He has done a lot of research about her and has been able to identify two weaknesses apart from nuclear bombs, other bombs, and any source of intense heat. These two weaknesses are ntal attacks and forcefields.
The defense of her body is tough, but her mind is not. Any ntal ability can penetrate the defenses of her body to harm her mind. Most that do rarely survive the attempt, though. That is because she can cut through almost anything in her way by turning her limbs into weapons.
The only people who she has failed to kill are those that can burn her body or have a protective force field around their body that will prevent them from being cut in two.
So he is waiting on Pauli to find soone with a ntal defense ability, as that is the only way he can be sure of kidnapping soone with a mind attack ability. Then he will use the mind to get a powerful forcefield and acquire the diamond transmutation ability.
Unfortunately, people with ntal defense ability are rare. Not only is that ability rare, but its wielders are also few because they don't live long. The ability doesn't protect them from the myriad of physical attacks that most of the world uses, so they are weak and die easily.
It is not that he can't find them on his own, but the ones he can find are the rare few popular ones that don't live anywhere near New London. He would have to travel a long distance through the wild just for one ability.
The danger and the payout don't seem worth it to him. This is why he is hoping that Pauli will be able to do a better job than him. But if Pauli fails, he will have to try the black market or go traveling himself.
It would be risky to travel long distances into the wilds as he could et any number of creatures, but it would also be very expensive to use the services of the black market.
He mulled about it for a while. "Things should be cheaper in the black market now that Fire Rose is gunning for them."
Wrath shook her head and said, "She is still doing that? I am beginning to think she is not as powerful as she claims or that she is milking this hunt with kidnappers for the publicity."
Kelvin snorted. "Of course she is milking what she is doing for publicity. She is a hero, after all. But we have to thank her for making things difficult for the black market. He nodded. "Right. We will start with a gang. And I know just the right one."
Wrath asked, "Which one have you decided on?"
He replied, "Purple Cloud and his gang of Purple Drag."
Wrath groaned while he brought up the research he had done about Purple Cloud. He or she, as he likes to be called, is a man that dresses like a woman. But that part is not important at all. What matters is that she produces a nerve gas that can cause euphoria.
The nerve gas is purple in color. It is in fact a poison, as Purple Cloud can use it to kill. All she needs to do is make the effect of the gas too powerful. Anyone who inhales it willingly or involuntary will overdose and die.
Despite it being a poison, the number of people that have inhaled it voluntarily is a thousand tis more than those who were forced to inhale it. This is because, as long as they don't die, they will experience an euphoria that many have described as rapture.
Her poison is very addictive, so many people keep coming back with their money to get more of it. They practically beg her with their money to not kill them, but should only bring them to the boundary of death. This money is why he is interested in taking over her business.
But Wrath doesn't like the Purple Drag gang because it is a gang of crossdressers.
She asked him, "Can't we find soone else? Can't we use the Black Mantis gang?"
"We can, but we won't find soone so weak and easy to kidnap as him. Or is it her?"
Wrath groaned again, but he wasn't willing to change his mind. Not only is Purple Dream weak, he is rich, and he also has a powerful guard whose ability he is interested in.
This guard has a powerful forcefield ability. As long as he can gain Purple Cloud's ability, it would be easy to take down the powerful guard and other people he has his eyes set on.
