if she conveys just a bit, it’s enough. Those with intent will catch on and fill in the rest.”

Hearing this, Shen Yiyue finally smiled, “It should be just like that. The Eldest Son of Li Family has two sons, one four and the other six, the perfect age to mimic and be greedy for sweets. They’re sure to fuss to their mother. Once the eldest daughter-in-law hears about it, coupled with her previous issues with Huang Tao, she’s sure to talk to Mrs. Li about it. Then, Huang Tao will have a taste of her own dicine. Xiao Fen said earlier that Huang Tao had actually said things like that, it really infuriates , she doesn’t even consider her own status, daring to covet my brother, she must be out of her mind, absolutely shaless!”

Yang Peimin nodded, “Go to the door and keep an eye out, I’m afraid those kids who didn’t get any caral might start fighting, don’t let Xiao Fen get beaten up.”

After hearing this, Shen Yiyue imdiately went out.

In no ti, she returned with Xiao Fen.

A smile she couldn’t hide appeared on Shen Yiyue’s face, she knew their plan had worked.

Yang Peimin couldn’t help but pat Xiao Fen on the head, “Did you accomplish the mission?”

Xiao Fen nodded excitedly.

Shen Yiyue couldn’t hold back, “I was about to go in, but Xiao Fen ca out. I stood at the Li Family’s courtyard for a while and, sure enough, heard a commotion inside, so I quickly ca back.”
