Though called a city, it’s actually not a castle built inside the Molten Lava Cave. Inside the Abyss of Eternity, there is almost no place where one can linger long. Once one stays for a long period, a constant ergence of Abyss Beasts is inevitable, transforming into a massive beast tide!
When evolved to that extent, even Divine Monarchs of the Nine Layer Heavens would find it difficult to escape.

Molten Fire City is actually an Upper Divine Weapon akin to the Fan Gu Palace refined by Fan Gu Divine Monarch!
It floats over a Molten Lava Cave. To the naked eye, it seems rely a model of a city, just a few ters in circumference, appearing very petite. But, in reality, it contains the Mystical void Lineage, Suru Mustard Seed.
When Chen Mu and Fan Gu Divine Monarch approached Molten Fire City, the city began to gradually grow larger. The closer they got, the bigger it appeared, until when they ascended to the city walls, the entire city had transford into a grand and majestic giant city obscuring the sky!
With a slight perception, Chen Mu could sense that the interior of this giant city was filled with nurous robust auras, almost all belonging to figures at the Divine Monarch Level, and roughly estimated to be at least in the thousands!
aning that within this city alone, there are gathered at least thousands of Divine Monarchs!
Even as Chen Mu and Fan Gu Divine Monarch approached, there were several pressures exuding from above the city, which quickly dispersed upon discerning Fan Gu Divine Monarch’s aura.
"Brother Fan Gu, you have returned."
After Fan Gu Divine Monarch ascended to the city, a figure landed nearby, greeting Fan Gu Divine Monarch warmly. The figure wore a golden robe, looking no different from a human, but its body was covered in dense golden scale armor, its face resembling an eagle’s head, subtly exuding an integrated aura, evidently also a Divine Monarch at the Eighth Layer Heaven Peak.
"Brother Peng Yu, thank you."
Fan Gu Divine Monarch nodded slightly to the eagle-headed being, then pointed towards Chen Mu, saying: "This is Divine Monarch Mu."
The eagle-headed being referred to as ’Peng Yu,’ seed to have learned a bit about Chen Mu from Fan Gu Divine Monarch beforehand. It gazed at Chen Mu with a rather gentle look, nodding: "My na is Peng Yu, I am one of the managers of the Fla Sun Association. Since Divine Monarch Mu has co with Brother Fan Gu, I suppose you are quite familiar with our rules at the Fla Sun Association and Molten Fire City."
From Fan Gu Divine Monarch, he knew Chen Mu was indeed a Divine Monarch at the Eighth Layer Heaven level, having just reached the threshold, yet fundantally different from the Seventh Layer Heaven, and a desperately needed combat strength for the Fla Sun Association.

Since the Abyss of Eternity has no resources of value, there is no competition, everything is for survival, and all cultivators have gathered together for survival.
The rules of the Fla Sun Association and Molten Fire City are straightforward. Joining the Fla Sun Association allows one to reside within Molten Fire City but also entails certain responsibilities, such as undertaking ’City Defense’ and ’Patrol Duties’ in rotation.
City Defense, as the na implies, ans guarding Molten Fire City.
Molten Fire City moves around inside the Molten Lava Cave and often encounters attacks from Abyss Beasts. In such situations, it’s usually the Divine Monarchs responsible for city defense who act to annihilate or drive away those attacking Abyss Beasts.
Patrol is similar, requiring one to patrol a significantly larger area outside Molten Fire City. Within the Abyss of Eternity, massive gatherings of Abyss Beasts often occur, forming beast tide situations. If Molten Fire City runs into one, it can be very serious, hence Divine Monarchs are needed to patrol certain areas to prevent such encounters.
Where there are tasks, there are naturally benefits. The benefit being that after taking on city defense or patrol tasks, one can stay within Molten Fire City until the next round of rotation, not needing to remain vigilant constantly like in solo endeavors.
Because there are quite a few Divine Monarchs in the Fla Sun Association, the rotation ti is relatively long. Chen Mu is willing to join the Fla Sun Association, partly for this reason. At least in non-city defense or patrol tis, his circumstances can be relatively peaceful, temporarily putting aside local affairs to focus entirely on the Mystical Fusion of the Three Mysterious in Void Lineage via his interface avatar.
