"Brooke, are you ready? Chase is almost here; we need to go down and wait for them."
Alia’s urging voice ca from outside the door. Sarah took a deep breath and went to open the door.
"Elly, can you do a favor?"
Alia was taken aback, seeing the seriousness on Sarah’s face, and nodded, "What is it?"
"Craig just took my toothbrush, probably to run so tests. Do you have any connections here that could help change the test results?"
Hearing this, a flicker of surprise flashed in Alia’s eyes.
"Why did he suddenly think of taking your toothbrush for a test?"
"Maybe he’s suspicious!"
Sarah lowered her eyes slightly, hiding the complexity in them.
Didn’t expect his intuition to be so sharp.

"If we’re talking about connections, Tom’s network is the widest..."
"Damon cannot know."
Sarah quickly interrupted Alia.
"Elly, Damon cannot find out. He’s good friends with Craig, and I’m afraid once he knows, Craig will know too."
Even though Damon has lost his mory now, there’s no guarantee his friendship with Craig isn’t still intact.
If one day he tells Craig about this, that would be bad.

Alia comforted Sarah, then thought of soone and imdiately smiled, "I don’t need Tom’s help; I have a better candidate."
How could she forget the sister-protecting fanatic she just obtained?
Alia pulled out her phone and called Benjamin.
"Evan, are you busy?"
On the other end, Benjamin had just arrived at a hotel lobby.
He had a ceremony to attend in the afternoon, so he ca early in the morning for rehearsal.
"Not busy, Elly, have you returned?"
"Yeah, I’m back. Evan, I need your help," Alia said.
"Tell ."
"Here’s the thing."
Alia asked Benjamin to help find soone to watch Craig and swap the test results.
Benjamin heard Alia’s words, and a flicker of surprise appeared in his eyes.
But he sensibly didn’t inquire further.
"All right, I’ll arrange it right away."
Alia really liked Benjamin’s way of doing things.
He doesn’t ask unnecessary questions.
And he’s incredibly nice to her.
"Thank you, Evan."
"Why are you thanking ? Coming ho tonight?"
Benjamin smiled and asked.
"Yes, I’ll be back."
"Great, let’s have dinner together tonight."
"Sure, I’ll wait for you."
Alia felt warm inside, and after saying a few words to Benjamin, she hung up the phone.
On the other end, Benjamin looked at his phone screen, his eyes filled with softness.
She said she’d wait for him.
Even though he knew the wait wasn’t the kind between lovers.
But he was still invigorated.
He couldn’t wait for the evening to co so he could see her again.
"Evan, you’re already here?"
A charming female voice ca from behind.
Benjamin put his phone away and turned to look at the newcor.
It was the actress Ru Townsend, with whom he had just finished filming a drama.
Both companies had been promoting a romantic storyline online for this drama.
They’re a handso man and a beautiful woman, playing a couple in the drama, so naturally, the internet was abuzz with calls for them to be together.
The two companies hit it off, and to boost the imminent drama’s ratings, decided to keep tying the two together.
Thus, at today’s event, they were scheduled to sing a love song duet.
"Lucy, you’re quite early too."
Benjamin was always a gentleman and gave her a polite smile.
"Knowing you’re always punctual, I naturally had to follow closely."
Ru naturally linked her arm with his, smiling charmingly.
Her gaze lingered on Benjamin’s handso face, a hint of emotion in her eyes.
Having been in the industry for so many years, she’s seen countless n.

"Lucy, shall we go?"
Benjamin, known for not liking to be too close to won, discreetly disentangled Ru’s hand and strode toward the rehearsal room.
Ru watched his tall figure, her almond-shaped eyes sparkling.

In the rehearsal room, the director saw Benjamin and Ru arriving and quickly ca up to greet them.
Benjamin nodded his head and listened to the director explaining so arrangents.
"Your dancers should have arrived too, right?"
The director looked around and waved to the dancers doing stretches nearby.
"You all, co here for a mont."
Benjamin knew that their love song duet would have dancers.
Looking ahead, he saw a familiar figure.
"Annie."
"Brother Evan."
Serena approached Benjamin with a sweet smile.
"Are you going to be my dancer?"
Seeing a familiar face, Benjamin’s smile ward up a bit.
"Yes, I’m the lead dancer."
Serena glanced at her friends, a tiny bit proud.
She would be dancing alongside Benjamin.
How wonderful.
"Evan, do you two know each other?"
Ru could clearly sense Benjamin being more enthusiastic with Serena than with her, and shot Serena a less friendly look.
"Yes, a friend I know."
Benjamin nodded, responding calmly.
Ru looked up and down at Serena, curled her lips, and extended her hand, "Hello there."
"Hello Miss Townsend, I’m Serena Wells."
Serena, flustered, quickly shook her hand with both of hers.
Ru had a smile on her face, but there was a chill in her eyes.
She withdrew her hand, disdainfully asking her manager for a wet wipe.
Serena noticed her cleaning her fingers and paused her smile.
She wasn’t stupid and could feel Ru’s disdain for her.
"Annie, don’t take it the wrong way. I’m a clean freak and always like this, not targeting you. You can ask Evan, he knows best."
Ru deliberately leaned closer to Benjamin and hooked his arm again.
Benjamin furrowed his brow, intending to pull her hand away.
Ru quickly lowered her voice, "There are reporters filming, Evan, just play along."
Benjamin hesitated and didn’t remove her hand.
"Yes, Lucy is a clean freak."
Serena’s gaze fell on Ru’s hand hooked around Benjamin’s arm, her eyes dropping to hide the sadness within.
Rumors were wild outside that they were dating.
They really do make a perfect match!
