The mbers of the Wind Association were temporarily unaware of the ripple effect within the city’s forces. However, under Chen Mu’s lead, they all returned safely to Wuxiang City without encountering any further trouble along the way.

Chen Mu returned directly to the courtyard of the Wind Association and to the Silent Chamber he used for seclusion. He knew that his display of strength would inevitably cause a stir in Wuxiang City, but he had no intention of being swept up in the waves nor of engaging with the Venerable figures of various forces.
Fortunately, he still had enough Source Stones in hand, which allowed him to stay in seclusion for a longer period until the external uproar subsided before coming out again.

Chen Mu waved his sleeve, using a surge of Void Dao Power to isolate the Silent Chamber from the outside world. He then gently turned his hand over, revealing all twenty-two Enlightennt Green Lotus Seeds he had obtained.

He could see the jade-like lotus seeds covered with intricate Dao marks. Upon magnification, each dense Dao mark was composed of even finer marks, extending seemingly endlessly into infinity.

Chen Mu gazed at the Green Lotus Seed for a long ti before withdrawing his gaze and exhaling. At his current Realm, very few things in the vast Universe eluded his understanding.
Any material or wonder placed before him could be grasped instantly, but the Enlightennt Green Lotus Seed, originating from the Source Realm and Wuxiang City, was an enigma he could not completely decipher.

Though this appearance did not affect their core essence or their Divine Power structure, it fundantally acted as a restraint, a confinent, severing the connection between him and the world of Wuxiang City.
This separation was both a limitation and a protection.
Because Wuxiang City, as a Domain within the Source Realm, essentially embodied the Origin Dao, if a God Realm being of the Nine Layer Heavens stripped away the flesh and blood façade, it would directly contact the Origin Dao. This would bring infinite realization, but since the Origin Dao is the beginning of all, it possesses an imnsely assimilative power.
Even a Dao Venerable, who comprehends a complete Great Dao, cannot avoid assimilation and will eventually rge into the Dao after countless Universes co and go. How could a Divine Monarch of the Nine Layer Heavens resist?
Once directly touching the Origin Dao, one would rapidly transform and perish, becoming part of the Origin Dao.
This flesh and blood body, along with the surrounding Origin Power, serves as a protective asure, like an invisible bubble nesting them within, preventing direct contact with the Origin Dao.
